Description
The invention relates to a resealable Container, in particular a cardboard plastic multilayer composite package for holding liquid or pasty Products, with a rectangular base, four in essentially arranged at right angles to each other Side surfaces (body surfaces), one with a web seam after filling the pack closed head area and one on an inclined surface in the head area arranged closure element.
The field of disposable beverage packaging is currently being sold by the well-known cuboid cardboard packaging dominated. Clearly, their advantages in terms of low-cost production of - if necessary - aseptic filling, distribution and the logistical components in wholesale and retail, as well the very unproblematic stocking both in the trade, as well as the end consumers. In addition to these positive too Valuable factors continue to be the versatility in to emphasize the application of the product. So becomes the Example the individual product identity through the Applying applied graphic elements whose creative variability a variety different appearances allows. Compared to other disposable beverage packs, such as tubular bag-like packs, light metal cans or Glass and plastic bottles offer the cardboard-like Container of many advantages.
Regarding the reclosability of this pack However, it is just opposite the bottle-like containers to discover a serious disadvantage. The development recent years shows that the importance of a reliable reclosability not too is negligible, as increasingly Pack sizes (supply pack) to find on the market whose reclosability is due to the high Filling volume appears necessary. Resealable Although cardboard composite containers usually have over corresponding and well-known closure elements, However, consumers are slow to accept it. This is primarily due to the partially impractical and unfamiliar handling of common closures for Returned cardboard disposable beverage packs, which are mostly neither allow a clean pouring, nor the vom Consumer expected requirement of Reclosability (tightness during shaking, etc.) solve satisfactorily.
Some known packs do offer a good one Handling and reclosability, lose this Benefits, however, by unfavorable logistical factors (Stacking). Basically, it should be noted that the protruding from the cuboid pack Closure elements must have a certain height, with regard to reliable opening and dense Reclosing are useful. This height leads However, problems with stacking and after actual transport, it happens that at careless handling in retail individual Closing elements are demolished from the packs.
To solve this problem, DE 40 15 119 C2, that provided in the head region of the pack Inclined surface is provided on which the closure element is arranged to protrude out of the closure element to avoid from the cuboid base body. These However, known package is disadvantageous because they have a relatively large headspace brings with it.
The invention is therefore based on the object, the known, previously described in more detail So reshaping and reshaping container develop further that the container volume optimally can be exploited without giving up the benefits of known containers in terms of production, Refilling and closing. Of further, the blank of such a container should Resulting form of the pack attached Closure in the best possible way against the influence of force and Protect damage. The cut should be like this be that of the current production technology is taken into account, at least in general terms.
This object is achieved in that the package so is folded, that the closure element bearing Inclined surface at least partially from the through Base surface predetermined rectangular profile protrudes, so that the located below the closure element Carcass surface has a bulge and that the protruding body surface opposite carcass surface at least in the head area a corresponding indentation having. According to the invention it is ensured that by the bulge an optimal ratio of filling volume consists of container volume. By the invention Embodiment receives the front of the pack a Bulge, which initially has a negative impact on the gapless and thus space-saving and stable stackability would affect. To catch this is in the rear Head of the package by the inventive Folding lines arrangement a dent that the Represents counterpart to the above bulge, intended. Due to the corresponding indentations in the opposite packing area are also the Requirements for a good stackability met. Here It is conceivable that both the closure element and the oblique surface provided for attachment their dimensions are coordinated, so that thereby an appropriate protective effect occurs and optimum stackability is possible. Compared to the the modified head portion of the pack remains the Design of the soil at the current state of Things.
According to alternative embodiments of the invention, the provided in the head area web seam to the inclined surface be killed or turn away from her. Different to in the generic container according to DE 40 15 119 C2 However, there is in each case the advantage of inventive design of the web seam in that this always runs at right angles to the inclined surface, so that the "packing ears" to the body surface with Abut inclined surface adjacent body surfaces.
Tapered according to a further embodiment of the invention the bulge or indentation from the head area up evenly to the floor area. It is possible that the bulge or indentation forming Continue folding lines down to the lower corners of the box, or at the lower front edge of the inclined surface having body surface in the area of the box corners end up.
However, the invention is already then realized, if the bulge or indentation from the head area ago goes down to about half the container height. It has It has been shown that this embodiment as well is sufficient to the advantages of the invention to reach.
Is preferred as a closure element for the reclosable container according to the invention Screw cap used.

rückwärtigen Seitenwand 2 entsprechenden Fläche 20 so
auszubilden, daß diese auf derselben horizontalen Ebene
liegt wie der höchste Punkt des Verschlußelementes 8. The
Also in the rear
Verbundpackung entsprechen.The
Fig. 12 dargestellten Zuschnitt dieses
Ausführungsbeispiels des erfindungsgemäßen Behälters
hervorgeht, ist auch die korrespondierende Fläche 20' der
rückwärtigen Korpusfläche 2' trapezförmig ausgebildet.A further embodiment is shown in FIGS. 7 to 12
described, wherein the reference numerals used
are arranged accordingly. This embodiment
of the container according to the invention shows a body surface

Die unterhalb der Schrägfläche 7' bzw. Fläche 20'
verlaufenden Faltlinien 17', 18' bzw. 21', 22' verlaufen
Fig. 1 bis 3 realisieren. The below the inclined surface 7 'or surface 20'

Finally, in FIGS. 13 to 18 is another

angeordneten Faltlinien 17", 18" bzw. 21", 22" nicht bis
zur Bodenkantenlinie 19, sondern nur etwa bis zur
Behältermitte hinunter reichen. Eine solche Ausgestaltung
ist hinsichtlich der Faltung des Zuschnittes weniger
aufwendig und führt trotzdem zu den erfindungsgemäßen
Vorteilen. In addition, from Figs. 13 to 18 goes quickly

Claims (8)
- A re-closable container, in particular a cardboard plastic multilayer composite package for holding liquid or viscous products, comprising a rectangular base area; four side areas (body areas (1, 2, 3, 4)), arranged essentially at right angles in relation to each other; a top region which after filling of the package is closed by means of a web seam (5); and a closing element (8) arranged on an inclined area (7) in the top region,
characterised in that
the container is folded such that the inclined area (7) supporting the closing element (8) at least partially protrudes from the rectangular profile defined by the base area, so that the body area (1) situated below the closing element (8) comprises a protuberance and that the body area (2) opposite the outward extending body area (1), at least in the top region, comprises a recess in a corresponding shape. - The container according to claim 1,
characterised in that
the web seam (5) is folded over towards the inclined area (7). - The container according to claim 1,
characterised in that
the folded-over web seam (5) points away from the inclined area (7). - The container according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
characterised in that
the protuberance and the recess, respectively, evenly taper off from the top region to the bottom region. - The container according to claim 4,
characterised in that
the fold lines (17, 18 and 21, 22) forming the protuberance or recess, respectively, continue right down to the bottom corners of the package. - The container according to claim 4,
characterised in that
the fold lines forming the protuberance continue to the lower front edge of the package, ending in the region of the corners of the package. - The container according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that
the protuberance or recess, respectively, extends from the top region, approximately halfway down the container. - The container according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that
a screw-type closure is provided as a closing element (8).
