Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Drosselvorrichtung zur Steuerung eines Fluidstroms an einer Verbrennungkraftmaschine mit einem mehrteiligen Gehäuse, dessen erstes Gehäuseteil (2) und dessen weitere Gehäusehälfte an Kontaktflächen (15) aneinander anliegen und der Fluidstrom mittels eines flächigen Ventilelementes (21) gesteuert wird, das mittels eines Stellantriebes im Strömungskanal des Fluidstromes verstellbar ist. In der Drosselvorrichtung (1) ist mindestens ein Dicht- und Ausgleichselement (30, 31) aufgenommen, dessen Formung (45) seiner Innenwandung (46) den Strömungsquerschnitt des Fluidstromes in der Drosselvorrichtung (1) begrenzt und welches eine Anlagefläche (43) umfasst, mit der gehäuseseitige Hohlräume (10) verschließbar sind. The invention relates to a throttle device for controlling a fluid flow on an internal combustion engine with a multi-part housing, the first housing part (2) and the further housing half of which abut one another on contact surfaces (15) and the fluid flow is controlled by means of a flat valve element (21) that is adjustable in the flow channel of the fluid stream by means of an actuator. At least one sealing and compensating element (30, 31) is accommodated in the throttle device (1), the shape (45) of its inner wall (46) limiting the flow cross section of the fluid flow in the throttle device (1) and which comprises a contact surface (43), with which cavities (10) on the housing side can be closed.
