Definitions
- the present invention relates to a platform for raising the fasteners of a shoe of a user of a board for gliding on snow.
- the present invention also relates to a board for gliding on snow, such as than a ski, a monoski or a surf, equipped with a platform for raising shoe bindings.
- a platform for raising the bindings is added in the skate area a gliding board, at its upper surface.
- the platform is attached to the plank either directly by screws to obtain a rigid connection, or thanks to elastic return means in the form, for example, of a layer of material with damping properties.
- the object of the invention is to propose a board for gliding on snow with a platform that is lighter thanks to a choice of shape, and which allows in addition to separate the left and right supports, in order to transmit the forces applied by the user on the board and the forces generated more directly at the left edge or right edge.
- the platform according to the invention also makes it possible to give the board of slides a new aesthetic, very slender, which can allow to leave visible the protective and decorative layer of the gliding board.
- a raising platform is intended to be mounted on the surface upper of a snow gliding board to receive and raise bindings fastening a user's shoe to the snow gliding board.
- the raising platform is characterized in that that it is divided into two longitudinal parts.
- At least one of the two longitudinal parts may include at least one recess.
- This or these recesses will be located at its contact face with the upper surface of the board sliding on snow.
- This or these recesses can be filled by one or more materials with elasticity and damping properties.
- a spacing can be provided between the two longitudinal parts. This spacing can be left free. This spacing can also be filled by a zone convex of the snowboard, protruding from the surface upper layer of the upper protective and decorative layer of the gliding board on snow. This space can also be filled with a material having elasticity properties.
- At least one of the two parts longitudinal of the platform can itself be divided transversely into at minus two cross pieces.
- the space or spaces located between at least one of the transverse parts can be filled with one or more materials having elasticity properties.
- the two longitudinal parts can advantageously be in a fourth embodiment, secured to a board for sliding on snow which can have a thickness at the front portion of the platform mounting area greater than the thickness at the rear portion of the mounting area of the platform.
- At least one of the two longitudinal parts of the platform can favorably include two different anchoring zones.
- At least one first anchoring zone can allow fixed positioning in relation to the snow gliding board.
- At least one second anchoring zone, different from the first zone, can allow a positioning with sliding in relation to the snow gliding board.
- At least one of the two longitudinal parts of the platform may have a tubular structure.
- this structure tubular over part or all of its length and over part or over the its entire width.
- At least one of the two longitudinal parts may extend laterally by at least one lateral portion.
- the portion (s) lateral can descend on each of the two lateral sides towards the edges snowboarding.
- the two side portions can optionally lean on the snow gliding board above the side edges.
- the lower edge of the lateral portion (s) of at least one of the two longitudinal parts may have, in a longitudinal plane, an angle non-zero inclination with respect to the gliding sole of the snow gliding board.
- At least one of the two parts longitudinal which can be extended laterally by a lateral portion positioned at level of the implantation zone of the stopper before fixing the shoe on the ski or with at least one of the two longitudinal parts which can be extended laterally by a lateral portion positioned at the level of the implantation area of the rear heel of the binding of the boot on the ski.
- At least one of the two longitudinal parts can be extended very preferentially laterally by a lateral portion positioned at the implantation zone of the front stop of the fixation of the boot on the ski and by a lateral portion positioned at the level of the implantation area of the rear heel of the binding of the boot on the ski.
- the platform may have an asymmetry between the two longitudinal parts.
- the platform may have a length asymmetry between the two parts longitudinal.
- the platform may have a width asymmetry between the two longitudinal parts.
- the platform may present an asymmetry of the means of mounting between the two longitudinal parts.
- the platform may have a asymmetry in the number of transverse parts between the two longitudinal parts.
- the platform may have asymmetry of structure and materials between the two longitudinal parts.
- the asymmetries mentioned above are intended improve the behavior of the two skis when cornering, the runner resting on his two skis.
- the asymmetries mentioned above are intended offer two types of behavior, if the skier puts his pair of skis left-right, or conversely right-left. This allows the average skier to benefit from two pairs of ski in one, that is to say a ski more specifically dedicated to large curves and a ski more specifically dedicated to short turns.
- a board for sliding on snow is equipped with a platform as described above.
