- Vorrichtung zum schrittweisen Vorschieben eines bandförmigen Werkstückes, gekennzeichnet durch einen Rahmen (1),
durch zwei Vorschubwalzen (2;3) zur Aufnahme eines dazwischen angeordneten und vorzuschiebenden Werkstückes (63; 63A,63B),
durch einen mit den zwei Vorschubwalzen (2; 3) antriebsverbundenen Vorschubwalzenantrieb (7-9; 12, 13, 17-20), der dazu dient, die Vorschubwalzen (2; 3) oszillierend und gegenläufig anzutreiben,
durch eine Wippe (30), die ein erstes (33) und ein zweites, zum ersten entgegengesetztes Ende (34) aufweist,
wobei die erste (2) der Vorschubwalzen (2;3) im Rahmen (1) drehbar und unverschiebbar gelagert und die zweite (3) der Vorschubwalzen (2;3) in der Wippe (30) drehbar gelagert ist,
welche Wippe (30) ein erstes (33) und ein zweites, zum ersten entgegengesetzt angeordnetes Ende (34) und die zweite Vorschubwalze (3) eine Achse (81) aufweist,
durch eine Abhebevorrichtung (35, 36, 38-41, 64), die mit der Wippe (30) verbunden ist, um die Wippe (30) mit der darin gelagerten zweiten Vorschubwalze (3) gegen die erste Vorschubwalze (2) in eine Vorschubstellung und von der ersten Vorschubwalze (2) weg in eine Rücklaufstellung zu bewegen,
welche Abhebevorrichtung (35, 36, 38-41, 64) eine mit dem Vorschubwalzenantrieb (7-9, 12, 13, 17-20) in Verbindung stehende Steuereinrichtung (40, 40a, 41, 64) und ein translatorisch auf- und abbewegendes Lenkerelement (35) aufweist, das mit der Wippe (30) bei ihrem ersten Ende (33) verbunden ist, um die Wippe (30) zusammen mit der in derselben gelagerten zweiten Vorschubwalze (3) zu bewegen, mittels welcher Abhebevorrichtung (35, 36, 38-41, 64) die zweite Vorschubwalze (3) im Zeitpunkt der Umkehr einer ersten Drehrichtung der oszillierenden Vorschubwalzen (2, 3) in eine Vorschubstellung und im Zeitpunkt der Umkehr der zweiten Drehrichtung der Vorschubwalzen (2, 3) in die Rücklaufstellung bewegbar ist,
welche zweite Vorschubwalze (3) eine Achse (81) aufweist,
durch eine Druckfeder(36), die bei ihrem ersten Ende in einem Bereich zwischen der Achse (81) der zweiten Vorschubwalze (3) und dem zweiten Ende der Wippe (30) gegen dieselbe abgestützt ist und bei ihrem zweiten, dem ersten (33) entgegengesetzten Ende (34) gegen den Rahmen (1) abgestützt ist, und von derselben Seite wie das Lenkerelement (35) und im wesentlichen in einer zu einer Bewegungsrichtung des Lenkerelementes (35) parallelen Richtung auf die Wippe (30) einwirkt,
und durch ein Klemmlineal (46), das durch die erste Druckfeder (36) gegen ein ortsfestes Gegenorgan (65) im Rahmen (1) vorgespannt ist um ein jeweiliges Werkstück (63;63A, 63B) während der Rücklaufstellung der zweiten Vorschubwalze (3) festzuhalten und das in der Vorschubstellung der zweiten Vorschubwalze (3) vom Gegenorgan (65) abgehoben ist,
welche Wippe (30) einseitig auf einem Ausleger (70, 71, 72) drehbar gelagert ist, welcher seinerseits im Rahmen (1) drehbar und unverschiebbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorschubwalzenantrieb (7-9, 12, 13, 17-20) ein Antriebsglied (4) aufweist, das mit einem Antriebsrad (6) antriebsverbunden ist, welches Antriebsrad (6) eine in demselben frei drehbar gelagerte, exzentrisch angeordnete Scheibe (7) aufweist, bei welcher von einer Seite ein Zapfen (8) absteht und die bei der entgegengesetzten Seite mit einem zum Zapfen (8) koaxialen Stirnzahnrad (9) verbunden ist, das mit einem im Rahmen (1) fest angeordneten Ring (24) mit einer Innenverzahnung kämmt, an welchem Zapfen (8) ein schwenkbarer Arm (12) gelagert ist, dessen entgegengesetztes Ende über einen Hebel (20) mit einer Übertragungswelle (22) verbunden ist, die über eine Kupplung (26) mit der zweiten Vorschubwalze (3) und über Zahnräder (25, 28) mit der ersten Vorschubwalze (2) in Verbindung steht, welcher schwenkbare Arm (12) bei einer Stelle zwischen seinen zwei Enden auf einem Führungsblock (13) drehbar abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsblock (13) im Rahmen (1) geführt verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Führungsblock (13) von einer Schraubspindel (14) durchsetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausleger (70, 71, 72) eine im Rahmen (1) frei drehbar gelagerte Büchse (70) mit einem seitlich abstehenden Arm (71) aufweist, in welchem eine parallel zur Büchse (70) verlaufende Welle (72) lösbar geklemmt gehalten ist, auf welcher Welle (72) die Wippe (30) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Welle (72) in einem geschlitzten Endbereich des Armes (71) gehalten ist, der zur Bildung der Klemmung von Schraubbolzen (73, 74) durchsetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Vorschubwalze (2) in einem Trägerabschnitt (31) des Rahmens (1) fliegend gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trägerabschnitt (31) eine mit dem Biss der Vorschubwalzen (2;3) ausgerichtete Ausnehmung (87) zur Aufnahme eines jeweiligen Randbereiches eines zwischen den Vorschubwalzen (2;3) angeordneten bandförmigen Werkstückes (63;63A;63B) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wippe (30) an ihrem mit dem Lenkerelement (35) verbundenen ersten Ende (33) auf einer zweiten Druckfeder (39) abgestützt ist, die ihrerseits auf dem Rahmen (1) abgestützt ist und die entgegen der Wirkungsrichtung der ersten Druckfeder (36) in Bewegungsrichtung des Lenkerelementes (35) wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit der Wippe (3) zusammenwirkende, einund ausschaltbare Klemmlinealabhebevorrichtung (47-68), die dazu dient, im eingeschalteten Zustand bei von der ersten Vorschubwalze (2) abgehobenen zweiten Vorschubwalze (3) das Klemmlineal (46) vom Gegenorgan (65) abzuheben,
welche Klemmlinealabhebevorrichtung (47-68) eine beim zweiten Ende (34) der Wippe (30) neben der ersten Druckfeder (36) angeordnete und mit einem Auflagekopf (46) in die Wippe (30) eingreifende Steuerstange (50) aufweist,
welche Steuerstange (50) an einem Arm eines im Rahmen (1) drehbar gelagerten Winkelhebels (51) angelenkt ist, dessen anderer Arm mit einer Arretiervorrichtung (53-62) verbunden ist, welche den Winkelhebel (51) wahlweise arretiert oder zur Drehung freigibt - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretiervorrichtung (53-62) einen in einer Kammer (58) eines Zylinders (88) angeordneten Kolben (56) befestigt ist und dessen andere Seite mit einer Druckmediumquelle in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Auflagekopf (49) beim zweiten Ende (34) der Wippe (30) in einer in der Wippe (30) ausgebildeten Ausnehmung (47) mit einer Aufnahmefläche (48) angeordnet ist und in der Arretierstellung auf der Aufnahmefläche (48) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung (40, 40a, 41, 64) einen auf einem Schwenkzapfen (89) schwenkbar gelagerten Kipphebel (40) aufweist, der mit dem Lenkerelement (35) und mit einer auf einer Antriebswelle (22) sitzenden Steuerscheibe (64) zusammenwirkt, welcher Steuerscheibe (64) in Abhängigkeit ihrer Drehlage die Schwenklage des Kipphebels (40) festlegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung (42-45), die dazu dient, die Lage des Schwenkzapfens (89) und damit der Schwenkachse des Kipphebels (40) zum Einstellen des Abstandes zwischen den Vorschubwalzen (2;3) in deren Vorschubstellung zu verstellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstelleinrichtung (42-45) einen Kolben (43) aufweist, der mit dem Schwenkzapfen (89) des Kipphebels (40) verbunden ist, um diesen Schwenkzapfen (89) im wesentlichen in Bewegungsrichtung des Lenkerelementes (35) zu heben oder zu senken.
- Zwillingsvorschubvorrichtung, gekennzeichnet durch zwei Vorrichtungen nach Anspruch 1, welche Vorrichtungen mit ihren Vorschubwalzen (2; 3) einander zugekehrt angeordnet sind.
- Zwillingsvorschubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der zwei einander zugekehrten Vorrichtungen ein Antriebsglied (4, 4a) aufweist, das mit einer Antriebswelle (22,22a) der Steuereinrichtung der Anhebeeinrichtung antriebsverbunden ist, und dass das Antriebszahnrad (4) der einen Vorrichtung mit einer Welle (5) zur Verbindung mit einem Antriebsmotor verbunden ist, und über Antriebsglieder (82, 83,84;82a,83a,84a;85) einschliesslich einer Antriebsübertragungswelle (85) mit dem Antriebsglied (4a) der anderen Vorrichtung antriebsverbunden ist.
- Zwillingsvorschubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung (40,40a,41,64) der Abhebeeinrichtung (35,36,38-41,64) beider Vorrichtungen eine Antriebswelle (22;22a) aufweist, dass die Antriebswelle (22) der einen Vorrichtung mit einem Antriebszahnrad (4) in Verbindung steht, das mit einer Welle (5) zur Verbindung mit einem Antriebsmotor verbunden ist, und dass die Antriebswelle (22) der einen Vorrichtung über eine Antriebsübertragungswelle (85) mit der Antriebswelle (22a) der anderen Vorrichtung antriebsverbunden ist.
