Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klapptischeinheit, mit einer um eine im wesentlichen horizontale Achse schwenkbaren Tischplatte oder einer entsprechenden Halterung, Stellfläche oder dergleichen und mindestens einem etwa vertikalen, drehbaren Bein, an dessen Unterseite eine Abstützanordnung angebracht ist, wobei die Drehung des Beines und die Schwenkbewegung der Tischplatte miteinander gekoppelt sind.
Ein Klapptisch mit einem zwei Beine aufweisenden Gestell, wobei die Beine jeweils einen zweckmäßig geformten Fuß aufweisen, wird zum Beispiel in größeren Büro- oder Konferenzräumen verwendet, um eine vorhandene Tischfläche zu vergrößern, Material oder Erfrischungen heranzubringen oder zu entfernen und vieles mehr. Ein solcher Klapptisch kann aber auch als Anbauelement einer vorhandenen Büroeinrichtung verwendet werden, das dann gegebenenfalls nur ein Bein aufweist, das am einen Ende der Tischplatte angebracht ist, während das andere Ende der Tischplatte an einem vorhandenen Tisch befestigt oder eingehängt werden kann. Diese Tischplatte muß nicht unbedingt eine Tischplatte im eigentlichen Sinn sein, sondern kann eine Halterung für ein Tablett, einen Bildschirm oder für eine sonstige Einrichtung sein. Wesentlich ist es, daß diese Halterung in eine geeignete Ebene geschwenkt werden kann, die bei Gebrauch meist horizontal und bei Nichtgebrauch meistens vertikal verläuft.
So kann eine solcher Klapptisch bei Nichtbegrauch platzsparend z.B. an der Wand eines Konferenzraumes abgestellt und zum Gebrauch durch Umklappen der Tischplatte und entsprechendes Verdrehen des Beines oder der Beine bereitgestellt werden.
Um diese Bereitstellung auf möglichst rasche und einfache Weise bewerkstelligen zu können, ist bei einem bekannten Klapptisch beispielsweise die Tischplatte mit den Beinen durch ein Gestänge gekoppelt, so daß sich beim Verschwenken der Tischplatte auch die Beine in ihre Gebrauchslage drehen (vgl. zum Beispiel die WO 0113762 A). Ist diese Bereitstellung z.B. während einer Besprechung erforderlich, ohne daß Hilfspersonal anwesend ist, dann sollte sie so wenig Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit wie möglich beanspruchen und insbesondere nicht den Fluß der Besprechung stören oder hemmen.
Dies gilt aber auch für die Gestaltung des Klapptisches selbst; ein deutlich sichtbares Gestänge nimmt unwillkürlich die Aufmerksamkeit der Anwesenden in Anspruch und ist ferner ästhetisch wenig ansprechend. Außerdem ist ein solches kompliziertes Gestänge teuer und anfällig. Für einen Klapptisch der eingangs genannten Art gibt es daher noch keine befriedigende Lösung.
Es ist eine Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung, die eingangs genannte Klapptischeinheit oder einen Klapptisch dahingehend weiterzubilden, daß er zumindest äußerlich einfach gestaltet werden kann. Ferner soll ein solcher Klapptisch in der Herstellung und Ausführung nicht zu aufwendig sein und über lange Zeit hinweg einfach und störungsfrei funktionieren.
Die Erfindung erreicht dieses Ziel durch den Gegenstand von Anspruch 1. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind in den jeweiligen abhängigen Ansprüchen beschrieben.
Danach schafft die Erfindung eine Klapptischeinheit, insbesondere einen Klapptisch, mit einer um eine im wesentlichen horizontale Achse schwenkbaren Tischplatte oder einer entsprechenden Halterung, Stellfläche oder dergleichen und mindestens einem etwa vertikalen, drehbaren Bein, an dessen Unterseite eine Abstützanordnung angebracht ist, wobei die Drehung des Beines und die Schwenkbewegung der Tischplatte miteinander gekoppelt sind, und wobei an der Unterseite der Tischplatte eine längs der im wesentlichen horizontalen Achse verlaufende Traverse angeordnet ist, die in einem Lagerkörper drehbar gelagert ist, die Oberseite des Beines im Lagerkörper drehbar gelagert ist, und die Traverse und das oder jedes Bein durch eine im Inneren des Lagerkörpers angeordnete Drehübertragungseinrichtung miteinander drehungsübertragend gekoppelt sind.
