Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Spritzen einer Mehrkomponentenmischung mittels einer Spritzpistole, wobei die einzelnen Komponentenen miteinander vermischbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine erste kegelstumpfförmige Mischkammer (24) zum vermischen einer Komponente B mit Druckluft und eine zweite kegelstumpfförmige Mischkammer (7) zum Vermischen der Mischung aus Druckluft und Komponente B mit einer Komponente A zu einem Gesamtgemisch aufweist, das durch einen Schlitz (6) einer Düse (10) der zu markierenden Fläche zuführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für mindestens eine weitere Komponente (C) ausgelegt ist, die vor der zweiten Mischkammer (7) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Druckluft, Komponente A, Komponente B und ggfs. weitere Komponenten C jeweils in der Menge zur Anpassung an eine gewünschte Markierungsart regulierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in einem Ringkörper (17) zur Zufuhr der Druckluft zur ersten Mischkammer (24) mehrere radiale (17b) und axiale Bohrungen (17c) am Umfang eines kreiszylinderförmigen Ringraumes (17d) aufweist, die gleichmässig verteilt sind, um eine gleichmässige Verteilung der Druckluft zu erreichen, die vom Anschluss (2) in den Ringraum (17d) fliesst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeinet, dass im Ringkörper (17) radiale Bohrungen (17e) unter den Axen der axialen Bohrungen (17c) vorhanden sind, um die in den Mischraum (24) eintretende Komponente B von der Druckluft zu verstäuben, damit eine gleichmässige Mischung aus Druckluft und Komponente B entsteht, die durch Anschluss (4) zum Ringraum (17d) fliesst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zur Vermischung der Komponente A in der Mischkammer (7) mit der Mischung aus Druckluft und Komponente B ausgelegt ist, wonach ein Auslass durch einen Schlitz (6) zur Ringdüse (10) vorhanden ist.
