- la figure 1 est une vue schématique en perspective d'une machine d'emballage par banderolage selon l'invention, la bobine pouvant se déplacer parallèlement à l'axe de rotation de la charge ;
- les figures 2 à 12 illustrent les étapes successives de fonctionnement de la machine d'emballage de la figure 1 ;
- la figure 13 montre une vue similaire de la figure 1, illustrant une variante de réalisation à bobine fixe et plateau tournant ;
- la figure 14 représente une vue partielle de la figure 13 dans la phase de recouvrement de la face horizontale supérieure de la charge.
Claims (12)
- Machine d'emballage d'une charge (CH) au moyen d'un film (12) en matière plastique souple, comprenant :un plateau (13) tournant de support de la charge (CH),des moyens support d'une bobine (11 ) de stockage du film,des moyens d'actionnement (14) en rotation du plateau (13),des moyens de guidage (15) du film intercalés entre la bobine (11) et le plateau (13) tournant, pour recouvrir sans discontinuité par banderolage la face latérale (16) et la face horizontale (17) supérieure de la charge (CH),et des moyens de déplacement en translation des moyens de guidage entre une position basse et une position haute, séparées l'une de l'autre par une course verticale ajustable en fonction de la hauteur de la charge (CH),
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bobine (11) de stockage du film et le dispositif de guidage (15) multidirectionnel sont montés sur un chariot mobile (CM) constituant lesdits moyens de déplacement en translation.
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la bobine (11) est à axe fixe, et est associée à un dispositif accumulateur (25) disposé avant le dispositif de renvoi (28).
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif accumulateur (25) et le dispositif de renvoi (28) sont mobiles de manière à effectuer un banderolage hélicoïdal autour de la charge (CH).
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, faisant usage d'un film étirable, caractérisée en ce que le film (12) est enroulé sur la bobine (11) dans un état pré-étiré.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, faisant usage d'un film étirable, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de pré-étirage du film (12) est disposé à la sortie de la bobine (11), et comporte un couple de rouleaux motorisés (26) ou non motorisés permettant de dévider le film en aval à une vitesse plus grande que celle en amont.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, faisant usage d'un film étirable, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de pré-étirage du film est associé au dispositif de guidage (15) multidirectionnel.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de guidage (15) multidirectionnel comporte un couple de rouleaux (21) non motorisés entre lesquels passe le film (12).
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de renvoi (28) est incliné à 45°, la bobine (11 ) s'étendant selon un axe horizontal par rapport au sol.
- Machine d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la bobine (11) s'étend verticalement selon une direction parallèle à l'axe de rotation du plateau (13).
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le chariot (CM) est animé d'un mouvement de rotation autour de la charge (CH) après neutralisation des moyens d'actionnement (14) en rotation.
- Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le chariot (CM) est animé d'un mouvement relatif de rotation inverse par rapport à celui du plateau (13) de la charge (CH).