Hiermit ist die Drehübertragungseinrichtung vorteilhaft in das Innere des Lagerkörpers verlegt und daher von außen her nicht sichtbar. Sie behält aber dennoch die volle Funktionalität, nämlich die gekoppelte Verdrehung von Tischplatte und Tischbeine oder einem Beingestell. Zwar könnte man (theoretisch) auch das bekannte Gestänge in das Innere des Lagerkörpers verlegen, indem man diesen groß genug ausbilden könnte. Dadurch würde aber eine sehr klobige und damit auch auffällige Ausgestaltung entstehen.
In Ausführungsbeispielen der Erfindung werden drei Varianten vorgeschlagen, die eine recht kleine Ausgestaltung der Drehübertragungseinrichtung gestatten und in der Folge deshalb bevorzugt werden:
  • 1. Die Drehübertragungseinrichtung kann bevorzugt ein Zahnradgetriebe sein. Ein solches Getriebe, insbesondere ein Kegelradgetriebe, kann wegen der geringen, übertragenen Drehmomente sehr klein ausgeführt werden und kann auch innerhalb eines geradezu filigranen Lagerkörpers untergebracht werden.
  • 2. Die Drehübertragungseinrichtung kann bevorzugt auch ein Kardangelenk oder mehrere kombinierte Kardangelenke sein. Diese Ausführung läßt, je nach Ausbildung der Kardanwellen, Winkelfehler zwischen Tischplatte und Bein zu und kann recht kostengünstig hergestellt werden.
  • 3. Die Drehübertragungseinrichtung ist besonders bevorzugt als eine biegsame Welle ausgebildet. Eine solche biegsame Welle, die beispielsweise aus einer Stahldrahtspirale besteht, gleicht Winkel- und Fluchtfehler aus. Obwohl ein gewisser Mindestradius beim Übergang aus der Ebene der Tischplatte in die des Beines eingehalten werden muß, kann diese biegsame Welle insgesamt so dünn ausgebildet werden, daß die Unterbringung in einem schlanken Lagerkörper durchaus möglich ist. Ferner können die drehbaren Teile dieser biegsamen Welle in einem solchen Kunststoff gelagert oder geführt werden, der gute Trockenschmierungseigenschaften gegenüber dem Stahl der Spiralfeder und der mit dieser verbundenen Endstücke aufweist, so daß keinerlei Schmierung erforderlich ist.
    • Die Beine der Klapptischeinheit können Abstütztraversen aufweisen, die bei horizontaler Tischplatte quer zur horizontalen Achse stehen und beim Verschwenken der Tischplatte um 90° ebenfalls um 90° verschwenkt werden, so daß dann die Tischplatte, die Beine und die Abstütztraversen im wesentlichen in einer Ebene oder in parallelen Ebenen liegen. Klapptische können in dieser Form gestapelt werden, sind in dieser Form aber meist nicht standfähig.
    Es wird daher nach einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung der Erfindung bevorzugt, daß das Bein sich beim Verschwenken der Tischplatte mit der Traverse um einen kleineren Winkel als diese dreht. Wird also die Traverse um 90° verschwenkt, wird das Bein oder werden die Beine um weniger als diesen Winkelbetrag verschwenkt, und zwar bei zwei Beinen bevorzugt gegenläufig, so daß der Tisch bei vertikal verschwenkter Tischplatte noch immer standfähig bleibt. Es ist daher möglich, einen solchen Klapptisch, wie eingangs vermerkt, an der Wand eine Konferenzraumes aufzustellen.
