Definitions
- the invention relates to a transport container Packing and transporting frozen foods Food, especially ice cream, with the Generic features of claim 1.
- the well-known transport containers for packaging and Transporting food has a container which is generally rectangular or circular Has floor space. On the container is an outside bent edge formed into one in a lid of the transport container trained groove can be introduced to Close the transport container with the lid.
- the Transport container can be made of a plastic, in particular made of foamed polystyrene.
- the lid is sealed with a seal Container connected.
- the seal consists of one Adhesive tape that has a perforation. To open that The transport container is the seal by pressing in Perforation to share, which makes the lid of the Lets the container lift off.
- the size of the known transport container is in generally chosen so that the content is not unique Removal can be consumed completely.
- the Transport container must therefore at least over a certain Period of storage of the unloaded part of the Allow food.
- the known transport container has the disadvantage that when Opening and removing ice damage the packaging can be what the quality of the packaging remaining food during further storage is deteriorating.
- the corners of the lid tear the part of the circumferential edge of the lid are slightly a, so that the Lid only partially closes the container.
- the circumferential edge of the The container may break or the bottom of the container may break be damaged if e.g. B. a knife for cutting the Food is taken to help.
- the damaged Containers can then on the one hand smells, germs, Invade pathogens and the like. on the other hand the food can flow out of the container so that storage is no longer possible.
- a Device made of stackable plates for storage and Transportation of food, especially for pizzas presented.
- the device consists of the same type Plates and a lid for carrying the stack of plates.
- the Fasten the plates with each other and with the lid is done by a on the side wall of the plate or Cover provided fastening device, by means of which the plate or the lid by rotating it Central longitudinal axis with one arranged below it similar plates connected liquid-tight can be. Since the stackable plate is one Injection molded plastic part, he has the above Disadvantage of the easy destructibility of the foamed plastic-made transport packaging not on.
- a printability of the device for presentation purposes of the stored in the stackable plate and transported food is however a plastic injection molded part against one foamed plastic manufactured part more difficult.
- the Device made of stackable plates also works for Applications where different modules for portions of different sizes are needed because due to the design, each of the stackable plates has one same diameter and therefore the same filling volume having.
- the object of the invention is therefore a transport container for packaging and transporting food one Quantity, which comprises several servings which makes it easier to remove part of the food and the storage of the remaining part is improved is.
- the task is carried out by a transport container with the Features of claim 1 solved.
- the cover has a peripheral edge has that the peripheral edge a first edge run, in which the first container can be locked, and a second Edge run, in which the second container can be snapped, comprises.
- a first edge run in which the first container can be locked
- a second Edge run in which the second container can be snapped
- the projection can be in one on the first or engage second container-formed groove, one Reach behind the edge bead to achieve a snap, or similarly accidental loosening of the lid prevent.
- the surface that the first edge run spans larger than the area that the second Edge run spanned. This allows the edge runs in different areas of the lid.
- the lid can be designed in stages, the first edge run at a first step and the second edge run is formed at a second stage.
- the transport container advantageously has in one Transport state in which the first container from the lid and the second container by means of the closure means from the Container bottom of the first container is closed, a Packaging tape that encloses the containers. Thereby become the lid, the first container and the second Containers held together so that accidental opening of the first and / or the second container is prevented. This can also be done on the packaging belt in the containers stored foods are presented advantageously.
- the Packaging tape can e.g. B. from a box or There are plastic films that are printed particularly simply can be and are inexpensive to manufacture.
- the packaging tape advantageously runs around the Lid, with which the first container is closed, and the Bottom of the second container. This can be done in the Filled frozen food the lid side on the packaging tape especially be presented advantageously because it is stacked in one Freezer or the like can be recognized particularly well can. Since the packaging tape runs around the container, too frozen food on the side are presented, which is particularly important when storing in a freezer shelf is advantageous. In addition, the Container together with the lid are particularly advantageous held together.
- closure means by a the bottom of the first container, at least partially circumferential paragraph on which a margin is provided, is formed. It is special advantageous that the edge run formed by a projection is. This allows the second container on the container bottom of the first container at least essentially in the same Way to be attached to the lid.
- Fig. 1 shows a first in a sectional view Embodiment of a not according to the invention Transport container 1.
- the transport container 1 is used for Packaging and transportation of food, in particular frozen foods such as ice cream.
- the However, transport container 1 not according to the invention is also suitable for other applications.
