Abstract

Das Sitzmöbel besitzt eine im Prinzip horizontal angeordnete Sitzplatte mit einem Oberteil (2) und einem Unterteil (3) aus schichtweise verleimtem Formsperrholz, die übereinander liegend zusammengefügt sind. Zum Boden ragen Beine (5,5';6,6'), die oben Fortsätze (50,50';60,60') aufweisen. An der dem Unterteil (3) zugewandten Unterseite des Oberteils (2) sind Nuten (20) spanabhebend eingearbeitet, während an der dem Oberteil (2) zugewandten Oberseite des Unterteils (3) Nuten (30) spanlos angeformt sind. Die Fortsätze (50,50';60,60') der Beine (5,5';6,6') werden zwischen den Teilen (2,3) der Sitzplatte in den Nuten (20,30) eingefügt. Ein Herstellungsverfahren für die Sitzmöbel ist angegeben und ferner wird ein Reihenverbinder vorgeschlagen, der sich insbesondere für die hiesigen Sitzmöbel eignet. Das Sitzmöbel ermöglicht, die optischen, ästhetischen und sensitiven Vorzüge von natürlichem Holz zu nutzen und zugleich den bisherigen konstruktiven und materiellen Aufwand bei der Befestigung von Füssen und Armlehnen an Sitzmöbeln aus Formsperrholz zu verringern. Von Vorteil sind ferner die somit erreichte Stapeldichte beim Auftürmen der Sitzmöbel. Ausserdem lässt sich das Sitzmöbel seriell effizient herstellen.

The seating furniture has, in principle, a horizontally arranged seat plate with an upper part (2) and a lower part (3) made of layered molded plywood, which are assembled one above the other. Legs (5.5 ';6.6') protrude to the floor and have extensions (50.50 ';60.60') at the top. At the lower part (3) facing underside of the upper part (2) has grooves (20) are machined incorporated, while at the upper part (2) upper side facing the lower part (3) has grooves (30) are integrally formed without chip removal. The extensions (50.50 ';60.60') of the legs (5.5 ';6.6') are inserted between the parts (2.3) of the seat plate in the grooves (20.30) . A manufacturing method for the seating furniture is specified and a row connector is also proposed which is particularly suitable for the seating furniture here. The seating furniture makes it possible to use the optical, aesthetic and sensitive advantages of natural wood and at the same time to reduce the previous constructional and material effort when attaching feet and armrests to seating furniture made of molded plywood. Another advantage is the stack density thus achieved when the seating furniture is piled up. In addition, the seating furniture can be efficiently produced in series.
