Claims (21)
- Vorrichtung (10) zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen eines insbesondere kosmetischen Produkts, die einen ersten Teil (20) und einen zweiten Teil (30) aufweist, der in einer Schließstellung mit dem ersten Teil einen das Produkt enthaltenden, geschlossenen Raum (50) begrenzt, wobei der zweite Teil (30) fest mit einem Applikator (40) verbunden ist, der zumindest zum Teil komprimierbar und in der Lage ist, das Produkt zu absorbieren, wobei der Applikator (40) so konfiguriert ist, dass er in der Schließstellung zumindest zum Teil innerhalb des geschlossenen Raums (50) komprimiert ist und bei jeder Öffnung der Vorrichtung, nachdem er sich entspannt hat, in der Lage ist, im Wesentlichen das ganze in der Vorrichtung (10) verpackte Produkt zu enthalten, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der erste Teil (20) eine Aufnahme (21) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (40) am zweiten Teil (30) durch Kleben, Schweißen oder Einklinken befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (40) zumindest zum Teil aus einem komprimierbaren porösen Werkstoff hergestellt wird, insbesondere aus Schaumstoff mit offenen oder halboffenen Zellen, aus Filz oder einem Sintermaterial eines oder mehrerer Werkstoffe, die aus den Polyurethanen, den Polyestern, den Polyethern, den Polyvinylchloriden, den Ethylen-Vinylacetaten ausgewählt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der poröse Werkstoff hydrophil oder lipophil ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (40) ein Wasser oder Öl absorbierendes Adjuvans enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Applikator (40) ein Konservierungsmittel enthält.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (20) eine Aufnahme (21) bildet, die eine Öffnung (22) begrenzt, die vom zweiten Teil (30) dicht verschlossen werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (20) aus einem metallischen Werkstoff, insbesondere Aluminium, einem metalloplastischen Komplex oder einem thermoplastischen Werkstoff gebildet wird, der durch Tiefziehen, Wärmeformen oder Dünnwandspritzen erhalten wird, ausgewählt insbesondere aus den Polyethylenen, den Polypropylenen, den Polyethylenterephthalaten, den Polyvinylchloriden, den Polyacrylaten, den Polyamiden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (30) aus einem Dekkel besteht, der auf den ersten Teil eingerastet, geschraubt oder angelenkt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel durch Formen eines thermoplastischen Werkstoffs, insbesondere eines Polyethylens, Polypropylens, Polyethyleneterephthalats, Polvinylchlorids, Polyamids, erhalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Teil (30) eine Abdeckfolie ist, die aus einer oder mehrere Schichten, insbesondere aus einem thermoplastischen Werkstoff, der insbesondere aus den Polyethylenen, den Polypropylenen, den Polyethylenterephthalaten, den Polvinylchloriden ausgewählt wird, oder aus einem metallischen Werkstoff, der insbesondere aus Aluminium, den Aluminiumlegierungen, Messing ausgewählt wird, oder aus einem metalloplastischen Komplex, gebildet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckfolie eine solche Geschmeidigkeit aufweist, dass sie sich beim Auftragen des Produkts mit dem Applikator (40) verformen kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckfolie auf dem ersten Teil durch Heiß- oder Kaltkleben oder durch Schweißen befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckfolie auf dem ersten Teil mittels einer Schweiß- oder Klebnaht (60) befestigt ist, die den Applikator (40) kontinuierlich umgibt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste (20) und der zweite Teil (30) zwei Folien sind, die aus einer oder mehreren Schichten insbesondere eines thermoplastischen Werkstoffs, der insbesondere aus den Polyethylenen, den Polypropylenen, den Polyethylenterephthalaten, den Polvinylchloriden ausgewählt wird, oder eines metallischen Werkstoffs, der insbesondere aus Aluminium, den Aluminiumlegierungen, Messing ausgewählt wird, oder eines metalloplastischen Komplexes gebildet werden, wobei die zwei Folien übereinander angeordnet und aneinander entlang ihres Umfangs befestigt sind, um einen Beutel zu bilden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung der Vorrichtung durch Abreißen erfolgt.
- Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen eines insbesondere kosmetischen Produkts, die mehrere Vorrichtungen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aufweist.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtungen untereinander zumindest paarweise durch einen oder mehrere trennbare Abschnitte verbunden sind.
- Einheit zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen, die eine Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16 und einen Behälter aufweist, der ein Produkt enthält, das die Vorrichtung (10) mehrfach speisen soll.
- Einheit nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (10) lösbar am Behälter (100) befestigt ist.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18 zur Verpackung und zum Auftragen eines Kosmetikprodukts in Form einer Flüssigkeit, eines Gels, einer Creme oder eines Puders.