    Bei einer möglichen Verwendung von Zahnrädern ist es möglich, eine Untersetzung zwischen der Verschwenkung der Tischplatte und den Beinen vorzusehen. Erfindungsgemäß ist es aber bevorzugt, daß die Drehung des Beines nach einer Totgangbewegung der Traverse mit etwa der gleichen Winkelgeschwindigkeit wie die der Traverse erfolgt. Die Totgangbewegung dient auch dazu, die Tischplatte in Bewegung zu versetzen und deren kinetische Energie dann zur Überwindung des Widerstandes zu benutzen, den die Abstützanordnung bei der Berührung mit dem Boden der Drehung des Beines oder der Beine entgegensetzt.
    Bevorzugt ist die Traverse und/oder das Bein in mindestens einer Winkellage bezüglich des Lagerkörpers arretierbar. Dies wird in der Regel die Gebrauchslage der Tischplatte sein, nämlich die horizontale Lage, und die Abstell-Lage, in der die Tischplatte vertikal steht. Es kann aber auch noch eine Zwischenlage arretierbar sein, in der die Tischplatte zum Beispiel zur Präsentation eines Textes oder von Gegenständen geneigt ist.
    Gemäß einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist an der Traverse nahe dem Lagerkörper mindestens eine Quertraverse angeordnet, die sich unter der Tischplatte quer zur Traverse erstreckt und in der mindestens ein Schieber zum Betätigen einer Arretiereinrichtung untergebracht ist, der an einem Betätigungsgriff nahe der Seitenkante der Tischplatte befestigt ist. Solche Quertraversen sind üblich, aber im Fall der Erfindung nimmt die Quertraverse die Verbindung zwischen Betätigungsgriff und Arretiereinrichtung auf, so daß nicht nur beim natürlichen Ergreifen der Tischplatte am Rand der Betätigungsgriff mit ergriffen werden kann, sondern auch alle technischen Einzelheiten unsichtbar sind, so daß sie weder durch ungeschickte Behandlung etwa durch Reinigungskräfte beschädigt werden können noch auf den Betrachter ablenkend wirken.
    Bevorzugt weist die erfindungsgemäße Klapptischeinheit zwei Beine, zwei Lagerkörper, eine mittige Traverse und zwei Quertraversen auf, wie es bei Klapptischen üblich ist. Die Quertraversen weisen aber jeweils zwei Betätigungsgriffe auf, so daß, gleichgültig, von welcher Seite her man den erfindungsgemäßen Klapptisch ergreift, man mit beiden Händen beide Betätigungsgriffe für die beiden Lagerkörper ergreifen kann. An den unteren Enden eines jeden der Beine ist jeweils eine Abstütztraverse angeordnet, die sich bei horizontaler Tischplatte zu beiden Seiten des entsprechenden Beines parallel zu den Quertraversen erstrekken. Diese an sich konventionelle Anordnung findet bei der Erfindung eine besondere Zweckmäßigkeit. Die beiden Arretiereinrichtungen können durch ein Gestänge, das innerhalb der Traverse verläuft, miteinander verbunden sein, so daß es dann möglich ist, den erfindungsgemäßen Klapptisch auf mit nur einer Hand zu verstellen, die einen der Betätigungsgriffe ergreift.
    Bevorzugt ist die Tischplatte oder dergleichen in horizontaler und vertikaler Lage arretierbar, wobei sich die Abstütztraversen im Winkel von 90° bzw. etwa 45° zur Traverse erstrecken.
    Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung werden anhand der beigefügten, schematischen Zeichnung beispielsweise noch näher erläutert. In dieser zeigt:
  • Fig. 1 einen erfindungsgemäßen Klapptisch in Frontansicht, Seitenansicht und Schrägbild, mit horizontaler Tischplatte,

    • Der in Fig. 1 gezeigte Klapptisch weist in seiner Gebrauchslage eine im wesentlichen horizontale Tischplatte 1 auf. Diese hat zueinander parallele Längskanten und asymmetrische Querkanten. In einem Eck einer jeden Querkante ist durch eine Aussparung eine griffähnliche Ausbildung geschaffen. Beide griffähnlichen Ausbildungen liegen einander diagonal gegenüber und dienen unter anderem dazu, den Klapptisch zu ergreifen und heranzuziehen.
