Definitions
- the invention relates to a floor panel in the preamble of claim 1 explained Art.
- Such a floor panel is known for example from EP 855 482 B1.
- the well-known floor panel consists of a hard, wear-resistant and decorative Tread side, a core and a rear side, which when laying the Floor panels facing the underground.
- the narrow sides are provided with connecting elements all around, which, as usual, are molded onto the core or have to be connected to it.
- the floor panels can be very light and simple can also be moved by inexperienced people.
- a problem with such floor panels is the sound. Since floor panels are usually a very hard, have wear-resistant coating or surface and are relatively thin they are usually laid with sound insulation.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a floor panel with an improved To create sound insulation, especially for impact sound.
- the soundproofing layer according to the invention on the tread side of the Kerns has shown that in particular the generation of airborne sound, and so that the airborne sound component of the impact sound is noticeably reduced, because the vibrations are absorbed immediately. This means less sound vibrations reflected in the room. But also structure-borne noise, i.e. the one in the floor Forwarded sound is reduced because there is less sound in the core from the outset (and from there into the floor). It has been found that despite the soundproofing layer, the tread side of the floor panel is a bit more flexible makes the other characteristics, i.e. the impact resistance or the resistance to Burn marks from cigarettes etc. are not lost.
- Soundproofing layer itself does not have decor qualities, it should Soundproofing layer according to claim 2 between a surface layer and the Be arranged core.
- the material for the soundproofing layer can be any material for its Soundproofing properties is known and is sold for this purpose.
- Claims 5 to 9 describe preferred ways of designing the Soundproofing layer and its connection with neighboring layers near the floor panel.
- Claims 10 to 12 describe a particularly preferred embodiment of the Core.
- the support side of the core can, as usual with floor panels, according to claim 13 are formed by a compensating base layer.
- a further sound insulation layer according to the invention can be arranged.
- each of the soundproofing materials thus specifically on the desired type of insulation, airborne sound insulation on the one hand and Structure-borne noise insulation, on the other hand, can be tailored.
- Fig. 1 shows a floor panel in commercial form and dimensions.
- Such Floor panels are in large numbers on the market and consist of rectangular, more or less long strips that have a tread side 2 and a support side 3 and all around are provided with connecting elements 4, with the help of which neighboring ones Floor panels 1 can be connected to one another without glue.
- the fasteners 4 contain positive and negative snap or locking elements 4a, 4b, which interlock positively and adjacent panels seamlessly against each other pull.
- simple tongue and groove or other connections can be made be provided.
- the floor panels 1 can be the most varied Shapes and the most diverse appearance can, for example, as so-called "laminate" with parquet-like appearance, or on the basis of real wood parquet be constructed.
- the floor panel 1 is designed as a laminate and contains a core 5 on which the connecting elements 4 are molded or attached.
- the core 5 consists of a Wood-based panel, i.e. either real wood or one or more chipboards and / or MDF boards and / or HDF boards.
- the tread side 2 of the floor panel 1 is formed by a decorative or surface layer 6, which consists of one or more thin layers of a fibrous material (usually paper) and with the desired decor (for example wood grain, stone or the like.) Provide as well impregnated with thermosetting aminoplast resins (usually melamine), whereby itself, possibly with the help of an additional coating, a hard, resistant Layer forms.
- Sound insulation layer 7 is e.g. one or more thin layers of a soft, resilient plastic material, preferably polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or polyurethane (PUR), but can be made from any commercially available soundproofing material consist.
- a soft, resilient plastic material preferably polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or polyurethane (PUR), but can be made from any commercially available soundproofing material consist.
- the sound insulation layer 7 can be made directly or via one or more intermediate layers 8 (only one shown) connected to the surface layer 6 and the core 5 his.
- the intermediate layer 8 consists of one or more thin layers a fiber material impregnated with a thermosetting aminoplast resin. alternative and / or in addition, the sound insulation layer 7 can be coated on both sides with adhesive his. It is also possible to use the surface layer 6, the thermal insulation layer 7 and the core 5 to be pressed together by heat and pressure alone.
- the sound insulation layer 7 with the surface layer underneath high temperatures and high pressures as high pressure laminates or continuously pressed laminates are pressed.
- the sound insulation layer 7 can continue on Substrate 5 are connected to the core at low temperatures and pressures.
- the sound insulation layer 7 together with the surface layer 6 can directly be pressed with the core.
- a further sound insulation layer 7 ' be attached, which is similar to the soundproofing layer 7 and from the same materials.
- the end of the laminate is formed by a base layer 9, which is usually made of this base layer 9 consists of materials used in floor panels.
- a further sound insulation layer 10 is provided, which is more conventional Way is either designed as a further layer of the floor panel 1 or as separate pad is laid before laying the floor panels 1.
- the further sound insulation layer 10 consists of conventional sound insulation materials, but here it lends itself to the additional sound insulation layer 10 especially for the Design insulation from structure-borne noise so that the introduction of sound into the floor underlay is reduced.
- the soft, springy soundproofing layer 7 between the core 5 and the surface layer 6, which specifically the Formation of airborne noise, especially in those which are perceived as particularly annoying high frequencies, insulates there is a particularly effective sound insulation system, which is capable of, in particular, impact sound with its airborne and structure-borne noise to insulate very effectively.
- the sound insulation layer itself can be designed as a surface layer.
- the materials used and the number and types of layers can also vary the special needs are coordinated for the desired purpose.
- the configuration according to the invention is particularly suitable for laying without glue
- Floor panels are suitable, which are provided with connecting elements, because by the connecting elements the occurrence of sound vibrations and / or the Sound conduction is promoted within the floor panels, so here are the benefits are striking in the configuration according to the invention
- the configuration according to the invention is suitable Design also for glued floor panels without or with additional provided connecting elements.01
