Claims (11)

  1. Procédé destiné à réguler la tension du fil dans une machine textile dans laquelle le fil (F) est dévidé par traction d'une réserve (2) par un système de fourniture de fil (5), et est amené à un dispositif de trancanage de fil (11), le procédé englobant la production d'une grandeur de régulation pour la vitesse de fourniture du fil (F), et effectuant, en ce qui concerne les perturbations causant les variations de la tension du fil, une distinction entre perturbations périodiques et stochastiques, les perturbations périodiques étant calculées et prises en considération pour la grandeur de régulation citée,
    caractérisé
    en ce qu'au regard des perturbations périodiques calculées, on effectue une correction adaptative de la vitesse de fourniture du fil, lors de laquelle la vitesse de fourniture du fil est augmentée ou réduite en fonction de la position respective du guide-fil (12) du dispositif de trancanage de fil (11).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on mesure la tension du fil et l'on prend également en considération pour la grandeur de régulation mentionnée, les perturbations stochastiques mesurées à cette occasion.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue la correction adaptative de façon telle que la tension du fil au niveau des points d'inversion de sens et au milieu de la trajectoire de déplacement du guide-fil (12) atteigne la même valeur.
  4. Dispositif destiné à réguler la tension du fil dans une machine textile, comprenant un groupe de fourniture de fil (5) pour le fil (F), qui est entraîné par moteur, et un dispositif de trancanage de fil (11) avec un guide-fil (12) pour enrouler le fil (F) sur un support de fil (9), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une commande pour le calcul d'une grandeur de régulation pour la correction d'une variation périodique de la tension du fil, et pour une régulation adaptative du système de fourniture de fil en vue de la compensation des variations de la tension du fil, l'entraînement (4) du groupe de fourniture de fil (5) étant régulé de façon à ce qu'il se produise une compensation des perturbations périodiques de la tension du fil dues au dispositif de trancanage de fil (11).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'entre le groupe de fourniture de fil (5) et le dispositif de trancanage de fil (11) est agencé un capteur (6) pour mesurer la tension du fil, et l'entraînement (4) du groupe de fourniture de fil (5) est régulé de façon telle que soit effectuée, en plus de la compensation des perturbations périodiques, une compensation des perturbations stochastiques de la tension du fil, mesurées par le capteur (6).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la compensation des perturbations périodiques de la tension du fil est effectuée par une correction adaptative de l'entraînement (4) du groupe de fourniture de fil (5) au regard d'un calcul de la tension du fil pour les différentes positions du guide-fil (12).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le calcul mentionné est effectué en tenant compte de la vitesse de fil momentanée.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la position du guide-fil (12) est déterminée par un capteur.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la position du guide-fil (12) est prescrite par un étage de commande.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus un premier étage de commande (17) pour l'entraînement du support de fil (9) et du dispositif de trancanage de fil (11 ), et un deuxième étage de commande (18) relié au précédent et destiné à l'entraînement (4) du groupe de fourniture de fil (5), et en ce qu'au deuxième étage de commande (18) sont fournies des données concernant la position momentanée du guide-fil (12) et la tension momentanée du fil.
  11. Utilisation du procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 dans des machines à bobiner.
