Abstract
Description
Schraubverschlüsse können zwar schon mikrobiologisch dicht sein, es besteht jedoch immer eine gewisse Gefahr, daß durch kleine Kratzer oder Fertigungsmängel an den Teilen, die aufeinander abdichten sollen, Undichtigkeiten entstehen, die im Produktionsprozess unbemerkt bleiben und zu Problemen führen.

Claims (21)
- Verschlusselement (1) für eine Verpackung zur Aufnahme von flüssigem oder pastösem Gut, insbesondere für Folienbeutel, mit:einem kippbaren Ausgießer (2) mit einem Ausgießkanal (13), undeiner Ausgießöffnung (3), die durch den Ausgießer (2) in einer ersten Kippposition verschlossen ist, und in einer zweiten Kippposition des Ausgießers (2) in Verbindung mit dessen Ausgießkanal (13) steht, wobeider Ausgießer (2) im Bereich der Ausgießöffnung (3) mit einem Abdichtteil (4), das die Ausgießöffnung (3) verschließt, verbunden ist, das bei einer Kippbewegung des Ausgießers geöffnet wird.
- Verschlusselement (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdichtteil eine Membran ist.
- Verschlusselement (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kippbare Ausgießer (2) im wesentlichen rohrförmig ist.
- Verschlusselement (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran an den Ausgießer (2) geschweißt, vorzugsweise ultraschallgeschweißt ist.
- Verschlusselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdichtteil ein Kunststoffteil mit einer Sollbruchstelle ist.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kippbare Ausgießer (2) in der ersten Kippposition in einer Aussparung (5) des Verschlusselementes liegt.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussparung (5), in der der kippbare Ausgießer (2) liegt, durch eine abziehbare Folie verschlossen ist.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Verschlusselement neben der Aussparung (5) eine Mulde (7) zum Abzug der Folie (6) vorgesehen ist, wobei die abziehbare Folie (6) zumindest teilweise in den Muldenbereich ragt.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abziehbare Folie um die Aussparung (5) geklebt oder peelfähig bzw. punktweise geschweißt ist.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement weiter ein rohrförmiges Teil umfasst, das sich an die Ausgangsöffnung auf der dem Ausgießer (2) gegenüberliegenden Seite, anschließt.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement einen sich auf der dem Ausgießer (2) gegenüberliegenden Seite einen Abstandshalter (9) umfasst.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kippbare Ausgießer (2) um eine senkrecht zum Ausgießkanal verlaufende Achse drehbar gelagert ist.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausgießöffnung dicht in Verbindung mit dem Ausgießkanal steht.
- Verschlußelement nach Anspruch 12, d. h., dass das der Ausgießöffnung zugewandte Ende 12 des Ausgießers (2) und ein Bereich um die die Ausgießöffnung eine Dichtfläche aufweisen, die für die Kippbewegung zwischen 0 und 90 ° rota-tionssymmetrisch in Bezug auf die Achse (14) ist.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kippbare Ausgießer ein der Ausgangsöffnung zugewandtes Ende (12), mit abgerundetem Querschnitt aufweist, das auf einem abgerundeten Bereich um die Ausgangsöffnung (3) herum passend aufsitzt.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran (4) eine Innenfolie der Verpackung ist.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran (4) eine Polyethylen- oder Polypropylenfolie oder auch eine coextrudierte Folie mit einer gut siegelfähigen Außenschicht ist.
- Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran (4) um die Ausgießöffnung geklebt oder geschweißt ist.
- Folienbeutel aus Mono- oder Verbundmaterial mit einem Verschlusselement nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18.
- Folienbeutel nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlusselement zwischen Vorder- und Rückseite des Beutels an einer Oberkante oder einem Eckbereich eingeschweißt oder eingeklebt ist.
- Folienbeutel nach einem der Ansprüche 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Folienbeutel ein Getränkebeutel ist.
