Claims (10)
- Gemüseschneider, insbesondere Knoblauchschneider, mit einem Stempel (12), der hin zu beziehungsweise weg von einem Schneidgitter (5b) eines Gemüseschneiders verfahrbar ist, wobei der Stempel (12) eine Mehrzahl von Stiften (13), die in Durchbrüche des Schneidgitters (5b) einschiebbar sind, und eine Platte (12b), die auf den Stiften (13) sitzt, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (12b) mit einer Federvorspannung in Richtung einer Ausgangsstellung beaufschlagt ist und dass in der Ausgangsstellung die Platte (12b) und die Stifte (13) eine im wesentlichen geschlossene Stempelfläche bilden.
- Gemüseschneider nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Platte (12b) als Lochplatte ausgebildet ist, wobei in die Bohrungen der Lochplatten jeweils ein Stift (13) eintaucht.
- Gemüseschneider nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Platte (12b) und Stempel (12) mehrere Federn (12c), insbesondere Druckfedern, gespannt sind.
- Gemüseschneider nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federn (12) je einem Stift (13) aufsitzen.
- Gemüseschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (12b) am Stempel (12) mittels Klammern (12a) verstellbar befestigt ist.
- Gemüseschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Platte (12b) beim Verfahren des Stempels (12) gegen das Schneidgitter (5b) anschlägt und dann beim weiteren Verfahren des Stempels (12) die Stifte (13) in Durchbrüche des Schneidgitters (5b) eintauchen.
- Gemüseschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Gehäusekörper (6), der an seiner Unterseite ein Messer (8) trägt, ein Oberteil (2) mit daran befestigten Stempel (12), der im Betriebszustand beim Drehen gegenüber den Gehäusekörper (6) eine Axialbewegung gegen das mitrotierende Schneidgitter (5b) durchführt, und einen das zu schneidende Gut beziehungsweise den Knoblauch aufnehmenden Innenkörper (7), der drehbar im Gehäusekörper (6) gelagert ist, der das Schneidgitter (5b) aufweist und in den der an einer Spindel (4) angeordnete Stempel (12) eintaucht.
- Gemüseschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (3), die im Betriebszustand für den Eingriff in die Spindel (4) sorgen und im Öffnungszustand eine Längsverschiebung der Spindel (4) zulassen.
- Gemüseschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenkörper (7) zum Reinigen herausnehmbar ist.
- Gemüseschneider nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schneidgitter (5b) zum Reinigen vom Innenkörper (7) abnehmbar ist.
