Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Einsetzen einzelner Stückgüter (3) in Behälter (4) mit einem ersten Förderer (1) zur Zufuhr der einzelnen Stückgüter (3), mit einem zweiten Förderer (2) zur Zufuhr der Behälter (4), mit mindestens einer Pikkereinheit (5), wobei mindestens eine der mindestens einen Pickereinheit (5) eine Anzahl x Stückgüter (3) vom ersten Förderer (1) in einen Behälter (4) einsetzt und wobei der Behälter (4) eine Anzahl N > x Stückgüter (3) fasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine separate Umsetzungseinheit (U) vorhanden ist zur Umsetzung der letzten N-x Stückgüter (3) in den N Stückgüter (3) fassenden Behälter (4), wobei mindestens eine der mindestens einen Pickereinheit (5) die N-x Stückgüter (3) vom ersten Förderer (1) in die Umsetzungseinheit (U) umsetzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzeinheit (U) ein Einschiebemittel (70, 71, 72) aufweist zur Einschiebung der N-x Stückgüter (3) in den Behälter (4).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Förderer (2) die Behälter (4) in einer Ebene geneigt zur Föderebene des ersten Förderers (1) transportiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzungseinheit (U) ein sich mindestens abschnittsweise in Förderrichtung des zweiten Förderers (2) erstreckendes Anlageband (6) zur Anlage der N-x Stückgüter (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anlageband (6) in einem Winkel, welcher mindestens annähernd einer Endlage der N-x Stückgüter (3) im Behälter (4) entspricht, zum zweiten Förderer (2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einschiebemittel ein in einem Winkel zum zweiten Förderer (2) ausgerichteter Einschiebebalken (70) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzeinheit (U) einen dritten Förderer (6') aufweist, welcher mindestens abschnittsweise parallel zum zweiten Förderer (2) und in einem Winkel dazu verläuft, welcher mindestens annähernd einer Endlage der N-x Stückgüter (3) im Behälter (4) entspricht, und dass das Einschiebemittel (71) in einem Winkel zum dritten Förderer (6') ausgerichtet ist, wobei es in Förderrichtung des zweiten Förderers (2) in einem spitzen Winkel zu diesem hingeneigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einschiebemittel ein vierter Förderer (71) mit einer Anlagefläche ist, welche in einem Winkel zur Auflagefläche des dritten Förderers (6') ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umsetzeinheit (U) einen Taschenförderer (6") aufweist, welcher sich mindestens abschnittsweise in die Förderrichtung des zweiten Förderers (2) erstreckt und dass der Taschenförderer (6") Taschen (62) zur Aufnahme der N-x Stückgüter (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Taschen (62) einen Boden aufweisen, welcher sich öffnen lässt.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Einschiebeelement ein Stössel (72) ist, welcher von oben in eine der Taschen (62) einschiebbar ist, um ein darin befindliches Stückgut (3) nach unten in den Behälter (4) zu stossen.
- Verfahren zum Einsetzen einzelner Stückgüter (3) in Behälter (4), wobei auf einem ersten Förderer (1) einzelne Stückgüter (3) und auf einem zweiten Förderer (2) Behälter (4) zugeführt werden, wobei mindestens eine Pickereinheit (5) verwendet wird und wobei eine Anzahl x der Stückgüter (2) von mindestens einer der mindestens einen Pickereinheit (5) vom ersten Förderer (1) in einen Behälter (4) einsetzt werden, wobei der Behälter (4) eine Anzahl N > x Stückgüter (3) fasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die letzten N-x Stückgüter (3) in den N Stückgüter (3) fassenden Behälter (4) mittels einer separaten Umsetzungseinheit (U) eingeführt werden, wobei die N-x Stückgüter (3) vom ersten Förderer (1) mittels einer der mindestens einen Pickereinheit (5) in die Umsetzungseinheit (U) umgesetzt werden.
