Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Führen der Strömung einer metallurgischen Schmelze, insbesondere von Stahlschmelze, mit einem an ein metallurgisches Gefäß anschließenden Ausgussrohr,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Gefäßboden (1a) ein Auslaufstutzen (3) mit einer am unteren Ende (3a) gebildeten Kugelfläche (3b) angeordnet ist, die dichtend in den Eingang (2c) des Ausgussrohres (2) ragt, das gelenkig am Gefäßboden (1a) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgussrohr (2) kardanisch am Gefäßboden (1a) gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Lagerwelle (4) für einen ersten, äußeren Kardanring (5) an einen Schwenkantrieb (6) angeschlossen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem ersten, äußeren Kardanring (5) ein zweiter, innerer Kardanring (7) mittels einer parallel oder senkrecht zur Lagerwelle (4) verlaufenden Welle (7a) schwenkbar gelagert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lager (13) für die schwenkbare Lagerwelle (4) des ersten, äußeren Kardanrings (5) am Gefäßboden (1a) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Eingang (2c) des Ausgussrohres (2) und / oder in die Kugelfläche (3b) eine Kohlefaserdichtung (2e) eingelegt ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Auslaufstutzen (3) eine den Strömungskanal (2d) anschneidende Ringnut (8) eingearbeitet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Eingang (2c) des Ausgussrohres (2) in seiner Querschnittsform (9) mit einem geraden Abschnitt (10) beginnt, der über einen Bogenabschnitt (11) in den zylindrischen Strömungskanal (2d) übergeht, wobei die Kugelfläche (3b) des Auslaufstutzens (3) teils an dem geraden Abschnitt (10) teils an dem Bogenabschnitt (11) dicht anliegt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das metallurgische Gefäß (1) aus einem Verteilergefäß (12) für eine Stranggießanlage besteht. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgussrohr (2) aus einem Tauchrohr (2a) für eine Stranggießkokille besteht.
