Claims (20)
- Procédé de nouage d'un fil sur une bobine caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste essentiellement à saisir l'extrémité (3) du fil et à positionner ledit fil sous tension dans le prolongement de la dernière spire bobinée, à réaliser une boucle lâche parallèlement à l'extrémité (3) du fil tendu, puis à former un tortillon par tordage d'un brin de la boucle lâche avec l'extrémité (3) du fil tendu, à serrer ensuite le tortillon obtenu sur la bobine (1) et à couper l'extrémité restante du fil.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la saisie de l'extrémité (3) du fil et son positionnement sous tension dans le prolongement de la dernière spire bobinée sont effectués par aspiration de ladite extrémité (3) et mise en rotation de dévidage de fil de la bobine (1) par le support (2), avec réalisation simultanée d'une longueur prédéterminée de fil tendu, puis par déplacement du brin de fil tendu transversalement à l'axe longitudinal de la bobine (1) et par rembobinage partiel du fil en vue de l'obtention d'une spire droite alignée avec le fil tendu.
- Procédé, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au cours de l'aspiration ou à la fin de cette dernière, il est ménagé un espace dans lequel le fil est tendu et dans lequel peut pénétrer un moyen de déviation du fil à la fin de l'aspiration, de sorte que ce dernier peut être amené sous tension dans une position inclinée transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la bobine (1).
- Procédé, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, lors du rembobinage du fil consécutif à la fin de l'aspiration, le fil maintenu s'enroule jusqu'à réaliser une spire droite.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la réalisation de la boucle lâche, parallèlement à l'extrémité (3) du fil tendu, s'effectue par formation d'une spire de circonférence nettement supérieure à celle des spires de la bobine (1), dans le sens de la rotation de bobinage, avec maintien sous tension de l'extrémité libre (3) du fil.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la formation de la boucle lâche est réalisée avec traction sur l'extrémité libre (3) du fil et rotation simultanée de la bobine (1) et d'un moyen d'appui déporté par rapport au diamètre maximal de la bobine (1), dans le sens du bobinage.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la formation de la boucle lâche est effectuée par un moyen d'appui déporté par rapport au diamètre maximal de la bobine (1), se déplaçant autour de la bobine (1) dans le sens de bobinage, l'extrémité (3) de fil tendu étant maintenu solidement et la bobine (1) étant maintenue à rotation libre sur le support (2), la boucle lâche ou spire de plus grande circonférence étant obtenue par un déroulage partiel correspondant de la bobine (1), sous traction.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la formation du tortillon par tordage s'effectue par une saisie simultanée d'un brin de la boucle lâche et de l'extrémité (3) de fil tendu, suivie d'une impression mécanique ou pneumatique d'un mouvement de rotation du brin de la boucle autour de l'extrémité (3) de fil tendu.
- Procédé, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le serrage du tortillon obtenu sur la bobine (1) est réalisé par action d'une traction sur l'extrémité (3) de fil tendu sous l'effet d'une rotation de la bobine (1) dans le sens du bobinage et d'un maintien immobile de ladite extrémité (3) de fil tendu ou sous l'effet d'une traction directe sur ladite extrémité (3) de fil tendu.
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué par un dispositif (5) de saisie et de positionnement de l'extrémité (3) du fil enroulé, par un moyen (6) de réalisation d'une boucle lâche, par un dispositif (7) de formation d'un tortillon et par un moyen (8) de coupe de l'extrémité (3) restante du fil.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (5) de saisie et de positionnement de l'extrémité libre (3) du fil enroulé est constitué par une buse d'aspiration (9), munie d'une cellule de détection de fil et déplaçable en rapprochement et en éloignement de la bobine (1) dans un plan passant par l'axe longitudinal de cette dernière et par une plaque de positionnement (10) déplaçable, depuis une position extérieure à l'encombrement longitudinal de la bobine (1), parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal de ladite bobine (1) et pourvue d'une encoche (10') d'indexation du fil aspiré par la buse (9).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la buse d'aspiration (9) est munie intérieurement d'un élément de retenue perméable, tel qu'une grille fine ou une feuille de mousse, destiné à retenir l'extrémité aspirée de fil (3).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (6) de réalisation d'une boucle lâche se présente sous forme d'une butée escamotable (11) montée, par l'intermédiaire d'une tringlerie pivotante (12) actionnée par un vérin, sur un manchon rotatif (13) coaxial à la bobine (1) et entraíné en rotation, de manière débrayable.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'entraínement en rotation du manchon (13) est réalisé par l'intermédiaire d'un moteur indépendant ou encore au moyen d'un dispositif d'embrayage coopérant avec l'entraínement en rotation de la bobine (1).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le manchon rotatif (13) est monté de manière coulissante coaxialement à la bobine (1) et est actionné en déplacement de coulissement par l'intermédiaire d'un vérin.
- Dispositif, suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 13 et 14, caractérisé en ce que la tringlerie (12) se présente sous forme d'un parallélogramme, dont le grand côté opposé à l'extrémité correspondante de la bobine est légèrement plus long que celui articulé avec le petit côté portant la butée escamotable (11).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la butée escamotable (11) est montée coaxialement sur un mandrin (14) de réception et d'entraínement en rotation de la bobine (1).
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (6) de réalisation d'une boucle lâche se présente sous forme d'une butée escamotable indépendante de l'entraínement de la bobine (1) et dont l'axe de rotation est coaxial à celui de la bobine (1), ladite butée escamotable étant guidée suivant une trajectoire elliptique.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (7) de formation d'un tortillon est constitué par une buse à air (15) à canal ouvert (15') présentant une chambre de réception d'une portion de fil tendu (3) et d'une portion correspondante parallèle de brin de la boucle lâche.
- Dispositif, suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (7) de formation d'un tortillon est constitué par un ensemble mécanique à friction comportant deux bandes (16) se déplaçant à contre-sens et se plaquant de part et d'autre de l'ensemble formé par l'extrémité de fil tendu (3) et par le brin correspondant de la boucle lâche.
