It is a well-known problem with the known, rectangular packagings that often different forces occur from the lid on the container at the corner areas relative to along the sides. Thus, the sides are generally more resilient than the corner areas.

Claims (9)

  1. Verpackung, die aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist und aus einem Behälter (50, 150) und einem Verschluß (10, 110), besteht,
    wobei der Behälter (50, 150) einen Boden (52, 152) hat, der mit einer peripheren Außenwand (54, 154) verbunden ist, wobei die Außenwand gegenüber dem Boden (52, 152) ein freies Ende (56, 156) hat, das eine Öffnung begrenzt, die Zugang zum Inneren des Behälters (50, 150) gewährt, und wobei die Verpackung an dem freien Ende (56, 156) der Außenwand (54, 154) einen ersten Eingriffsteils (58, 158) hat, der sich entlang des freien Endes (56, 156) erstreckt,
    wobei der Verschluß (10, 110) einen im wesentlichen scheibenförmigen Oberflächenteil (12, 112) mit einer von diesem ausgehend sich erstreckenden peripheren Einfassung (20, 120) aufweist,
    wobei die Einfassung (20, 120) einen Aufnahmekanal (21) definiert, der für das Aufnehmen des freien Endes (56, 156) gestaltet ist, und der eine äußere Seitenwand (26, 126) hat,
    wobei die Verpackung an der Einfassung (20, 120) einen zweiten Eingriffsteil (28, 128) hat, der für das Errichten eines Einrast-Sperr-Eingriffs mit dem ersten Eingriffsteil (58, 158) gestaltet ist,
    wobei der Behälter (50, 150) einen ringförmigen und nach oben offenen Aufnahmekanal (60, 160) für einen Teil (34, 134) der Einfassung (20, 120) hat, der an der Außenseite der Außenwand (54, 154) unterhalb des ersten Eingriffsteils (58, 158) liegt, wobei die Verpackung einen dritten Eingriffsteil (64, 164, 168') in dem Aufnahmekanal (60, 160), angeordnet hat,
    wobei die Verpackung einen vierten Eingriffsteils (36, 136, 138) an der Einfassung (20, 120) des Verschlusses (10, 110) unterhalb des zweiten Eingriffsteils (28, 128) hat und für das Errichten eines Einrast-Sperr-Eingriffs mit dem dritten Eingriffsteil (64, 164, 168') gestaltet ist, und
    wobei die Einfassung (20, 120) zwischen dem zweiten (28, 128) und vierten (36, 136, 138) Eingriffsteil eine periphere Schwachzone (42, 142) aufweist, die so gestaltet ist, daß sie eine Trennung der Einfassung (20, 120) durch Reißen bei gleichzeitigem Aufrechterhalten des Einrast-Sperr-Eingriffs zwischen dem dritten (64, 164, 168') und vierten Eingriffsteil (36, 136, 138) erlaubt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Einfassung (20, 120) einen ringförmigen ersten Randteil (30, 130) aufweist, der sich an der äußeren Seitenwand (26, 126) annähernd parallel zu dem Oberflächenteil (12, 112) radial nach außen erstreckt,
    daß die Schwachzone in dem ersten Randteil (30, 130) der Einfassung (20, 120) angeordnet ist,
    daß die Einfassung (20, 120) auch einen zweiten Randteil (34, 134) aufweist, der in der Verlängerung des ersten Randteils (30, 130) in einer Richtung annähernd parallel zu der Außenwand (54, 154) des Behälters (50) angeordnet ist, und
    daß der dritte Eingriffsteil (64, 164, 168') an dem zweiten Randteil (34, 134) angeordnet ist.
  2. Verpackung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Einfassung (20, 120) einen ringförmigen Aufnahmekanal (21, 121) für das freie Ende (56, 156) aufweist, wobei der Aufnahmekanal (20', 120') durch eine innere Seitenwand (22, 122), eine äußere Seitenwand (26, 126) und eine Bodenwand (24, 124) begrenzt ist, wobei die innere (22, 122) oder die äußere (26, 126) Seitenwand den zweiten Eingriffsteil (28, 128) aufweist.
  3. Verpackung nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der Aufnahmekanal (60, 160) am Behälter (50, 150) nach unten durch eine periphere Bodenwand (66, 166) geschlossen ist.
  4. Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der erste Eingriffsteil (58, 158) an der Außenseite der Wand (54, 154) angeordnet ist.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Schwachzone durch das Vorsehen von Perforationen (42, 142) entlang des gesamten Umfangs der Einfassung (20, 120) gebildet ist.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Schwachzone durch das Vorsehen von Perforationen (42, 142) entlang von ungefähr 90 Prozent der Umfangserstreckung der Einfassung (20, 120) ausgebildet ist.
  7. Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    die Einfassung (20, 120) eine sich nach außen erstreckende Greiflasche (32, 132) hat, die mit der Einfassung (20, 120) vorzugsweise mit der äußeren Seitenwand (26, 126) an der Seite der Schwachzone (42, 142), die dem zweiten Eingriffsteil (28, 128) am nächsten liegt, verbunden ist.
  8. Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der ringförmige Aufnahmekanal (60, 160) des Behälters (50, 150) in einem Abstand zur Außenwand (54, 154) des Behälters (50, 150) angeordnet ist;
    daß der Aufnahmekanal (60, 160) eine erste Seitenwand (68, 168) hat, die näher an der Außenwand (54, 154) angeordnet ist und eine zweite Seitenwand (62, 162) hat; und
    daß der dritte Eingriffsteil (64, 164, 168') an der ersten (68, 168) und/oder der zweiten Seitenwand (62, 162) angeordnet ist.
  9. Verpackung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    der ringförmige Randteil (30, 130) eine obere Begrenzung des Aufnahmekanals (60, 160) bildet.
