Claims (6)
- Brennstoffeinspritzventil (1), insbesondere zum direkten Einspritzen von Brennstoff in den Brennraum einer gemischverdichtenden, fremdgezündeten Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem Anker (20), der mit einer Magnetspule (10) zusammenwirkt, und einer mit dem Anker (20) verbundenen Ventilnadel (3), an der ein Ventilschließkörper (4) vorgesehen ist, der zusammen mit einer Ventilsitzfläche (6) einen Dichtsitz bildet, wobei die Ventilnadel (3) den Anker (20) und eine an dem Anker (20) ausgebildete Verlängerung (15) durchgreift,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in eine Bohrung (34) in der Verlängerung (15) des Ankers (20), die deckungsgleich mit einer Bohrung (35) in der Ventilnadel (3) ausgerichtet ist, ein Bolzen (32) so angeordnet ist, daß zwischen dem Anker (20) und der Ventilnadel (3) ein axialer Vorhubspalt (30) besteht, und daß in einer Ausnehmung (8) der Ventilnadel (3) eine Vorhubfeder (22) angeordnet ist, die durch eine in die Ausnehmung (8) eingeschobene Einstetlhülse (21) auf Vorspannung gebracht ist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Vorhubfeder (22) an dem Bolzen (32) abstützt. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlängerung (15) einstückig mit dem Anker (20) hergestellt ist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (32) einen Absatz (38) aufweist. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (32) aus einem gehärteten Material besteht. - Brennstoffeinspritzventil nach Anspruch4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (32) so in die Bohrungen (34, 35) einpreßbar ist, daß der Vorhubspalt (30) durch den Absatz (38) eingestellt ist.
