Definitions
- the invention relates to a staged door, in particular in the form of a fire door, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Known staging doors have as Torfelder means of a lifting drive movable and from an upper open position into a lower Closed position telescopically displaceable plate elements on the side Edge region of a passage opening through a respective support assembly are guided.
- the relatively displaceable plate elements form in their respective coverage areas and to the peripheral support assemblies towards movement gaps, the fire safety in the area of such Influence goals.
- the invention is concerned with the problem of creating a staggered gate, the low technical effort in a closed position largely reliable fire-resistant system forms and also in the lateral edge region of its plate elements with improved stability a support with increased fire safety having.
- the staggered gate is required to meet the requirements for fire doors
- Security features constructed as a functional unit in which both in the column area between the edge frame profiles and the resting wall panels as Also provided between these Wan plates in their coverage areas respective insulating materials are simultaneously effective in the closed position of the relay gate. This creates a functional unit which, while avoiding thermal bridges an optimal sound and heat protection as well as a high dielectric strength guaranteed in case of fire.
- the system with the installation conditions adapted insulating materials in the frame profiles and the wall panels is self-contained so that heat, air and sound passages are avoided and also the overhead lifting drive by a Enclosed mounting position is protected.
- the essentially symmetrical structure of the relay gate also allows for large spans and passages a largely independent of the building to be closed conceivable and easy to install System, its independent structural parts with little effort largely any customer requirements are customizable.
- the peat fields are two layers of parallel wall elements, at which upper side transverse webs provided as a driver during the opening stroke are at the same time a stable storage and guidance in the area of the lateral Frame profiles is reached.
- the individual peat fields are easy to produce and require no additional components such as rollers o.
- rollers o Like. so that with low weight positionally accurate guides in the frame profiles and high speeds in the up and down movement of the Staffeltores are reachable.
- the wall panels of the Tores partially into each other, that even against wind pressure o.
- Flat Strains stable, inherently rigid system is formed and this overall meets the fire safety requirements.
- a generally designated 1 staggered door is shown in the closed position, which consists of several designated each with 2 Torfeldern.
- Torfelder 2 are by means of a lifting drive 3 near an upper edge region a passage opening in a nested open position (FIGS. 3 and 3) 4, thin line representation) can be fixed.
- the lifting drive 3 By means of the lifting drive 3 are the peat fields 2 telescopically by an illustrated with an arrow A lowering movement displaced into the lower closed position, as this is the cut Representation of the located in the closed position Torfelder 2 in Fig. 3 and 4 shows.
- the Torfelder 2 each consist of two upper side connected by transverse webs 4 Wall panels 6 and 7, with a corresponding to the number of Torfelder graded distance B, B ', B "and B"' one open at the bottom Limit interior 5.
- the wall panels 6, 7 are with their lateral edge areas in the closed position on the passage opening limiting frame profiles 8, 9 (Fig. 1) supported, one of which 8 in Fig. 2 in an individual view is illustrated.
- the Torfelder 2 are in the manner of a telescopic Torblattstaffel connected, with multiple tethers 10 at the bottom Torfeld 2 ' (Fig. 1) to a respective support member 10 'attack and by means of an upper drive shaft 3 'of the lifting drive 3 a lifting movement against arrow A executable is.
- the Torfelder 2 are nested and a distance E (Fig. 1) having transverse webs 4 take in the open position a with 4 'designated behind one another.
- the staggered gate 1 has a number of openings corresponding to the opening height Telescopically movable Torfelder 2 on, in the closed position in the area the edge-side frame profiles 8, 9 as an integral part of a fire protection unit are supported in connection.
- Telescopically movable Torfelder 2 on, in the closed position in the area the edge-side frame profiles 8, 9 as an integral part of a fire protection unit are supported in connection.
- FIG. 2 illustrates that the opposite in the installed position a transverse center plane C (Fig. 1) of the staging gate 1 arranged frame profiles 8 and 9 with respective step-like side supports 11th are provided, on which the front side, the wall plates 6, 7 in the closed position of Fire doors (Fig. 3, Fig. 4) are supported.
- a transverse center plane C Fig. 1
- FIG. 5 to 8 it is clear that the fire protection unit as insulation closure both in the frame profiles 8, 9 as well between the gate fields 2 and 2 'respective refractory strip seals 12, 13, with which a total of a labyrinth seal is formed.
- FIG. 5 and 6 show the formation of the frame profiles 8 and 9 constructed as a mirror image of the central longitudinal plane M of the door 2 Assembly comprising at least one outer transverse insulation board 14 (Fig. 6) and 14 and 15 (Fig. 5), respectively. These plates are as Dämmverschluß to the passage opening on the outside with the respective side supports 11 connected. The side supports 11 in turn form horizontal support webs 11 '(FIGS. 7, 8) and the outer vertical struts 16 are closed and stable support frame.
- the frame profiles 8, 9 each one effective fire protection profile for fire protection in the manner of a fire protection trough 17, in which the lateral edge regions of the wall elements 6, 7 in the Engage closed position (Fig. 5, Fig. 6).
- these fire protection troughs 17 be the respective end face of the wall elements 6, 7 strip seals 12 positioned when closing the gate 1, so that with the under Heat influence at high temperatures swelling seals 12 in case of fire a largely airtight closure of the gap region is achieved and a flame is avoided and thus the system in its fire retardant Effect is improved.
- Fig. 7 and 8 are advantageous arrangements of the area with the fire protection troughs 17 and the strip seals 12 cooperating strip materials 13 in the region of parallel to the longitudinal center plane M extending Wall elements 6, 6 'shown, with this arrangement is a mirror image in Area of the respective wall element 7 repeated.
- the wall elements 6, 6 'in the region of their telescopically engaged position in the closed position remaining longitudinal edge areas one the refractory and under heat swelling insulating material in the form of the strip seal 13 receiving Labyrinth profiling D on.
- This profiling D is of respective L-shaped folded longitudinal struts 19, 20 formed on the respective lower or upper longitudinal edge 21, 22 of the adjacent Wall plates 6, 6 'are fixed.
- the longitudinal struts 19, 20 each have a free leg 23, 24, which in the closed position of the Torfelder second opposite each other and thus define the labyrinth profile D, the at the same time a heat and sound insulating effect for the gate 1 in the Closed position unfolded.
- These fire doors 1 are up to a length of 8500 mm and a height of 5500 mm to produce, despite lightweight construction the Torfelder 2 whose fire safety is guaranteed and the drive. 3 has an encapsulated mounting position. So this gate system is also for large-scale structures, especially industrial halls, can be used.
- Fig. 7 are for at least 90-minute fireproof execution of the peat fields several of the strip seals 13 are arranged on the longitudinal struts 19 and 20, while in Fig. 8, an embodiment is shown in which each longitudinal strut 19, 20 only one strip seal 13 is provided, so that this unit the fire protection requirements provided for a load of at least 30 minutes withstand.
- a further improvement of the fire resistance in the area of expandable Assembly designed frame sections 8 and 9 is achieved in that the area shown in Fig. 5 and 6 with the insulation boards 14 and 15 with additional refractory parts is provided.
- the available as a prefabricated component Frame profile 8 or 9 is in the area of its respective side supports 11 and vertical struts 16 having rack with additional insulating materials, for example, provided in the form of silicate fire protection boards, with which the free spaces of the frame completely filled and fire retardant are covered.
- These plate components can additionally by an outside Metal cladding to be improved in their fire resistance.
