Claims (15)
- Elektrischer Schalter, insbesondere in der Art eines Joystick- oder Cursor-Schalters, mit einem in einer Verschwenkebene (16), in wenigstens zwei Richtungen bewegbar gelagerten Betätigungsorgan (3), wobei das Betätigungsorgan (3) aus einer neutralen Stellung in eine der jeweiligen Richtung zugeordnete Schaltstellung bewegbar ist, und wobei das Betätigungsorgan (3) in der Schaltstellung auf ein in etwa parallel zur Verschwenkebene (16) des Betätigungsorgans (3) angeordnetes Schaltelement (4) schaltend einwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalter (1) eine Steuerkurve (10) in der Art einer Kulisse besitzt, und daß das Betätigungsorgan (3) bei dessen Auslenkung, insbesondere mittels eines Schalthebels (8) oder einer Schaltstange (15), in die Steuerkurve (10) derart eingreift, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3) zwangsgeführt in die jeweilige Richtung bewegbar ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltelement (4) als an sich bekanntes Tastschaltelement mit zwei Festkontakten (5, 5') und einer als Schaltkontakt zur schaltenden Überbrückung der Festkontakte (5, 5') sowie als Rückstellelement dienenden Schnappscheibe (6) ausgebildet ist, daß vorzugsweise das Betätigungsorgan (3) in acht Richtungen in der Art einer Windrose bewegbar ist, wobei jeder Richtung ein Schaltelement (4) zugeordnet ist, und daß weiter vorzugsweise die Schaltelemente (4) in etwa kreisförmig auf einer, insbesondere in einem Gehäuse (2) des Schalters (1) befindlichen Haltescheibe, Leiterplatte (7) o. dgl. angeordnet sind.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schalthebel (8) mittels eines Kugelgelenks (9) im Gehäuse (2) verschwenkbar gelagert ist, derart daß das aus dem Gehäuse (2) ragende Betätigungsorgan (3) durch einen Benutzer verschwenkbar ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Betätigungsorgan (3) und/oder am Schalthebel (8), insbesondere an einem daran angeordneten Tellerelement (12), ein Betätigungsnocken (11) befindlich ist, wobei der Betätigungsnocken (11) auf einen korrespondierenden Schaltnocken (13) und der Schaltnocken (13) wiederum betätigend auf das Schaltelement (4) derart einwirkt, daß das Schaltelement (4) im wesentlichen in Richtung parallel zum Schalthebel (8) betätigt wird.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Betätigungsorgan (3) ein zusätzliches Schaltelement (14), insbesondere in der Art eines Tastschaltelements, zugeordnet ist, wobei vorzugsweise das zusätzliche Schaltelement (14) an dem dem Betätigungsorgan (3) abgewandten Ende des Schalthebels (8), insbesondere auf einer Leiterplatte (29) im Gehäuse (2), angeordnet ist, und daß weiter vorzugsweise das zusätzliche Schaltelement (14) durch Drücken des Betätigungsorgans (3) mittels des Schalthebels (8), insbesondere mittels der im hohlen Schalthebel (8) längsbeweglich angeordneten Schaltstange (15), schaltbar ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung des zusätzlichen Schaltelementes (14) in der neutralen Stellung des Betätigungsorgans (3) freigegeben und bei Auslenkung des Betätigungsorgans (3) aus der neutralen Stellung, und zwar bevorzugterweise in der Schaltstellung, sperrbar ist, insbesondere indem das Betätigungsorgan (3) mit einem Anschlag (17) an der Steuerkurve (10) im Gehäuse (2) zusammenwirkt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3) bei der Bewegung aus der neutralen Stellung in die Schaltstellung mit einer Nockenbahn (30) derart zusammenwirkt, daß eine von der Auslenkung abhängige Kraft in und/oder gegen die Richtung der Verstellung auf das Betätigungsorgan (3) zur Einstellung der Haptik für den Benutzer einwirkt, daß vorzugsweise am Schalthebel (8) ein Halteteil (31) mit einer Aufnahme (32) für wenigstens einen federbelasteten, in die Nockenbahn (30) eingreifenden Stößel (33) angeordnet ist, und daß weiter vorzugsweise die Nockenbahn (30) derart ausgestaltet ist, daß das Betätigungsorgan (3) bei Bewegung in die Schaltstellung einen Druckpunkt aufweist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nockenbahn (30) auf einem Trägerelement (35), insbesondere auf einer Seite des Trägerelements (35), im Gehäuse (2) des Schalters (1) angebracht ist, daß vorzugsweise auf der anderen Seite des Trägerelements (35) die Leiterplatte (7) zur Aufnahme der Schaltelemente (4) angeordnet ist, daß weiter vorzugsweise ein Fixierteil (36) zur Befestigung der Leiterplatte (7) und/oder zur Führung der Schaltnocken (13) am Trägerelement (35) angeordnet ist, und daß noch weiter vorzugsweise in etwa mittig in der Leiterplatte (7) und in dem Trägerelement (35) eine Öffnung (37) zur Durchführung des Schalthebels (8) befindlich ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter, insbesondere Drehschalter, vorzugsweise nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Betätigungselement (18), und mit wenigstens einem, insbesondere eine Schnappscheibe (6) aufweisenden, weiteren Schaltelement (21), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weitere Schaltelement (21) einer Öffnung (20) in einer in der Art einer Rastscheibe ausgebildeten Kulisse (19) zugeordnet ist, und daß eine eine Kugel (22) aufweisende Halterung (23) derart mit dem Betätigungselement (18) in Wirkverbindung steht, daß durch Bewegung, insbesondere Drehbewegung, des Betätigungselements (18) die Kugel (22) in Eingriff mit der Öffnung (20) bringbar ist, so daß sowohl die Halterung (23) in einer Raststellung befindlich ist als auch die Kugel (22) schaltend auf das weitere Schaltelement (21), insbesondere direkt auf die Schnappscheibe (6), einwirkt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegung, insbesondere die Drehbewegung, des Betätigungselementes (18) bei aus der neutralen Stellung ausgelenktem, insbesondere bei in der Schaltstellung befindlichem Betätigungsorgan (3) sperrbar ist, wozu vorzugsweise ein am Tellerelement (12) angeordneter Ansatz (24) in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen (25), die insbesondere von jeweils zwei beabstandeten Rippen (26, 26') gebildet werden, am Betätigungselement (18) eingreift.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (23) in etwa ringförmig ausgestaltet sowie im Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist, und daß vorzugsweise die Kugel (22, 22') in etwa in Richtung auf die Kulisse (19) federbelastet in einer Aufnahme (38) der Halterung (23) angeordnet ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kulisse (19) scheibenförmig mit mehreren auf einer Kreisbahn angeordneten Öffnungen (20) ausgebildet ist, derart daß die Halterung (23) mehrere Raststellungen besitzt, und daß vorzugsweise mehrere weitere Schaltelemente (21) in einer zu den Öffnungen (20) korrespondierenden Kreisbahn auf einer Leiterplatte (29') angeordnet sind, derart daß die Halterung (23) mehrere, zu den Raststellungen korrespondierende Schaltstellungen besitzt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Halterung (23) drei in etwa 120 Grad beabstandet liegende Kugeln (22, 22') angeordnet sind, wobei eine Kugel (22) mit den Öffnungen (20) in der Kulisse (19) zur Rastung und/oder zum Schalten der weiteren Schaltelemente (21) zusammenwirkt und die beiden anderen Kugeln (22') auf der Kulisse (19) zur Abstützung beweglich sind, und wobei insbesondere die beiden anderen Kugeln (22') auf einer Kreisbahn beweglich sind, die einen zur Kreisbahn für die Öffnungen (20) unterschiedlichen Radius besitzt.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das weitere Schaltelement (21), auf das die Kugel (22) einwirkt, als an sich bekanntes Tastschaltelement mit zwei Festkontakten (5, 5') und einer als Schaltkontakt zur schaltenden Überbrückung der Festkontakte (5, 5') sowie als Rückstellelement dienenden Schnappscheibe (6) ausgebildet ist, und daß vorzugsweise das weitere Schaltelement (21) auf derselben Leiterplatte (29) im Gehäuse (2), auf der sich das zusätzliche Schaltelement (14) befindet, angeordnet ist, wobei insbesondere das zusätzliche Schaltelement (14) in etwa im Mittelpunkt der von den weiteren Schaltelementen (21) gebildeten Kreisbahn befindlich ist.
- Elektrischer Schalter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiterplatte (29') für das weitere Schaltelement (21) an der Kulisse (19), insbesondere mittels Fixierzapfen (39), befestigt ist.
