Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Einrichtung zur Messung von Positionen von
Bogen für eine Druckmaschine. Ein Problem beim Transport von Bogen durch die
Druckmaschine ist das Sicherstellen der korrekten Orientierung und Lage der
Bogen, die insbesondere beim Druck gewährleistet sein müssen. Die Erfindung
erfüllt die Aufgabe, ein Verfahren und eine Einrichtung bereitzustellen, die
Positionen von Bogen bei Druckmaschinen exakt bestimmen und korrigieren.
Zur erfindungsgemäßen Lösung werden Randbereiche eines Bogens jeweils
abgebildet, Abbildungsdaten zu einer Rechnereinheit übertragen und die Position
des Bogens anhand der Abbildungsdaten mittels eines Bilderkennungsalgorithmus
ermittelt. Ferner werden die ermittelten Positionen des Bogens mit in der Rechnereinheit
gespeicherten Positionen verglichen und aus dem Vergleich Positions
- Abweichungen errechnet, die an die Druckmaschine übertragen werden und
mittels einer Bogen-Registrationseinrichtung korrigiert werden.
The invention relates to a device for measuring positions of sheets for a printing press. One problem when transporting sheets through the printing press is ensuring the correct orientation and position of the sheets, which must be ensured in particular when printing. The object of the invention is to provide a method and a device which precisely determine and correct the positions of sheets in printing presses.
For the solution according to the invention, edge areas of a sheet are imaged, image data are transmitted to a computer unit and the position of the sheet is determined using the image data using an image recognition algorithm. Furthermore, the determined positions of the sheet are compared with positions stored in the computer unit, and positional deviations are calculated from the comparison, which are transmitted to the printing press and corrected by means of a sheet registration device.
