Abstract
Description
In dieser Ausgestaltung sind die beiden Bremsteller übereinander liegend angeordnet.
Die Mitnehmerplatte weist hierbei einen zweiten Mitnehmerzapfen auf, der in eine Mitnahmeöffnung des zweiten Bremstellers eingreift, wobei die Mitnehmerzapfen der Mitnehmerplatte und die zugeordneten Mitnehmeröffnungen der beiden Bremsteller derart um die Rotationsachse der Bremsteller angeordnet sind, dass eine Bewegung der Mitnehmerplatte die beiden Bremsteller in gegenläufige Rotation versetzt.
Ferner wird eine sehr kompakte Bauweise des Möbelbeschlages erreicht, da keine externen Dämpfungselemente notwendig sind. Die Brems- und Dämpfungsvorrichtung ist im Scharnier integriert und von außen nicht sichtbar.
Insgesamt ist das Möbelband außen unverändert, d.h. es ist keine Veränderung im Design notwendig. Die Baugröße bleibt ebenfalls gleich.
Ferner sind die Verstellmöglichkeiten, z.B. Seiten und Höhenverstellung, unverändert vorhanden. Auch die Montage am Möbelstück erfolgt wie bisher.

Beim Öffnen des Scharniers 1 in Pfeilrichtung 10 greifen an dem Gelenkhebel 4 angeordnete Rückstellzapfen 34 an ensprechenden Lappen 20, 21 der Mitnehmerplatte an und bewegen diese zurück in Pfeilrichtung 9 bis die Rückstellzapfen 34 durch die Drehbewegung des Gelenkhebels 4 außer Eingriff mit dem Lappen 20, 21 gelangen und das Scharnier ohne Bremswirkung geöffnet werden kann, wie es in Figur 8 dargestellt ist.
Der Aufbau und die Funktionsweise der Brems- und Dämpfungsvorrichtung ist ähnlich zur ersten Ausführungsform.
Der Durchmesser der Bremsteller 35, 38 ist geringer als der Innendurchmesser des Scharniertopfes 5. Neben den weiter oben beschriebenen Mitnahmeöffnungen 23, 28 und Freistellungen 24, 29 weisen die Bremsteller 35, 38 zentrische Lagerzapfen auf, mit denen Sie in einer Lagerbohrung 42 der Bodenplatte 41 drehbar gelagert sind.
Ferner weisen die Bremsteller 35, 38 an ihrem Außenumfang teilweise eine Verzahnung 36, 39 auf, die mit einer jeweiligen Innenverzahnung der zugeordneten Bremszahnkränze 37, 40 zusammenwirkt.
Der Mitnehmerzapfen 14 der Mitnehmerplatte 8 greift in die Mitnahmeöffnung 23 des oberen Bremstellers 35 und schiebnt zunächst die Außenverzahnung 36 des oberen Bremstellers 35 in Eingriff mit der Innenverzahnung des oberen Bremszahnkranzes 37. Der gegenüberliegende Mitnehmerzapfen 13 greift durch die Freistellung 24 hindurch in die Mitnehmeöffnung 28 des unteren Bremstellers 38 und schiebt die Außenverzahnung 39 des unteren Bremstellers 38 in Eingriff mit der Innenverzahnung des unteren Bremszahnkranzes 40. In dieser Bewegungsphase werden die Bremsteller 35, 38 von der Mitnehmerplatte 8 ein kurzes Stück linear verschoben, bis die Verzahnungen 36, 39 der Bremsteller 35, 38 in Eingriff mit den zugeorndeen Bremszahnkränzen 37, 40 sind.
Sind die Verzahnungen in Eingriff miteinander, so ist die lineare Verschiebung der Bremsteller 35, 38 abgeschlossen und die Bremteller 35, 38 sowie die zugeordneten Bremszahnkränze 37, 40 werden gegeneinander verdreht.
