Abstract

Erfindungsgemäß wird der Kaltgasspritzprozess in einer Vakuumkammer bei einem Druck, der unterhalb von 800 mbar(80 kPa) liegt, ausgeführt. Dazu befindet sich die Kaltgasspritzpistole (3) sowie das Werkstück (5) in einer Vakuumkammer (4). Dies ermöglicht den Einsatz von optimal wirkenden Trägergasen wie beispielsweise Helium oder heliumhaltigen Mischungen.
