Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fusion du verre consistant à introduire un mélange vitrifiable (16) dans un four (10) de fusion de verre contenant du verre en fusion (12), et à déposer le mélange vitrifiable dans une zone (38) de dépôt de mélange vitrifiable située au-dessus du verre en fusion contenu dans le four. Des déchets de verre fibreux (62) contenant des enduits organiques sont déposés au-dessus du mélange vitrifiable dans la zone de dépôt de mélange vitrifiable. Les déchets de verre fibreux sont mélangés et les enduits organiques se volatilisent. Le mélange vitrifiable est alors fondu.