- the gliding board can have on at least one of the two sides a lateral notch located above the edges. This notch can allow a positioning of the two respective lateral portions of at least one of the two longitudinal parts of the platform. More preferably, the board can present on at least one of the two sides two lateral notches located above songs. These two notches can allow positioning of the two respective side portions of at least one of the two longitudinal parts of the platform.
- the upper surface of the gliding board can come substantially flush with the rigid upper face of at least one of the two parts of the platform.
- the upper surface of the snowboard may include one or two ribs separated by a central hollow, the one or both ribs being in the forward and / or rearward extension of the one or both longitudinal parts of the platform.
- the gliding board can advantageously include a recess of height between the front portion of the platform mounting area and the portion rear of the platform mounting area. In this way, the thickness of the plank of sliding on snow in the front portion of the platform mounting area is going to be greater than the thickness of the snow gliding board in the rear portion of the platform mounting area.
- a classic snow gliding board such as an alpine ski (1), comprises a front zone comprising a spatula, a zone middle called skate area (2), a back area, an upper surface (3) formed by an upper protective and decorative layer (3a), and a gliding sole (4).
- a platform (6) is positioned at the level of the skate area (2). heightening of the fastening elements. Unlike the state of the art, this platform does not need supports or holding parts.
- the elements of the binding that is to say the front stop (7) and the heel piece (8) are screwed onto the raising platform (6).
- the sign of reference (A) designates the front part of the platform (6) oriented towards the spatula, that is to say the part or zone towards which the front stop is more particularly installed (7) of the binding of the boot on the ski (1).
- the platform (6) is divided in two along the longitudinal axis median of the ski (1), and therefore comprises two rigid longitudinal parts (9 and 11).
- the possibility of having two separate longitudinal parts (9 and 11) will cause the supports exerted by the skier on one or the other of the two longitudinal parts (9 or 11) will be transmitted directly to the edge (31) associated with it and located just in below, when cornering the skier rocks his ski on this edge (31).
- the platform (61) comprises two rigid and separate longitudinal parts (9 and 111). However, this platform (61) has a form asymmetry between the two longitudinal parts (9 and 111).
- the first longitudinal part (9) has a length corresponding to the length of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) of the first embodiment.
- the second longitudinal part (111) has a length less than that of the first longitudinal part (9).
- the first longitudinal part (9), the longest, is preferably on the side of the internal edge (31) of the ski (1).
- the second part longitudinal (111), the shortest, is preferably mounted on the edge side external (31) of the ski (1). Both skis, internal and external to the turn, are bend differently and thus achieve different turning radii.
- the transmission of forces is more particularly represented in Figure 4A, in which the skier, being supported on the left edge (31), generates the force (FL) with its force transmission line (LL) (dotted line) starting from the first part longitudinal (9) and joining the left edge (31).
- Figure 4B the skier, being pressing on the right edge (31), generates the force (FR) with its transmission line forces (LR) (dotted) starting from the second longitudinal part (11) joining the right edge (31).
- the platform (62) comprises two rigid and separate longitudinal parts (92 and 112). However, this platform (62) has a form asymmetry between the two longitudinal parts (92 and 112).
- the first longitudinal part (92) has a width greater than that of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) of the first embodiment.
- the second longitudinal part (112) has a width less than that of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 11) of the first embodiment.
- the second part longitudinal (112) is preferably mounted on the side of the outer edge (31) of the ski (1). This allows the inside ski to be different from the outside ski at the turn and therefore to have different turning radii.
- each of these two longitudinal parts is secured directly to the upper surface (3) of the ski (1).
- Screws or others securing means pass through through holes formed through each of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11). The screws are perpendicular to the plane formed by the upper surface (3) of the ski (1).
- Each of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) has four zones different anchors (see Figure 6).
- First two anchoring zones or means of joining allow fixed positioning relative to the ski.
- These first two anchoring zones consist of round holes (12). With these round holes (12), dimensioned and having a diameter substantially equal to the diameter of the screw fixing, no movement of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) relative to the rest skiing (1) is not possible. Two round holes (12) were thus provided towards the center of each of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11).
- Two second anchoring zones or securing means allow a positioning with sliding relative to the ski (1).
- These two second zones anchor points consist of elongated holes (13).
- These elongated holes (13) having a width substantially equal to the diameter of the fixing screw, and dimensioned in length to allow movement of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 11), only sliding in the longitudinal direction of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 11) relative to the rest of the ski is possible.
