Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Ablegen von in einem Förderprozess befindlichen, flächigen, sequentiell aufeinanderfolgenden Erzeugnissen (2), insbesondere Druckereiprodukten, mit einem Fördermittel (1), das dazu bestimmt ist, die Erzeugnisse (2) in einer Förderrichtung (A) zumindest bereichsweise während des Förderprozesses zu fördern, wobei die Erzeugnisse (2) unmittelbar vor Beginn des Ablegens horizontal oder gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigt orientiert sind und wobei die Erzeugnisse (2) während zumindest eines Zeitabschnittes des Ablegens schwerkraftunterstützt um eine Achse (B), die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Förderrichtung (A), in die der Förderprozess unmittelbar vor dem Ablegen orientiert ist, erstreckt, verschwenkt werden, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass die Erzeugnisse (2) beim Verschwenken um die Achse (B) von umlaufenden, die schwenkbewegung der Erzeugnisse (2) um die Achse (B) mitvollziehenden Greifern (14, 15) gehalten werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Achse (B) zumindest im wesentlichen mit einer Erzeugniskante (11) zusammenfällt, die sich parallel zu derjenigen Förderrichtung (A) erstreckt, in die der Förderprozeß unmittelbar vor dem Ablegen orientiert ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erzeugnisse (2) während des Ablegens um einen Winkel zwischen 90° und 270° verschwenkt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erzeugnisse (2) während des Förderprozesses in Schuppenformation transportiert werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erzeugnisse (2) während der Schwenkbewegung zumindest zeitweise an ihrer in Förderrichtung (A) vorlaufenden Kante (6), von Greifern (14, 15) gehalten werden, welche die Schwenkbewegung der Erzeugnisse (2) mitvollziehen. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erzeugnisse (2) während der Schwenkbewegung bearbeitet, insbesondere geöffnet, geheftet, geschnitten oder adressiert, werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gefaltete Erzeugnisse (2) während der Schwenkbewegung geöffnet werden, wobei der Bund (11) der Erzeugnisse (2) bezogen auf die Schwenkbewegung radial innen zu liegen kommt. - Verfahren nach einem der Anspruche 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in bereits geöffnete Erzeugnisse (2) während der Schwenkbewegung weitere Erzeugnisse eingesteckt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erzeugnisse (2) zu Beginn des Ablegens mit ihrer vorlaufenden Kante (6) gegen einen, insbesondere stationären, Anschlag (23, 24) bewegt werden, so daß sich die Erzeugnisse (2) zumindest bereichsweise vom Fördermittel (1) in Schwenkrichtung abheben. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einen Vorfalz (22) aufweisende Erzeugnisse (2) zu Beginn des Ablegens nur mit der vorlaufenden Kante ihres Vorfalz-Bereichs gegen einen Anschlag (23, 24) bewegt werden, so daß sich der dem Vorfalz (22) gegenüberliegende Bereich der Erzeugnisse (2) in Schwenkrichtung vom Vorfalz-Bereich abhebt und ein Öffnen der Erzeugnisse (2) bewirkt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erzeugnisse (2) auf einem weiteren Fördermittel (5, 9, 10, 13) oder einem Erzeugnisstapel (19) abgelegt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderrichtung (C) des weiteren Fördermittels (5, 9, 10, 13) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu derjenigen Richtung (A) verläuft, in die der Förderprozeß unmittelbar vor dem Ablegen orientiert ist. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erzeugnisse (2) auf einem Taschen- und/oder Sattelförderer (13) oder auf einem Förderband (6, 9, 10) abgelegt werden. - Vorrichtung zum Ablegen von in einem Förderprozess befindlichen, flächigen, sequentiell aufeinanderfolgenden Erzeugnissen (2), insbesondere Druckereiprodukten, mit einem Fördermittel (1), das dazu bestimmt ist, die Erzeugnisse (2) in einer Förderrichtung (A) zumindest bereichsweise während des Förderprozesses zu fördern, wobei die Erzeugnisse (2) unmittelbar vor Beginn des Ablegens horizontal oder gegenüber der Horizontalen geneigt orientiert sind und wobei die Erzeugnisse (2) während zumindest eines Zeitabschnittes des Ablegens schwerkraftunterstützt um eine Achse (B), die sich im Wesentlichen parallel zur Förderrichtung (A), in die der Förderprozess unmittelbar vor dem Ablegen orientiert ist, erstreckt, verschwenkt werden, gekennzeichnet durch um die Achse (B) umlaufende Greifer (14, 15), die dazu bestimmt sind, die Erzeugnisse (2) zumindest zeitweise während des Ablegens zu halten und die Schwenkbewegung der Erzeugnisse (2) um die Achse (B) mitzuvollziehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Erzeugnisse (2) von den Greifern (14, 15) an ihrer in Förderrichtung (A) vorlaufenden Kante (6) gehalten sind.
