Abstract

Die Festwalzmaschine für Kurbelwellen mit Festwalzwerkzeugen (2), die jeweils einen Festwalzrollenkopf (1) und einen Stützrollenkopf aufweisen, welche jeweils mit zwei Klemmsteinen (15) an den Enden (17) von zugehörigen Scherenarmen (3) lösbar befestigt sind, wobei jeweils ein erster der beiden Klemmsteine (15) auf der Stirnfläche (16) des Endes (17) des Scherenarmes (3) und der zweite Klemmstein unter einem rechten Winkel zum ersten (15) auf der werkzeugseitigen Seitenfläche (16) desselben Scherenarmes (3) angeordnet ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Klemmsteine (15) auf der Stirnfläche (16) am Ende (17) des jeweiligen Scherenarmes (3) in Richtung auf das jeweilige Festwalzwerkzeug (2) verschiebbar gelagert sind, der Festwalzrollenkopf (1) anstelle des zweiten Klemmsteins am Scherenarm (3) beweglich gelagert ist, indem er auf seinen dem Scherenarm (3) zugewandten Stirnflächen Führungsnuten aufweist, worin prismatische Steine des Scherenarmes (3) eingreifen und der zweite Klemmstein für den Stützrollenkopf in der Klemmrichtung elastisch beweglich am Scherenarm gelagert ist.
