Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Heizgerät nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1. Ein solches Heizgerät ist z.B. aus der EP-A-670 459 bekannt.
In der Regel besteht ein Heizgerät aus einem Heizkessel und einem Warmwasserspeicher, der entweder neben den Heizkessel gestellt wird, oder in anderen Fällen über oder unter dem Heizkessel angeordnet ist und mit diesem eine optische Einheit bildet. Man unterscheidet außerdem grundsätzlich zwischen sogenannten wandhängenden und bodenstehenden Heizgeräten.
Die Montage eines Heizkessels auf einem Warmwasserspeicher oder die Anordnung der Geräte übereinander, zum Beispiel an einer gemeinsamen Wandfläche, ist allgemein bekannt. Auch kennt man die direkte Montage des Heizkessels auf dem Warmwasserspeicher als frei stehende Ausführung. Dabei werden dann die Füße des Heizkessels mit den Verkleidungsteilen des Speichers oder mit dem Speicherbehälter selbst verschraubt. Eingesetzt werden dafür zum Beispiel in die Speicherisolierung eingeschäumte Halteelemente zur Heizkesselbefestigung. Oft verbleibt auch bei der Wandmontage, meistens an einem durchgehenden Wandrahmen über die gesamte Gerätehöhe, zwischen dem Heizkessel und dem Warmwasserspeicher ein Freiraum für die erforderlichen Anschluss- und/oder Verbindungsrohrleitungen an der Oberseite des Warmwasserspeichers bzw. an der Unterseite des Heizkessels.
Dagegen gibt es auch Heizkessel-/Speicher-Kombinationen in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse, wobei allerdings die Einbringung und Handhabung am Montageort oftmals durch die großen Abmessungen und das relativ hohe Gewicht erschwert werden. Bei getrenntem Transport und getrennter, aber jeweils zugeordneter Montage von Heizkessel und Warmwasserspeicher können andererseits oftmals optische Mängel auftreten, weil beispielsweise Kanten nicht fluchten, der Heizkessel eine geringere Bautiefe hat oder weil sich keine geschlossenen Gesamtkonturen ergeben. Außerdem kann bei ungünstigen Montagebedingungen, zum Beispiel an einer unebenen Wandfläche, ein relativ großer Montageaufwand entstehen, um die Einzelbauteile für ein optisch ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild zueinander auszurichten. Insbesondere wegen der Aufstellung der Heizgeräte in Wohn- und Nutzbereichen werden an Design, Kompaktheit und Gesamtbild sehr hohe Anforderungen gestellt.The invention relates to a heater according to the preamble of

Gekennzeichnet ist das Heizgerät dadurch, dass der Heizkessel an einem sich im Wesentlichen vertikal erstreckenden Montagerahmen befestigt ist und dass der Montagerahmen die tragende Verbindung bzw. Abstützung auf dem Warmwasserspeicher bildet. Dazu ist der Heizkessel mit den bekannten Befestigungsvorrichtungen an seiner Rückseite an der Vorderseite des Montagerahmens angebracht.
Der Montagerahmen ist frei tragend gestaltet und besteht aus mindestens zwei vertikalen Profilen als seitliche Begrenzung mit mindestens einer Querverbindung. Diese Profile überragen als seitliche Begrenzung des Montagerahmens die Unterseite des Heizkessels. Die mindestens zwei Endbereiche der Profile sind von der Innenseite her im oberen Gehäusebereich des Warmwasserspeichers befestigt.
Vorzugsweise befindet sich an der Innenseite der Profile jeweils eine im rechten Winkel nach innen zeigende Auflage, welche eine Tiefenbegrenzung für die am Gehäuse des Warmwasserspeichers zu befestigenden Endbereiche der Profile bildet. Diese werden beispielsweise in eine zugeordnete Aufnahme am Gehäuse des Warmwasserspeichers gesteckt und müssen lediglich dort fixiert werden. Als Befestigungsvorrichtungen besitzt die Auflage Durchbrechungen zum Durchgriff von Schrauben, um damit von oben her eine Verbindung zum Gehäuse oder zu einem massiven Teil innerhalb des Gehäuses des Warmwasserspeichers herzustellen. Der Montagerahmen ist im Wesentlichen auf die Außenabmessungen der Gehäuse von Heizkessel und/oder Warmwasserspeicher abgestimmt. Dabei ist vorzugsweise die Tiefe des Montagerahmens so bemessen, dass die vertikalen Frontflächen von Heizkessel und Warmwasserspeicher etwa in einer Ebene liegen. Ähnliches gilt auch für die Breite des Montagerahmens, welche so auf die Breite von Heizkessel und Warmwasserspeicher abgestimmt ist, dass alle vertikalen Seitenflächen ebenfalls etwa bündig abschließen.
