Abstract

Der Sockenanzieher (1) hat einen eine Standfläche bildenden, sohlenartigen Sockelteil (2) und einen sich von diesem nach oben erstreckenden, schachtförmigen, zum Überstülpen einer Socke bestimmten Sockenhalter (4). Im unteren Schachtbereich hat der Sockenhalter (4) eine Fussöffnung (7), so dass der Fuss, wie in einen Stiefel, bis zum Sohlenkontakt in den Sockenanzieher (1) einführbar ist. Dieses Einführen des Fusses durch den stiefelschaftartig engen Sockenhalter (4) wird durch dessen Ausführung aus einer elastisch biegsamen Kunststofffolie und durch eine vordere Schliessfuge (10) möglich, an der Folienränder aufgrund einer Vorspannung der Folie in Schliesskontakt stehen. Die sich leicht öffnende vordere Schliessfuge ermöglicht das Herausschreiten aus dem Sockenanzieher, nachdem sich die zuvor auf den Sockelhalter (4) aufgestülpte Socke passgerecht um den Fuss gelegt hat. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sockenanzieher mit einem eine Standfläche bildenden Sockelteil und mit einem sich von diesem nach oben erstreckenden, schachtförmigen, zum Überstülpen einer Socke bestimmten Sockenhalter.
Ein Sockenanzieher dieser Art ist bekannt durch die DE-A-19700938. Sein schachtförmiger Sockenhalter hat bis zum Sockelteil hin eine aus zwei Halbschalen gebildete starre Wand und einen Durchmesser, der dazu bemessen ist, einen Fuss in gestreckter Position einführen zu können. Die Einführbewegung ist jedoch bereits bei Kontakt der Zehen mit dem Sockelteil beendet, so dass zum vollständigen Anziehen einer Socke ein verhältnismässig langer Sockenhalter erforderlich ist.
Durch die DE-A-4315338, die GB-A-2338172 und die US-A-5082154 sind Sockenanzieher bekannt, deren Sockenhalter über seine gesamte Schachtlänge zu einer Seite hin offen ist, so dass der von oben eingeführte Fuss nach vollständigem Überziehen der Socke in Richtung der einseitigen Öffnung aus dem Sockenhalter wieder heraus bewegt werden kann. Solche Ausführungen haben jedoch einen unvollständigen, durch Eckbereiche begrenzten oberen Rand des Sockenhalters, so dass die Socke dort unvollständig gehalten wird, ihr Gleiten über diese Eckbereiche erschwert wird und der Öffnungsquerschnitt des Sockenhalters eine zum Einführen des Fusses ungünstige Form aufweist.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die genannten Nachteile zu vermeiden und einen Sockenanzieher der eingangs genannten Art zu finden, der bei einfacher und kompakter Gestaltung, verbunden mit seiner einfachen Herstellbarkeit, eine zuverlässige und einfache Wirkungsweise gewährleistet. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe erfolgt aufgrund der kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche. Es zeigt:

Der Sockenanzieher 1 des dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles hat einen z.B. aus einer Holzplatte geformten flachen Sockelteil 2, der dem Sockenanzieher 1 eine Standfläche 3 zur Sicherung seiner dargestellten Gebrauchsposition gibt. An diesem Sockelteil 2 ist ein schachtförmiger Sockenhalter 4 befestigt, so dass er sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht nach oben erstreckt.
Der Sockenhalter 4 ist in einem oberen, längeren Schachtbereich 5 in Umfangsrichtung rohrförmig allseitig geschlossen und in einem unteren vorderen Schachtbereich 6 mit einer nach oben hin ausgerundeten Fussöffnung 7 versehen, die ausreichend gross ist, um den in den Sockenhalter 4 eingeführten Fuss mit seinem vorderen Bereich aus dem Sockenhalter 4 heraus bis zum Aufsetzen auf den flachen Sockelteil 2 zu bewegen. Dabei zieht sich die zuvor über den Sockenhalter 4 so weit wie möglich übergestülpte Socke vollständig über den Fuss. Die dabei erfolgende Gleitbewegung des Sockenschaftes von seiner den Sockenhalter 4 aussen umschliessenden Position über den ringförmigen Öffnungsrand 8 nach innen wird durch einen Randwulst 9 des Öffnungsrandes 7 erleichtert.
In bevorzugter Ausführung ist der schachtförmige bzw: stiefelschaftartige Sockenhalter 4 aus einer leicht biegsamen Kunststofffolie geformt und hat eine vom Öffnungsrand 8 bis zu der Fussöffnung 7 hin verlaufende vordere Schliessfuge 10, die durch ineinander greifende Folienränder 11,12 gebildet ist. Hierzu hat z.B. der eine Folienrand 11 einen v-förmigen Querschnitt, so dass er eine den anderen Folienrand 12 aufnehmende Rille 13 bildet.
Da sich die Folienränder 11,12 somit aneinander abstützen, kann die kreisförmig gebogene Kunststofffolie des Sockenhalters 4 mit stabiler Form unter einer Vorspannung stehen, die bestrebt ist, den stiefelschaftartig engen Sockenhalter 4 auf einen kleineren Durchmesser zusammenzuziehen. Andererseits kann sich der vorzugsweise leicht konisch nach unten verjüngende Sockenhalter 4 beim Einführen des Fusses in den sich verengenden Schachtbereich dort mit verhältnismässig geringem Widerstand auf einen grösseren Durchmesser elastisch aufweiten, um den Fuss durch die Fussöffnung nach aussen zu bewegen, während im Bereich des Öffnungsrandes 8 der gegenseitige Eingriff der Folienränder 11,12 erhalten bleibt. Auf diese Weise kann der Sockenhalter 4 einen gegenüber bekannten Ausführungen wesentlich engeren Schachtraum haben, verbunden auch mit dem Vorteil, dass sich die Socke besser passend über den Fuss und die Wade anlegt.
Nachdem die Socke vollständig über den Wulstrand 9 geglitten ist und der Benutzer sie somit ohne Einsatz einer Hand vollständig angezogen hat, kann er auf einfache Weise aus dem Sockenanzieher 1 herausschreiten, da er durch die damit verbundene Fussbelastung des Sockelteiles 2 den Sockenanzieher 1 mit ausreichender Kraft am Boden festhält, um auf die Folienwand des schachtförmigen Sockenhalter 4 eine Kraft auszuüben, durch die sie sich aufbiegt und zwischen den Folienrändern 11,12 eine hierzu ausreichende Öffnung freigibt.
Nach Anziehen einer ersten Socke kann der Sockenanzieher 1 an seinem nach oben ragenden und somit sich in Reichweite befindlichen Sockenhalter 4 leicht erfasst werden, um ihn mit der zweiten Socke auszurüsten und für diese nochmals zu benutzen.
Um den Sockenanzieher 1 bei Nichtgebrauch und zu Transportzwecken in eine kompakte Form wandeln zu können, ist er nach Lösen eines Arretiermittels 14 scherenartig schliessbar. Hierzu wird die Schliessfuge 10 durch Aufbiegen des Sockenhalters 4 entsprechend der Breite des Sockelteils 2 geöffnet und der Sockelteil 2 in den Sockenhalter hinein geschwenkt. Um dies konstruktiv zu ermöglichen, umfasst der sich durch die vordere Fussöffnung 7 ergebende, u-förmige untere Folienrand 15 des schachtförmigen Sockelhalters 4 das entsprechend rund geformte hintere Ende 16 des Sockelteils 2 und ist auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten über jeweils einen Gelenkzapfen 17,18 mit diesem verbunden. Das Arretiermittel kann aus einer Schraube 14 bestehen, die durch den hinteren Bereich des unteren Folienrandes 15 bis in den Sockelteil 2 hinein verläuft.

Claims (7)

  1. Sockenanzieher mit einem eine Standfläche bildenden Sockelteil (2) und mit einem sich von diesem nach oben erstreckenden, schachtförmigen, zum Überstülpen einer Socke bestimmten Sockenhalter (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockenhalter (1) einen oberen (5), in Umfangsrichtung allseitig geschlossenen und einen unteren (6), zu einer Seite hin offenen Schachtbereich aufweist, so dass ein Fuss durch den geschlossenen Schachtbereich und durch den offenen Schachtbereich hindurch nach aussen bis zum Sohlenkontakt mit dem Sockelteil (2) einführbar ist.
  2. Sockenanzieher nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockenhalter (4) zusammen mit dem Sockelteil (2) eine stiefelartige Einheit bildet, indem sich der Sockenhalter (4) stiefelschaftartig vom hinteren Bereich des stiefelsohlenartigen Sockelteils (2) nach oben erstreckt.
  3. Sockenanzieher nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sockenhalter (4) aus einer elastisch biegsamen Folie besteht und eine vordere, entlang einer Mantellinie bis zu einer Fussöffnung (7) verlaufende Schliessfuge (10) aufweist, an der Folienränder (11,12) in lösbarem gegenseitigen Eingriff stehen.
  4. Sockenanzieher nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastisch biegsame Folie des Sockenhalters (4) durch Abstützung der Folienränder (11,12) aneinander unter einer Vorspannung steht, die bestrebt ist den Schachtraum zu verengen.
  5. Sockenanzieher nach Anspruch 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein u-förmig verlaufender, unterer Folienrand (15) des schachtförmigen Sockenhalters (4) das entsprechend rund geformte hintere Ende (16) des Sockelteils (2) umfasst und auf dessen einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten über jeweils einen Gelenkzapfen (17,18) mit diesem verbunden ist, so dass der Sockenhalter (4) gegenüber dem Sockelteil (4) schwenkbar ist, wobei die Gebrauchsposition durch ein am hinteren Bereich des Sockelteils (2) vorgesehenes Arretiermittel (14) gegen Schwenken gesichert ist.
  6. Sockenanzieher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Sockenhalter (4) zum Sockelteil (2) hin konisch verjüngt.
  7. Sockenanzieher nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Öffnungsrand (8) des Sockenhalters (4) einen Randwulst (9) aufweist.
