Definitions
- the invention relates to a wall element of a sliding wall according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a sliding wall formed from wall elements consists of a plurality of portable, hanging wall elements. Usually everyone is Wall element connected to one or two carriages, which in one on the Ceiling-mounted track are guided. Such a sliding wall becomes Example of flexible subdivision of larger rooms used by the Wall elements either stored in a space-saving and inconspicuous position are, or are arranged to form a partition in the room. It is known such wall elements using glass optically transparent embody. A disadvantage of such wall elements with glass is the fact that the sliding wall formed from it low acoustic or thermal Has insulation values.
- a wall element comprising a frameless glazing with at least two spaced glass panes, with a bracing device with one towards the bottom between the glass panes or extendable tensioning means is arranged above.
- the design of the wall element according to the invention with a frameless Glazing has the advantage that the front of the wall element or the front of the wall made entirely of glass can exist.
- the bracing device arranged between the glass panes allows the wall element to be clamped, for example by the wall element by means of the tensioning means which can be extended towards the floor until the upper, horizontal side of the wall element on the ceiling or the The rail abuts so that the wall element between the ceiling or the Running track and the floor is clamped.
- the tensioning device is preferably in the lower edge region of the Wall element arranged, the glass in this edge area preferably has a reduced transparency or is completely opaque is so that the clamping device arranged within the wall element of is not visible from the outside.
- the tensioning means is as a sealing strip designed to fill the space between the lower edge of the Insulate wall element and the floor thermally and / or acoustically.
- the bracing device another, designed as a sealing strip
- Have bracing means which is designed to be extendable towards the top, and which the space between the upper edge of the wall element and the Seals the ceiling or the track.
- the wall elements are both in the vertical direction mutually sealable, as well as up to the ceiling and down to the floor sealed.
- the sliding wall consisting of the inventive Wall elements thus enable a partition with high thermal and / or to form acoustic insulation values.
- the wall element according to the invention has the advantage that there is no guide embedded or arranged in the floor is required, and that it by the tensioning device or that Bracing means, especially the sealing strip, is possible on all four narrow sides of the To seal wall element.
- the wall elements can be braced, for example done according to a fully automatic process and with a device, such as this is described in Swiss Patent No. 684 543.
- the Bracing could also be done mechanically, for example with a rotating crank drivable adjustment mechanism, or electrically, using a Electric motor.
- the glass panes form an insulating glass, which has sound-absorbing and / or thermally insulating properties.
- Insulating glass for example, a vacuum or a heavy gas filling is provided.
- the frameless glazing is self-supporting designed so that the additional elements arranged in the glazing, such as the bracing device, not to take on any function supporting the glazing to have.
- they are adjacent in the wall element arranged glass panes a distance of at least 4 cm, which is the advantage shows that there is enough space to accommodate the tensioning device Is available and that the entire glass has a high insulation value.
- the wall element can also be spaced apart more than two in parallel have arranged glass panes.
- the wall element can have an edge area of preferably 5 cm to 25 cm in width have within which between the glass panes for the wall element required elements such as tensioning device, sealing strip, fluid conductor, electrical conductors, valves or plugs are arranged.
- This edge area is preferably designed non-transparent, for example with a light reflective surface.
- the wall element is weatherproof designed tensioning means or a weatherproof sealing strip, for example made of plastic or metal.
- This according to the invention Wall element enables a sliding wall with excellent thermal Form insulation values, which are also used outdoors, for example for Conservatories, is suitable.
- the glass pane can, for example, be made of a quartz glass, such as a plastic glass Acrylic glass, or some other transparent body.
- Fig. 1 shows the front view of a sliding wall 1 with three side by side arranged wall elements 2, which are guided at the top of a running rail 3, which is firmly connected to the ceiling 4. There are no guides in floor 5 arranged.
- the wall element 2 has one arranged in the lower part Bracing device 24, which in the example shown as a sealing strip designed clamping means 6 extends towards the bottom, so that the entire Wall element 2 is raised towards the running rail 3, and the horizontal extending side 31 of the wall element 2 is pressed against the running rail 3. As a result, the wall element 2 becomes between the floor 5 and the running rail 3 tense, and is thereby held firmly.
- the wall elements 2 are mutually arranged touching on their vertically extending sides 30.
- each wall element 2 consists of the viewing direction shown completely from a glass pane 8.
- the glass pane 8 has one in the center transparent part 8a, and at the edge only a reduced transparent or opaque part 8b. In the latter part 8b, for example Bracing device 24 invisible from the outside between two glass panes 7, 8 arranged.
- Fig. 2 shows a horizontal section along the line A-A through two adjacent arranged wall elements 2.
- the frameless glazing consists of two over a spacer 9 mutually spaced glass panes 7,8.
