- la figure 1 est une vue schématique d'une machine d'usinage de pneumatiques comportant un outil conforme à l'invention ;
- la figure 2 présente, en vue de dessus, un premier mode de réalisation d'un outil de coupe perfectionné ;
- la figure 3 est une vue de côté de l'outil de la figure 2; et
- la figure 4 présente, en vue de côté, un second mode de réalisation d'un outil de coupe selon l'invention.
Claims (9)
- Outil de coupe cylindrique (30, 40) pour machine de déchapage ou d'usinage de pneumatiques (2), dont la lame circulaire a un tranchant (31, 41) biseauté et interrompu par au moins un créneau (36, 37, 38, 44), c'est-à-dire une partie ayant une hauteur axiale plus faible que ledit tranchant, caractérisé en ce que ledit créneau (36, 37, 38, 44) du tranchant (31, 41) est obtenu grâce à une rainure (33, 34, 35, 43) usinée dans la surface cylindrique (32) de l'outil située du côté aiguisé du tranchant.
- Outil de coupe cylindrique (30, 40) suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel le tranchant (31, 41) comporte plusieurs créneaux (36, 37, 38, 44) qui séparent des segments (39) du tranchant ayant sensiblement la même longueur, lesdits créneaux et segments étant ainsi disposés alternativement à des hauteurs axiales différentes.
- Outil de coupe cylindrique (30, 41) suivant l'une des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel lesdites rainures (33, 34, 35, 43) sont réparties circonférentiellement d'une manière régulière.
- Outil de coupe cylindrique (30) suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les créneaux (36, 37, 38) du tranchant (31) sont obtenus grâce à des rainures longitudinales (33, 34, 35) usinées dans la surface cylindrique (32) de l'outil (30) située du côté aiguisé du tranchant (31).
- Outil de coupe cylindrique (40) suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les créneaux (44) du tranchant (41) sont obtenus grâce à des rainures hélicoïdales (43) usinées dans la surface cylindrique de l'outil située du côté aiguisé du tranchant.
- Outil de coupe cylindrique suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'angle alpha du tranchant (31, 41) est compris entre 15 et 20° et de préférence sensiblement égal à 18° 30°.
- Outil de coupe cylindrique (30, 40) suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le côté aiguisé du tranchant (31, 41) étant sur la surface cylindrique externe (32, 42) de l'outil (30, 40), lesdites rainures (33, 34, 35, 43) sont usinées dans ladite surface cylindrique externe (32,42).
- Outil de coupe cylindrique suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le côté aiguisé du tranchant étant sur la surface cylindrique interne de l'outil, lesdites rainures sont usinées dans ladite surface cylindrique interne.
- Outil de coupe cylindrique suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le diamètre de l'outil étant de 150 mm, le nombre desdites rainures est de l'ordre de 20, et leur largeur est de l'ordre de 5mm.