    Auf der Unterseite der Tischplatte 1 und in der Mitte, parallel zu den Längskanten, ist eine Traverse 3 angeordnet, deren Länge geringer ist als die der Tischplatte 1. Im Bereich eines jeden der Enden der Traverse 3 erstreckt sich eine Quertraverse 9, die senkrecht zur Traverse 3 verläuft und beiderseits über diese um das gleiche Maß übersteht. Diese Quertraversen 9 sind mit ihrer Oberseite an der Unterseite der Tischplatte 1 befestigt und stützen deren Gesicht ab. An der Unterseite der Quertraversen 9 ist die Traverse 3 befestigt, die somit einen geringen Abstand zur Unterseite der Tischplatte 1 aufweist.
    An jedem Ende jeder Quertraverse 9 ist ein Handgriff 15 angebracht.
    Die Enden der Traverse 3 laufen jeweils in einen rohrförmigen Lagerkörper 7 ein, der einen nur geringfügig größeren Durchmesser als die Traverse 3 aufweist und mit dieser fluchtet.
    An der Unterseite und am Außenende eines jeden Lagerkörpers 7 ist ein sich vertikal nach unten erstreckendes, rohrförmiges Bein 5 angebracht. Am unteren Ende der Beine 5 sitzt jeweils verdrehfest eine Abstütztraverse 11, die sich bei der Stellung des Klapptisches, die in Fig. 1 gezeigt ist, etwa parallel zur darüberliegenden Quertraverse 9 erstreckt. Die Abstütztraverse 11 hat zwei sich entgegengesetzt vom Bein 5 weg erstreckende Schenkel, an deren Ende jeweils eine abbremsbare, um eine vertikale Achse verschwenkbare Rolle 13 angebracht ist.
    Soll der Klapptisch weggestellt werden, wird an den beiden auf einer Seite der Traverse 3 liegenden Handgriffen 15 angezogen und die Tischplatte 1 wird mit diesen Handgriffen 15 nach oben geklappt, bis sie in vertikale Lage gelangt. Dabei drehen sich die Beine 5 um etwa 45° nach außen, so daß sich der Abstand zwischen den Rollen 13 und dem Lot der Traverse 3 auf den Boden, auf dem die Rollen 13 ablaufen, halbiert. So ist der Klapptisch immer noch standfest, nimmt aber einen geringen Raum ein. Diese Stellung des Klapptisches ist in Fig. 2 gezeigt.
    In den Fig. 2, 3 und 4 ist ferner dargestellt, daß der Lagerkörper 7 an seiner Oberseite eine der Traverse 3 zugewandte Kerbe aufweist, sowie einen beiderseits überstehenden Absatz. Mit jedem Handgriff 15 ist eine Stange 17 verbunden, die innerhalb der Quertraverse 9 verläuft und an ihrem Ende jeweils einen Arretierkörper 19 trägt. Wird am Handgriff 15 gezogen, dann folgen die jeweilige Stange 17 und der jeweilige Arretierkörper 19 dieser Bewegung. Ist die Tischplatte 1 in vertikale Lage geklappt (Fig. 2), dann ist der dann oben liegende Arretierkörper 19 in die Kerbe eingefallen. Wird der dann oben liegende Handgriff 15 gezogen, dann zieht er über die zugehörige Stange 17 den Arretierkörper 19 nach oben, und die Tischplatte 1 kann in die Horizontale geschwenkt werden.
    Da der Handgriff 15 inzwischen losgelassen wurde, läuft der betreffende Arretierkörper 19 über den gewölbten Deckel 29 (Fig. 4) des Lagerkörpes 7 ab, bis er unter dem entsprechenden, obengenannten Absatz deutlich hörbar einfällt. Der gegenüberliegende Arretierkörper 19 (derselben Quertraverse 9) schlägt dann unter dem gegenüberliegenden Absatz desselben Lagerkörpers 7 an. Die Tischplatte 1 befindet sich in arretierter, horizontaler Lage.