Die Bremsteller 35, 38 sind mit ihren Lagerzapfen 43, 44 in der als Langloch ausgestalteten Lagerbohrung 42 der Bodenplatte geführt. Dadurch kann ein Freilauf zwischen den verzahnten Bremstellern 35, 38 erreicht werden. Die Brems- oder Dämpfwirkung kann vorzugsweise dadurch verstärkt werden, dass sich diese Bremsteile in einem Silikonöl ähnlichem hochviskosen Medium befinden.

Claims (14)
- Möbelbeschlag, insbesondere Möbelscharnier (1), mit integrierter Bremsund Dämpfungsvorrichtung (7), umfassend einen an einem Möbelteil festlegbaren Scharnierarm (2) und einen an einem anderen, beweglichen Möbelteil festlegbaren Scharniertopf (5), der über mindestens einen Gelenkhebel (3, 4) beweglich mit dem Scharnierarm (2) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine im Scharniertopf (5) verschiebbar gelagerte, vom Gelenkhebel (4) mittelbar oder unmittelbar betätigbare Mitnehmerplatte (8) vorgesehen ist, die mindestens einen im Scharniertopf (5) drehbar gelagerten Bremsteller (15, 16; 35, 38) in Drehung versetzt, wobei der Bremsteller (15, 16; 35, 38) mindestens eine erste Bremsfläche (32) aufweist, die auf mindestens einer zugeordneten, feststehenden oder gegenüber der ersten Bremsfläche (32) beweglichen zweiten Bremsfläche (32) gleitet. - Möbelbeschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mitnehmerplatte (8) im bodennahen Bereich des Scharniertopfs (5) angeordnet und dort linear verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Scharniertopf (5) durch eine Bodenplatte (6; 41) verschlossen ist, deren Innenfläche die feststehende Bremsfläche (32) ausbildet.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Bremsteller (15, 16; 35, 38) auf der Bodenplatte (6; 41) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mindestens eine Bremsteller (15, 16; 35, 38) zwischen der Bodenplatte (6; 41) und der Mitnehmerplatte (8) angeordnet ist.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mitnehmerplatte (8) mindestens einen Mitnehmerzapfen (13, 14) aufweist, der in eine exzentisch zur Drehachse angeordnete Mitnahmeöffnung (23; 28) des Bremstellers (15, 16; 35, 38) eingreift.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Bremsfläche (32) durch einen zweiten, im Scharniertopf (5) drehbar gelagerten Bremsteller (15, 16; 35, 38) gebildet ist.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremsteller (15, 16; 35, 38) übereinander liegend angeordnet sind.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mitnehmerplatte (8) einen zweiten Mitnehmerzapfen (13; 14) aufweist, der in eine Mitnahmeöffnung (23; 28) des zweiten Bremstellers (15, 16; 35, 38) eingreift, wobei die Mitnehmerzapfen (13; 14) der Mitnehmerplatte und die zugeordneten Mitnehmeröffnungen (23 ;28) der beiden Bremsteller derart um die Rotationsachse der Bremsteller angeordnet sind, dass eine Bewegung der Mitnehmerplatte die Bremsteller (15, 16; 35, 38) in eine gegenläufige Rotation versetzt.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigung der Mitnehmerplatte (8) durch den Gelenkhebel (4) nur im Bereich eines definierten Schließwinkels des Möbelscharniers (1) erfolgt.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser des Bremstellers (15, 16; 35, 38) im wesentlichen dem Innendurchmesser des Scharniertopfes (5) entspricht.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser des Bremstellers (35, 38) wesentlich geringer ist als der Innendurchmesser des Scharniertopfes (5), wobei der Bremsteller (35, 38) von einem Bremszahnkranz (37, 40) umgeben und teilweise mit einer Außenverzahnung (36, 39) versehen ist, die mit einer Innenverzahnung des Bremszahnkranzes (37, 40) kämmt, wodurch der Bremszahnkranz (37, 40) zusammen mit dem Bremsteller in Drehung versetzt wird.
- Möbelbeschlag nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberflächen des mindestens einen Bremszahnkranzes (37, 40) zusätzliche bewegliche Bremsflächen (32) ausbilden.
- Möbelbeschlag nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen den Bremsflächen (32) ein hochviskoses, flüssiges Medium eingebracht ist.
