- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un mode de réalisation d'un gabion à cellules multiples amélioré selon la présente invention,
- la figure 2 illustre un usage typique des deux gabions améliorés juxtaposés et en contact,
- la figure 3 illustre les deux gabions de la figure 2 en cas d'écartement, dû par example à un défaut de mise en oeuvre ou à un mouvement de la protection en cours de service.
Claims (12)
- Structure de conteneur en grillage ou treillis destinée à être utilisée sur un chantier, pour la protection contre l'érosion, où la structure (10) sera remplie de cailloux ou avec un autre matériau de construction, et comprenant des parois latérales (11), une partie supérieure ou couvercle (13), et dont la base (12) est caractérisée par un débord ou jupe (14) sur au moins un côté.
- Structure de conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le debord est de même nature que la structure de conteneur.
- Structure de conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite structure est métallique ou synthétique.
- Structure de conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales (11), la partie supérieure (13) et la base (12), hormis le débord (14), forment un parallélépipède ou cage gabion.
- Structure de conteneur selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le débord (14) s'étende sur au moins deux côtés adjacents de la base (12).
- Structure de conteneur selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le volume intérieur de la structure est divisée en cellules par des parois intermédiaires ou diaphragmes (16).
- Structure de conteneur selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par un matériau de doublure (15) sous ou sur au moins le débord (14) pour éviter aux particules du sol protégées dessous d'être emportées en cas d'exposition aux vitesses de courant.
- Méthode de fabrication d'un bloc structurel sur un chantier caractérisée en ce que une structure de conteneur selon une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 est apportée sur le chantier quand elle est sous forme repliée, est montée sur le chantier et est remplie de matériau solide.
- Méthode selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le matériau solide est maintenu dans la structure par les mailles du grillage ou treillis de l'enveloppe.
- Méthode suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé par l'application d'un matériau de doublure à la structure après son montage sur le chantier, le matériau solide étant maintenu dans la structure par le matériau de doublure.
- Méthode suivant la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ledit matériau de remplissage est choisi dans l'un quelconque ou le mélange quelconque de sable, blocaille, agrégat, béton, terres, pierres, argile, et similaires.
- Méthode suivant la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que après le remplissage de au moins deux structures (10) distinctes, lesdites au moins deux structures (10) sont placées juxtaposées sur le lieu de leur mise en oeuvre, le débord (14) d'une des deux structures (10) sur leur emplacement définitif étant recouvert au moins partiellement par au moins une partie de la structure (10) voisine.