- Two elongated holes (13) have thus been provided towards the two front and rear ends of each of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 11).
- the two zones fixed anchors (12) add stiffness to the stiffness of the ski (1).
- the ski (1) is thus free to deform without undergoing constraints of the platform. The same platform therefore makes it possible to obtain different behaviors, by a simple adjustment made by the end user.
- the platform (63) comprises two rigid and separate longitudinal parts (9 and 113). However, this platform (63) has an anchoring asymmetry or an asymmetry of the means fixing between the two longitudinal parts (9 and 113).
- the first part longitudinal (9) has the two anchoring zones (12 and 13) corresponding to the two anchoring zones (12 and 13) described above.
- the second longitudinal part (113) does not has no anchoring zones, or these are not used.
- This second part longitudinal (113) is glued to the ski (1).
- each of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 11) includes three recesses (14, 16 and 17) located at its contact face with the upper surface (3) of the ski (1). Between the recesses (14, 16 and 17), the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) include rigid sectors connected to the rigid upper face (20) of each of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11).
- the recess (14) is located at the front of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) of the platform.
- the recess (16) is located in the center of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) of the platform.
- the recess (17) is located at the rear of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 11) of the platform.
- the shape of the central recess (16) is also arranged so as to substantially notch the rigid upper face (20) of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11).
- the recesses (14, 16 and 17) can be filled with one or more materials having elasticity and damping properties.
- a material which we will describe as "Little damping” that is to say having elasticity properties with coefficient intrinsic damping tg ⁇ ⁇ 0.4, preferably tg ⁇ between 0.1 and 0.4, measured according to standard NF T 46 026 (at temperatures from -30 ° C to + 10 ° C and at frequencies from 0.1 Hz to 120 Hz). This will allow a revival, a dynamic and a rapid transmission of impulses from the skier's foot.
- Elastomers such as natural rubbers, polychloroprenes, butyl rubbers, EPDM, will be materials suitable for these uses.
- the platform comprises two rigid and distinct longitudinal parts.
- this platform has a structural asymmetry between the two longitudinal parts.
- one of the longitudinal parts with its recesses may have damping properties, while the other of the longitudinal parts with its recesses may have rebounding properties.
- each of the two parts longitudinal (9 and 11) of the platform (64) is itself divided transversely into two cross pieces (18 and 19). Each of these cross pieces (18 and 19) is separate from each other, with a certain distance between them.
- the spaces between the cross pieces (18 and 19) are filled with one or more several materials (21) having elasticity and / or damping properties. This or these materials (21) makes it possible to physically join the transverse parts (18 and 19), while allowing them freedom of movement.
- the platform (65) includes two rigid and separate longitudinal parts. However, this platform (65) shows an asymmetry in the number of constituent parts between the two parts longitudinal.
- the first longitudinal part (9) has the same characteristics dimensional and structural than the longitudinal parts (9 and 11) of the first mode of achievement.
- the second longitudinal part is itself divided into two parts transverse (181 and 191). The two transverse parts (181 and 191) of this second longitudinal part are preferably mounted on the side of the outer edge (31) of the ski (1).
- Each of these transverse parts (181 and 191) is separated from each other, with a certain distance between them.
- the spaces between the cross pieces (181 and 191) can be filled with one or more materials with properties elasticity and / or damping. This or these materials allows to join physically the transverse parts (181 and 191), while allowing them freedom of movement.
- the outer edge will thus have less stiffness compared to the internal edge, the effects being substantially similar to those described above for the second embodiment.
- the two parts longitudinal (9 and 11) are of the type described above in the first mode of production.
- the ski (22) on which they are fixed has a height offset in the middle of its skate area (23). Consequently, the ski (22) will have in its area of front shoe (23) a thickness greater than the thickness of the rear shoe area (24).
- the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) of the platform (66) can be mounted at the rear in overhang, or they can rest at the rear on a thickness of a material (26) having elasticity properties.
- a material (26) having elasticity properties with intrinsic coefficient damping tg ⁇ ⁇ 0.4, preferably tg ⁇ between 0.1 and 0.4, measured according to the NF T 46 026 standard (at temperatures from -30 ° C to + 10 ° C and at frequencies from 0.1 Hz to 120 Hz).
- the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) are separated from each other by a spacing (34).
