Abstract
Erfindungsgemäß wird der Kaltgasspritzprozess in einer Vakuumkammer bei einem Druck, der unterhalb von 800 mbar(80 kPa) liegt, ausgeführt. Dazu befindet sich die Kaltgasspritzpistole (3) sowie das Werkstück (5) in einer Vakuumkammer (4). Dies ermöglicht den Einsatz von optimal wirkenden Trägergasen wie beispielsweise Helium oder heliumhaltigen Mischungen. According to the invention, the cold gas spraying process is carried out in a vacuum chamber at a pressure which is below 800 mbar (80 kPa). For this purpose, the cold gas spray gun (3) and the workpiece (5) in a vacuum chamber (4). This allows the use of optimally acting carrier gases such as helium or helium-containing mixtures.