    Soll die Tischplatte 1 wieder in die Vertikale geklappt werden, dann werden auf der ihrer einen Seite beide Handgriffe 15 herausgezogen, nach oben gehoben und losgelassen. Beim Fortsetzen der Schwenkbewegung läuft der entsprechende Arretierkörper 19 über den Deckel 29 und fällt schließlich in die genannte Kerbe ein. Eine hier nicht gezeigte Feder belastet nämlich jeden Handgriff 15, jede Stange 17 und/oder jeden Arretierkörper 19.
    Es wird nun der in Fig. 4 gezeigte Aufbau des Lagerkörpers 7 näher beschrieben:
    Kernstück des Lagerkörpers 7 ist der Führungsdorn 25 mit einem horizontalen und einem vertikalen Abschnitt. Auf dem horizontalen Abschnitt wird der Deckel 29 befestigt; gemeinsam bilden diese beiden Elemente ein radiales Lager und eine axiale Halterung für den Traversengleiter 21, der am Ende der Traverse 3, koaxial zu dieser, befestigt ist. An dem von der Traverse 3 abgewandten Ende sitzt eine Endkappe 31. Diese kann auch durch ein Anschlußstück ersetzt werden, das zum Beispiel eine Verbindung zu einem Gerätehalter herstellt. Der vertikale Abschnitt des Führungsdornes 25 bildet ein radiales Gleitlager für einen Beingleiter 23, der fest im oberen Ende des Beines 5 befestigt ist. Der vertikale Abschnitt des Führungsdornes weist einen horizontalen Kulissenschlitz 27 auf, in den ein nach der Montage in den Beingleiter 23 einsetzbarer Dorn eingreift und die Verdrehung des Beines 5 begrenzt.
    Am unteren Ende des Beingleiters 23 und am vom Führungsdorn 25 abgewandten Ende des Traversengleiters 21 befindet sich ein Innenvierkant 37 (nur beim Gleiter 23 gezeigt), in den ein jeweiliger Außenvierkant 35 einer biegsamen Welle 33, z.B. eine Spiralfeder, eingreift, die innerhalb des Führungsdornes 25 um einen etwa rechten Winkel gekrümmt ist.
    Es ist ersichtlich, daß bei einer Verschwenkung der Tischplatte 1 - und zwar nach beiden Seiten entweder nach vorne oder nach hinten - und damit des Traversengleiters 21 um 90° diese Schwenkbewegung über die biegsame Welle 33 auf den Beingleiter 23 und folglich auf das Bein 5 übertragen wird. Die dabei auftretenden Totgangbewegungen werden im Ausführungsbeispiel von der biegsamen Welle 33 nach Art einer Vorspannbewegung aufgenommen, da der Kulissenschlitz 27 die Drehung des Beines 5 auf nur die Hälfte der Schwenkbewegung der Traverse 3 begrenzt. Die Drehung des Beines 5 kann je Klapprichtung der Tischplatte 1 bei vorliegender Ausbildung der Drehübertragungseinrichtung in zwei Richtungen erfolgen; hierfür ist lediglich die 45°-Endlage nach beiden Richtungen hin begrenzt; die Mittellage, in der die Abstütztraverse 11 (Fig. 1) quer zur Traverse 3 verläuft, kann durch eine Rast festgelegt werden. Somit ist die Tischplatte, ausgehend von der im wesentlichen horizontalen Lage, beidseitig schwenkbar ist, jeweils mit gekoppelter Drehung des oder jedes Beines (5) in die 45°-Endlage nach außen bzw. innen, so daß der Tisch von beiden Seiten in seine Klapplage bringbar ist.
    Eine Spiralfeder, die bevorzugt den Kern der biegsamen Welle 33 bildet, kann aber auch so ausgelegt werden, daß sich die beiden Gleiter 21 und 23 praktisch synchron drehen. Wenn das Bein 5 in seiner 45°-Stellung festgelegt wird, aber die Tischplatte 1 weiter bis in die vertikale Lage bewegt wird, dann kann vorgesehen sein, daß die genannte Spiralfeder weiter angespannt wird. Wird nun die Tischplatte 1 mittels der Handgriffe 15 in der vertikalen Lage entriegelt, dann schwingt sie selbsttätig bis nahezu in die 45°-Stellung der Tischplatte nach oben. Eine derartige Spiralfeder ist aber selbstverständlich weiterhin biegsam für die Übertragung der Schwenkbewegung der Tischplatte in eine Drehbewegung der Beine.
