Claims (8)
- Verriegelbare Betätigungsvorrichtung für eine Abgabevorrichtung eines Flüssigkeit enthaltenden Behälters, umfassendeinen kapselartigen Grundkörper (32) mit einer Kopfplatte (34), eine zylindrische Wand (36) und Befestigungsmittel (33),einen Rohrstutzen (40), der durch einen Austrittskanal (148) mit einer Abgabeöffnung (49) in Verbindung steht,eine Schutzkappe (50), die eine Durchtrittsöffnung (52) und einen zylindrischen Mantel (54) aufweist, und die zwischen einer die Abgabeöffnung (49) verdeckenden Sperrstellung und einer Bereitschaftsstellung verdrehbar positioniert ist,eine Sperrvorrichtung, die zwischen dem Grundkörper (32) und der Schutzkappe (50) wirksam angeordnet ist und die Sperrstellung sowie die Bereitschaftsstellung der Schutzkappe (50) definiert, undeine Vorrichtung zur optischen Anzeige und mechanischen Einstellung, der Sperrstellung sowie der Bereitschaftsstellung der Schutzkappe (50), die sich über den gesamten Umfang des Grundkörpers (32) und der Schutzkappe (50) erstreckt, so dass in Abhängigkeit von der Drehstellung der Schutzkappe (50), deren Sperrstellung, in der die Schutzkappe (50) die Abgabeöffnung (49) abdeckt und nicht im Betätigungssinne bewegbar ist bzw. die Bereitschaftstellung der Schutzkappe (50) der Betätigungsvorrichtung erkennbar sind,
der untere, freie Rand (57) des Kappenmantels (54) zumindest einen wellenförmigen Vorsprung (62) und zumindest eine wellenförmige Ausnehmung (66) aufweist, die sich axial und in Umfangsrichtung erstrecken und in Umfangsrichtung abwechselnd angeordnet sind, und daß die zylindrische Außenwand (36) des Grundkörpers (32) mit einer Ringschulter (59) versehen ist, die zumindest einen Vorsprung (60) und zumindest eine Ausnehmung (64) aufweist, welche dem mindestens einen Vorsprung (62) und der mindestens einen Ausnehmung (66) der Schutzkappe (50) komplementär sind, derart, daß in der Bereitschaftsstellung der Schutzkappe (50) der mindestens eine Vorsprung (62) derselben der mindestens einen Ausnehmung (64) des Grundkörpers (50) gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist und umgekehrt, und daß in der Sperrstellung der mindestens eine Vorsprung (62) der Schutzkappe (50) dem mindestens einen Vorsprung (60) des Grundkörpers (50) und die mindestens eine Ausnehmung (66) der Schutzkappe (50) der mindestens einen Ausnehmung (64) des Grundkörpers (50) gegenüberliegen, so daß aus praktisch jeder Beobachtungslage erkennbar ist, ob sich die Betätigungsvorrichtung in der Bereitschaftsstellung für eine Betätigung der Abgabevorrichtung des Behälters befindet oder ob sie gesperrt ist. - Vorrixchtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Vorsprünge (60, 62) und hierzu komplementäre Ausnehmungen (64, 66) sich über den zylindrischen Umfang des Grundkörpers (32) und der Schutzkappe (50) erstrecken, wobei beidaseitig der die Eingriffsstellung eines Vorsprungs (60, 62) in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung (64, 66) definierenden Dreh- und Bereitsschaftsstellung der Schutzkappe (50) jeweils eine Sperrstellung der Schutzkappe (50) durch sich gegenüberliegende Vorsprünge (60, 62) des Grundkörpers (32) und der Schutzkappe (50) definiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mindestens eine Vorsprung (60, 62) und die mindestens eine Ausnehmung (64, 66) an einer Unterkante (57) des zylindrischen Mantels (54) der Schutzkappe (50) sowie an einer Ringschulter (59) an der zylindrischen Außenseite des Grundkörpers (32) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge (60, 62) und die Ausnehmungen (64, 66) bogen-, sinus-, dreieck-, rechteck- oder trapezförmig sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterkante (57) des Kappenmantels (54) und die etwa zylindrische Umfangsfläche (36) des Grundkörpers (32) eine in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Wellenform aufweisen, wobei die Vorsprünge (60, 62) Wellenköpfe und die Ausnehmungen Wellentäler der Wellenform bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzkappe (50) und der Grundkörper (32) jeweils vier Vorsprünge (60, 62) und vier Ausnehmungen (64, 66) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf zumindest einem Vorsprung (74, 102) der Schutzkappe (70; 108) eine Rastkerbe (88, 120) angeordnet ist, die sich quer zur Umfangsrichtung der Schutzkappe (70; 108) erstreckt und das auf zumindest einem Vorsprung (72; 94) ein Rastnocken (80; 118) angeordnet ist, dessen Profil demjenigen der Rastkerbe (88) im wesentlichen entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastkerbe (88) in Drehrichtung an ihrem einen Ende durch eine flache Rastnase (90) und an ihrem anderen Ende durch eine die Sperrstellung fixierende Anschlagfläche (92) begrenzt ist, während der zumindest eine Vorsprung (72) des Grundkörpers (68) mit dem der Rastkerbe (88) der Schutzkappe (70) entsprechenden Rastnocken (80) versehen ist.