Als Verkleidung für die Anschluss- und/oder Verbindungsrohrleitungen ist im Bereich zwischen den Gehäusen von Heizkessel und Warmwasserspeicher eine abnehmbare Blende angebracht. Diese besitzt eine U-förmige Gestaltung und wird vorzugsweise über mindestens eine Rast- und Steckverbindung an der Stirnseite der beiden U-Schenkel an der Vorderseite des Montagerahmens fixiert.
Prinzipiell ist der Montagerahmen für eine frei stehende Aufstellung des Heizkessels auf dem bodenstehenden Warmwasserspeicher ausgelegt. Zusätzlich besitzt er an seiner Rückseite Durchbrechungen, um bei Bedarf eine Befestigung an einer vertikalen Fläche, beispielsweise an einer Wand vorzunehmen.
Mit der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung wird die Montage eines Heizkessels auf einem Warmwasserspeicher vereinfacht und eine optisch ansprechende Verbindung bzw. Gesamtanordnung für ein Heizgerät geschaffen. Es entsteht eine sehr kompakte Heizkessel-/Speicher-Kombination für eine freie Aufstellung auf dem Boden, wobei durch Weglassen des Montagerahmens die zwei unabhängigen Geräteeinheiten auch auf herkömmliche Art nebeneinander oder untereinander an einer Wand sowie mit Abstand zueinander angeordnet werden können. Grundsätzlich kann aber neuerungsgemäß eine Wandbefestigung entfallen. Der Transport der kleinen Verpackungseinheiten ist einfach möglich, und bei der Montage sind lediglich vormontierte Einheiten miteinander zu verbinden.The mounting frame is mainly adapted to the outer dimensions of the housing of boiler and / or hot water tank. Das Heizgerät besteht aus einem oberhalb eines bodenstehenden Warmwasserspeichers 1 zu montierenden Heizkessel 2 mit jeweils einem Gehäuse sowie mehreren Anschluss- und/oder Verbindungsrohrleitungen im Bereich zwischen dem Warmwasserspeicher 1 und dem Heizkessel 2.
Der Heizkessel 2 ist mit seiner Rückseite an der Vorderseite eines vertikal angeordneten, frei tragenden Montagerahmens 3 befestigt, welcher im rückwärtigen Bereich des Heizgerätes die Verbindung zum Warmwasserspeicher 1 bildet. Der Montagerahmen 3 schließt das Heizgerät flächenbündig an den Außenseiten sowie an der Rückseite ab. Dessen Profile dienen als seitliche Begrenzung und überragen die Unterseite des Heizkessels 2, wobei die Endbereiche der Profile von der Innenseite her im oberen Gehäusebereich des Warmwasserspeichers 1 befestigt sind.
Eine jeweils an der Innenseite der Profile im rechten Winkel nach innen zeigende Auflage 4 bildet einen Tiefenanschlag bzw. gleichzeitig eine Abstützfläche für die am Gehäuse des Warmwasserspeichers 1 zu befestigenden Endbereiche des Montagerahmens 3. In den Auflagen 4 befinden sich Befestigungsvorrichtungen zum Anschrauben des Montagerahmens 3 an das Gehäuses des Warmwasserspeichers 1. Dieser Bereich um die Anschluss- und/oder Verbindungsrohrleitungen zwischen den Gehäusen von Heizkessel 2 und Warmwasserspeicher 1 bleibt leicht zugänglich, denn als Verkleidung dient eine abnehmbare, U-förmige Blende 5.