    Die für die Gleiter 21, 23 einerseits und für den Führungsdorn 25 andererseits gewählten Materialpaarungen sind bevorzugt mit wenig Reibung behaftet und somit schmierungsfrei. Eine Kunststoff/Kunststoff-Paarung ist bevorzugt.

    Claims (11)

    1. Klapptischeinheit, insbesondere Klapptisch, mit einer um eine im wesentlichen horizontale Achse schwenkbaren Tischplatte (1) oder einer entsprechenden Halterung und mindestens einem etwa vertikalen, drehbaren Bein (5), an dessen Unterseite eine Abstützanordnung (11) angebracht ist, wobei die Drehung des Beines (5) und die Schwenkbewegung der Tischplatte (1) miteinander gekoppelt sind,
      dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
         an der Unterseite der Tischplatte (1) eine längs der im wesentlichen horizontalen Achse verlaufende Traverse (3) angeordnet ist, die in mindestens einem Lagerkörper (7) drehbar gelagert ist,
         die Oberseite des Beines (5) im Lagerkörper (7) drehbar gelagert ist, und
         Traverse (3) und Bein (5) durch eine im Inneren des Lagerkörpers (7) angeordnete Drehübertragungseinrichtung (33) miteinander drehungsübertragend gekoppelt sind.
    2. Klapptischeinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehübertragungseinrichtung wenigstens ein Zahnradgetriebe aufweist.
    3. Klapptischeinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehübertragungseinrichtung wenigstens ein Kardangelenk aufweist.
    4. Klapptischeinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehübertragungseinrichtung wenigstens eine biegsame Welle (33) aufweist, insbesondere eine biegsame Welle (33) ist.
    5. Klapptischeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder jedes Bein (5) sich beim Verschwenken von Tischplatte (1) und Traverse (3) um einen kleineren Winkel als diese dreht.
    6. Klapptischeinheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drehung des oder jedes Beines (5) mit der gleichen Winkelgeschwindigkeit wie die der Traverse (3) erfolgt, und daß die Traverse (3) eine Totgangbewegung zurücklegt.
    7. Klapptischeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Traverse (3) und/oder das oder jedes Bein (5) in mindestens einer Winkellage bezüglich des Lagerkörpers (7) arretierbar ist/sind.
    8. Klapptischeinheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Traverse (3) nahe dem Lagerkörper (7) mindestens eine Quertraverse (9) angeordnet ist, die sich unter der Tischplatte (1) quer zur Traverse (3) erstreckt und in der mindestens ein Schieber (17) zum Betätigen einer Arretiereinrichtung untergebracht ist, der an einem Betätigungsgriff (15) nahe der Seitenkante der Tischplatte (1) befestigt ist.
    9. Klapptischeinheit nach Anspruch 8, gekennzeichnet durch zwei Beine (5), zwei Lagerkörper (7), eine mittige Traverse (3) und zwei Quertraversen (9), die jeweils zwei Betätigungsgriffe (15) aufweisen, wobei an den unteren Enden der Beine jeweils eine Abstütztraverse (11) angeordnet ist, die sich bei horizontaler Tischplatte (1) zu beiden Seiten des entsprechenden Beines (5) parallel zu den Quertraversen (9) erstrecken.
    10. Klapptischeinheit nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tischplatte (1) in horizontaler und vertikaler Lage arretierbar ist, wobei sich die Abstütztraversen (11) im Winkel von 90° bzw. 45° zur Traverse (3) erstrecken.
    11. Klapptischeinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tischplatte (1), ausgehend von der im wesentlichen horizontalen Lage, beidseitig schwenkbar ist, jeweils mit gekoppelter Drehung des oder jedes Beines (5).