- the frameless glazing is self-supporting. Between the spacer 9 and the edge 7c, 8c of the glass pane 7, 8 results in an edge area 10 inside which is arranged as a filler a wooden part 11. This wooden part 11 is with an adhesive 12 glued in the edge areas 10 between the glass panes 7, 8.
- the Spacer 9 runs approximately along the line 8d designated in FIG. 1, the Glass panes 7, 8 and the spacer 9 enclose a space 19 which is sealed airtight to the outside.
- This gap of the frameless Glazing contains a vacuum or is for improved Sound insulation filled with a heavy gas.
- at least the surface of the glass pane 7, 8 facing the spacer 9 an enamel layer, and the spacer over an adhesive and the Enamel layer firmly attached to the glass panel 7.8.
- The is preferred Glass surface over the entire width of section 8b, starting from Spacers 9 to the edge 7c, 8c of the glass pane 7, 8 with an enamel layer provided so that the part 8b is opaque or mirrored and from is not visible from the outside.
- part 8a is transparent, so that can be seen through the wall element 2.
- both Wall elements 2 are two mutually adapted, rail-shaped Sealing parts 13, 14 arranged, between which also a seal Seal 15 made of elastic plastic is arranged.
- Figures 3a and 3b show a longitudinal section through the wall element 2 along the section line B-B.
- the two are through the Spacers 9 shown spaced glass panes 7,8, wherein in Edge area 10 with the help of the adhesive 12, the wooden part 11 is attached.
- a rail-shaped holding means 20 is arranged, in which a Connecting means 23 engages, which is displaceable with that in the running rail 3 stored, schematically shown carriage 22 is connected.
- the wall element 2 through the Bracing means 6 raised so that along the horizontal side 31 extending seals 21 are pressed against the running rail 3, and themselves an airtight connection between the wall element 2 and the running rail 3 results.
- the running rail 3 is also connected to the ceiling 4 in an airtight manner.
- Fig. 3b shows the lower part of the wall element 2.
- the tensioning device 24 comprises one towards the bottom open guide chamber 25, within which the sealing strip 6 in vertical direction of movement 29 is slidably mounted.
- Within the Guide chamber 25 is an inflatable tube 26 which is arranged over the Tube 17 is fluidly connected to the valve 18, and which by means of a Fluids supplied via the valve 18, such as compressed air, can be inflated, so that the Sealing strip 6 is pressed down onto the floor 5, and then the entire Wall element 2 is raised.
- the bracing device 24 also includes Return springs 28 which return the sealing strip 6 to its original position bring if the pressure in the hose 26 is reduced.
- the sealing strip 6 instructs the face 5 facing the bottom on two seals 27, so that the gap is sealed between wall element 2 and floor 5.
- the lowering means 26 can be supplied with compressed air, respectively the compressed air is discharged so that each wall element 2 between the floor 5 and track 3 can be clamped.
- the wooden parts 11 could also be used as Be wooden frame designed.
- the bracing device 24 can be used as an actuating device for moving the Bracing means 6 also have an electric motor which is located in the edge area 10 is arranged, and which with running in the edge region 10 with electrical energy is supplied.
- Fig. 4 shows in a longitudinal section a further embodiment of the Cover 4 arranged track 3.
- the track 3 above the ceiling 4 arranged so that the seals 21 directly when lifting the wall element 2 come to lie on the ceiling 4.
- each glass pane 7, 8 is approximately 4 mm thick.
- Another advantageous embodiment includes the glass panes 7, 8 different thickness, for example between 4 and 8 mm, by the a glass pane, for example, as laminated safety glass and therefore thicker is designed.
- the edge area 10 or the non-transparent part 8b is customary between 5 cm and 25 cm wide, preferably between 9 cm and 20 cm.
- the edge region 10 arranged below is usually wider designed as the lateral and upper edge areas 10.
- the edge areas 10 selected very narrow, this results in, as shown in Fig. 1 correspondingly large-area transparent part 8a in the wall element 2, so that an im essential clear view through the formed with the wall elements 2 Partition is guaranteed.
- Such a partition is also called Inscribed full glass wall.
- Such a partition looks very elegant and light, is transparent, and yet has a very high sound insulation value.
- the wall element according to the invention can have an acoustic sound insulation value of, for example, 40 to 50 dB or a K value of 1 to 1.7 W / m 2 K.
- more than two glass panes 7, 8 can also be arranged in the wall element 2, for example 3 or 4 panes of glass.
- An advantage of the wall element 2 according to the invention with frameless glazing can also be seen in the fact that the distance between the two glass panes is arbitrary is selectable and can for example also be up to 10 or 20 cm. So it is Large devices, for example a large, powerful tensioning device to be arranged without this from the outside is visible. This can be important for large wall elements 2 whose Dimensions a width of for example 1 m to 2.5 m and a height of can have, for example, 1.5 m to 4 m. There is also the possibility in to arrange a transparent part 8a between the glass panes 7, 8, for example an actuable blind, at least around the transparent part 8a partially cover.