- this spacing (34) is left free, the upper surface (3) of the upper protection and decoration layer (3a) is apparent, which creates interesting aesthetic effects.
- the spacing (34) can also be filled with one or more materials, in the form of an element attached, transparent or possibly having a coloring, and preferably a material with low stiffness in bending.
- the space (34) is filled by a convex zone (36) of the ski.
- This convex area (36) projects between the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11) relative to the upper surface (3) of the layer protection and decoration upper (3a). This avoids, for example, snow and ice jams in the spacing area (34), while retaining the mechanical decoupling of the two longitudinal parts (9 and 11).
- each of the two parts longitudinal (37 and 38) is extended laterally by a lateral portion or a appendix respectively (39 and 41).
- the two lateral portions (39 and 41) descend on each of the two lateral sides of the ski in the direction of the edges (31).
- the ski laterally comprises two hollow areas, that is to say two lateral notches (44), located above the edges (33), having a shape analogous and complementary to the two lateral portions (39 and 41), which allow a positioning of these two lateral portions (39 and 41) of the two longitudinal portions (37 and 38).
- the two lateral portions (39 and 41) are supported more directly by their rim or lower edge (43) on the ski, above the side edges (33).
- the lower rim (43) is only located in a portion (41) of the lateral rim of the two longitudinal parts (38), extending downwards towards the edges (31).
- edges (43) of the two lateral portions (39 and 41) can be parallel to the sliding surface (4) of the ski.
- the edges (43) of the two lateral portions (39 and 41) may also not be parallel to the sliding surface (4) of the ski, and in this case, a lower edge (43) of the two longitudinal parts (38) is not parallel to the surface of the sliding sole (4).
- the lower edge (43) then has, in a longitudinal plane, an angle non-zero inclination ( ⁇ ) relative to the surface of the sliding sole (4) or by relative to the upper surface (3) of the upper protective and decorative layer (3a) skiing (1).
- This angle ( ⁇ ) is between 1 and 20 °, and preferably between between 2 and 5 °.
- This lateral portion (29) is positioned substantially in the middle of the two parts longitudinal (28). This transfers the given right and left pulses by the skier directly towards the right and left edges (31) of the ski.
- each of the two parts longitudinal (38) comprises a lateral portion (41).
- These two side portions (41) are more particularly positioned at the level of the location of the stop before fixing the boot on the ski of each of the two longitudinal parts (38). This allows the impulses to be transferred more efficiently to the front part of the right and left edges (31) of the ski given by the skier when entering a turn.
- each of the two parts longitudinal (38) comprises a lateral portion (41).
- These two side portions (41) are more particularly positioned at the level of the location of the rear heel of the binding of the boot on the ski of each of the two parts longitudinal (38). This allows the impulses to be transferred more efficiently to the rear part of the right and left edges (31) of the ski given by the skier at the exit of turn.
- each of the two parts longitudinal (38) comprises two lateral portions (41a and 41b). These four portions side (41a and 41b) are more particularly positioned at the level of the zones implantation of the front stop and the rear heel of the shoe bindings on the ski of each of the two longitudinal parts (38). This allows more effectively pulses both forward and backward of straight edges (31) and left, given by the skier when entering and exiting a turn.
- each of the two parts longitudinal (38) comprises two lateral portions (41a and 41b) which are more particularly positioned at the implantation areas of the front stop and the rear heel of the bindings of the boot on the ski of each of the two parts longitudinal (38).
- edges (33) have a constant height.
- edges (33) having a variable height, more low at the side portions (41a and 41b) and greater in the center, forward and back from the platform.
- the upper protective and decorative layer (3a) then marries the shape of the songs (33).
- the upper surface (3) of the ski (1) comprises two ribs (27 and 28) separated by a central hollow (29).
- the two ribs (27 and 28) are in the extension in the forward direction towards the tip and in the rear direction of each of the two longitudinal parts (18, 19 and 38) of the platform.
- the upper surface (3) of the ski comes substantially flush with the rigid upper face (20) of the two longitudinal parts (37 and 38) of the platform.
- a “Dualtec®” type ski has also been shown comprising two lateral partial edges (33), the upper surface (3) of the upper layer of protection and decoration (3a) then forming a partial shell.
- the platform can be mounted on all types of ski, type skis "Dualtec ®", so-called “rectangular section” skis and “shell structure” skis.
