Dies bewirkt eine sehr gute Kraftübertragung und Führung des Andruckringes 5.
In dem Ansatz 26 des Flansches 22 kann auf der Innenseite der Wandung 27 eine RJ45-Kupplung 30 eingesteckt und eingeclipst werden. Es kann sich je nach Anwendungsfall um eine geschirmte oder ungeschirmte Kupplung handeln.
Claims (14)
- Steckverbinder zum Anschließen eines elektrischen Kabels, mit einem Gehäuse (1), einem vorkonfektioniert zusammen mit dem Kabel (3) darin einsetzbaren RJ45-Stecker (2) und einem Rastmittel (7) zum Verrasten des Gehäuses (1) in einer eine RJ45-Kupplung (30) beinhaltenden Aufnahmeeinrichtung (22, 26), gekennzeichnet durch eine geteilte, von der Seite her auf das Kabel (3) aufsetzbare Dichtung (4), einen geteilten, von der Seite her auf das Kabel aufsetzbaren Andruckring (5) und eine zweischalige, über das Kabel (3) setzbare Verschraubung (6), die unter Anpressung des Andruckringes (5) an die Dichtung (4) und dabei die Anpressung der Dichtung (4) an einen gehäuseseitigen Anschlag (17) in das Gehäuse (1) einschraubbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die aus zwei Halbschalen gebildete Verschraubung (6) ein zweigängiges Gewinde (16) aufweist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Andruckring (5) einen runden Querschnitt hat.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (4) ein geschlitzter Dichtring mit quadratischem Querschnitt ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der vorderen Stirnfläche der beiden Halbschalen der Verschraubung (6) eine umlaufende prismatische Ausnehmung (18) für den Andruckring (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im vorderen inneren Endbereich der beiden Halbschalen der Verschraubung (6) Zugentlastungslaschen (19) so in räumlicher Lage zu der umlaufenden prismatischen Ausnehmung (18) angeordnet sind, daß der Andruckring (5) in der Endphase der Verschraubung Zugentlastungslaschen (19) auf das Kabel (3) preßt.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Halbschalen der Verschraubung (6) im Bereich ihrer vorderen Durchtrittsöffnung Rundungen (20) aufweisen.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Rastmittel (7) mittels eines Ringes gegen eine Anschlagschulter (8) auf das Gehäuse (1) aufsetzbar ist und von dem Ring des Rastmittels (7) Rastbeine vorstehen, die an ihren vorderen Enden an nach innen weisenden Verbreiterungen (9) nach oben außen vorstehende Rastnasen (10) haben, für die unterseitig Federn (11) angeformt sind, wobei für die Verbreiterungen (9) die Rastnasen (10) und die Federn (11) an entsprechender Stelle im Gehäuse (1) aufnehmende Aussparungen (12) vorgesehen sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am vorderen Ende des Gehäuses (1) außen auf diesem eine Dichtung in Form eines O-Ringes (21) angeordnet ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeeinrichtung für die Steckerseite des Steckverbinders einen Flansch (22) aufweist, in dem sich eine Aufnahmeöffnung (23) mit anschließender Durchtrittsöffnung (24) zur Aufnahme des vorderen Endes des Gehäuses (1) und des RJ45-Steckers (2) befinden und der Flansch (22) einen durch eine Wand (27) zu steckenden Ansatz (26) aufweist, mit dem eine RJ45-Kupplung (30) verbindbar ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die RJ45-Kupplung (30) eine Federraste (31) aufweist, für die in dem Ansatz (26) des Flansches (22) eine Rastausnehmung (32) vorgesehen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Aufnahmeöffhung (23) des Flansches (22) Hinterschneidungen (33) für die Aufnahme der Rastnasen (10) des am Gehäuse (1) festgesetzten Rastmittels (7) vorgesehen sind.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Aufnahmeöffnung (23) des Flansches (22) eine Dichtfläche (25) für die Dichtung (21) am Gehäuse (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flansch (22) unter Zwischenlegung einer Dichtung (29) mittels Schrauben (28) an der Wand (17) festsetzbar ist.
