Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Farbversorgung eines für die Serienbeschichtung von Werkstücken mit Beschichtungsmaterial wechselnder Farbe verwendeten Zerstäubers, in dem das verschiedenfarbige Material beim Beschichtungsbetrieb aus einem Farbeingangskanal (14) durch ein Betriebssteuerventil (16) in einen insbesondere düsenartigen Farbausgangskanal (18) geleitet wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nach einem Beschichtungsvorgang in dem Farbeingangskanal (14) verbliebene Beschichtungsmaterial mit einem Molch (33) von dem dem Betriebssteuerventil (16) zugewandten Ende des Farbeingangskanals (14) aus in Richtung zu dessen entgegengesetztem Ende zurückgedrückt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:von oder vor dem Beschichtungsmaterial wird der Molch (33) von einer ersten Molchstation (30) aus, die mit dem dem Betriebssteuerventil (16) abgewandten Ende des Farbeingangskanals (14) verbunden ist, durch den Farbeingangskanal hindurch in eine an dem Betriebssteuerventil (16) oder in dessen Nähe befindliche zweite Molchstation (32) geschoben;das Beschichtungsmaterial wird durch das Betriebssteuerventil (16) in den Farbausgangskanal (18) geleitet, während sich der Molch (33) in der zweiten Molchstation (32) befindet;nach Beendigung des Beschichtungsvorgangs wird der Molch (33) von einem Schiebemedium, das durch einen gesonderten Kanal (20, 24, 117) in das steuerventilseitige Ende des Farbeingangskanals (14) oder in die zweite Molchstation (32, 132) geleitet wird, in die erste Molchstation (30) zurückbewegt, wodurch das in dem Farbeingangskanal (14) verbliebene Beschichtungsmaterial in eine Farbversorgungseinrichtung (F) zurückgedrückt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum oder nach dem Zurückdrücken des Molches (33) ein Spülmittel aus einem gesonderten Kanal (20, 24, 117) in das steuerventilseitige Ende des Farbeingangskanals (14) geleitet wird und bis in eine an dessen entgegengesetztes Ende angeschlossene Rückführleitung (35, RF1) fließt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor Beginn des Beschichtungsvorgangs der Molch (33) während seiner Bewegung in Richtung zu der zweiten Molchstation (32) eine vorbestimmte Menge des den Farbeingangskanal (14) füllenden Spülmittels in den dem Betriebssteuerventil (16) nachgeschalteten Farbausgangskanal (18) des Zerstäubers drückt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorbestimmte Menge durch Umschalten des Betriebssteuerventils (16) bestimmt wird
nach einer bestimmten Zeit der Molchbewegung
oder durch das Signal eines an dem Farbeingangssignal (14) angeordneten Molchsensors
oder nach Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Menge des in den Farbeingangskanal (14) fließenden Beschichtungsmaterials, welche mittels einer Dosiereinrichtung für das Beschichtungsmaterial oder einer Durchflussmesszelle ermittelt wird. - Beschichtungsvorrichtung mit einem Zerstäuber für die Serienbeschichtung von Werkstücken mit Beschichtungsmaterial wechselnder Farbe, der einen Farbeingangskanal (14) für das verschiedenfarbige Beschichtungsmaterial, einen insbesondere düsenartigen Farbausgangskanal (18) und ein zwischen die Farbeingangs- und Farbausgangskanäle (14, 18) geschaltetes Betriebssteuerventil (16) enthält,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an dem steuerventilseitigen Ende des Farbeingangskanals (14) des Zerstäubers eine Molchstation (32) angeordnet ist und zwischen ihr und einer Molchstation (30), die mit dem dem Betriebssteuerventil (16) abgewandten Ende des Farbeingangskanals (14) verbunden ist, ein Molch (33) durch den Farbeingangskanal (14) hin und her bewegbar ist. - Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die am Farbausgangskanal (18) angeordnete Molchstation (32, 132) mit einem gesonderten Kanal (20, 24, 117) verbunden ist, mit dem ein Molchschiebemedium und/oder Spülmittel zu dem Farbeingangskanal (14) oder der Molchstation (132) geleitet werden kann, und dass an das dem Farbausgangskanal (18) abgewandten Ende des Farbeingangskanals (14) eine Rückführleitung (RF1) angeschlossen ist.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betriebssteuerventil (16) zwischen drei Ventilstellungen umschaltbar ist und
in der ersten Ventilstellung den Eingang des Farbausgangskanals (18) absperrt, während der Weg zwischen dem Farbeingangskanal (15) und dem gesonderten Kanal (20) geöffnet ist;
in der zweiten Ventilstellung den Weg zwischen dem Farbeingangskanal (14) und dem Farbausgangskanal (18) sowie den Weg zwischen dem Farbeingangskanal (14) und dem gesonderten Kanal (20) sperrt;
und in der dritten Ventilstellung den Weg vom Farbeingangskanal (14) in den Farbausgangskanal (18) öffnet, während der Weg zwischen den Farbeingang- und Farbausgangskanälen (14, 18) und dem gesonderten Kanal (20) gesperrt ist. - Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betriebssteuerventil (16) ein Nadelventil ist, dessen Ventilnadel (22) sich durch den gesonderten Kanal (20) erstreckt.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betriebssteuerventil (116) ein Nadelventil ist, das nur zwischen zwei Stellungen umschaltbar ist, in denen es den Weg in den Farbausgangskanal (118) öffnet bzw. sperrt, und dass der gesonderte Kanal (117) parallel zu dem Farbeingangskanal (114) durch das den Farbeingangskanal und das Nadelventil enthaltende Farbrohr (112) des Zerstäubers verläuft.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6-10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an dem steuerventilseitigen Ende des Farbeingangskanals (114) angeordnete Molchstation (132) eine außerhalb des Farbmaterialweges liegende, als Parknische für den Molch (133) dienende Kammer (135) enthält.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zerstäuber an einer automatisch gesteuerten mehrachsigen Bewegungsmaschine montiert ist, in der sich außerhalb des Zerstäubers die über eine molchbare Verbindungseinrichtung (34) mit dem maschinenseitigen Ende des Farbeingangskanals (14) verbundene Molchstation (30) befindet.
- Beschichtungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zerstäuber manuell oder automatisch wechselbar an einem Lackierroboter montiert und mit diesem über eine molchbare Kupplung (37) verbunden ist.
