Claims (3)

  1. Shutter-catch security device designed to be mounted between a fixed part of a window and the shutter itself, one end of each catch (2) pivoting on the said shutter, while the other end is constructed at (4a) for engaging on the end (5a) of a perpendicularly bent arm (5) of a support plate (1) of the security device, which plate is fixed to the said fixed part of the window, the said device comprising:
    a lever (6) mounted with the ability to pivot against an elastic return member (8), in a yoke (1a) forming part of the support plate (1);
    the lever (6) can be positioned over the end (4a) of each catch (2) after its engagement on the perpendicularly bent arm (5a) in order to prevent it being raised; and
    the lever (6) is designed to be retracted temporarily, both under a manual action, intended to release the said end (4a) when desired, and also automatically by the action of introducing the said end (4a);
       which device is characterized in that:
    the support plate (1) has two perpendicularly bent arms (5) situated side by side, forming a fork for the positioning of two separate catches (2), and the end of the lever (6) furthest from its pivot has a symmetrical stop (6b) acting simultaneously on the two catch ends (4a) engaged on the arms (5) of the fork; and
    each end (5a) of the perpendicularly bent arms (5) is designed to be able to be inserted into a through opening (4a1) in the end (4a) of the catch.
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that one end of the lever (6) has a finger pressure part (6a) to enable an angular rotation of the said lever in opposition to the elastic member (8), corresponding to the release of the end (4a) of the catch engaged on the perpendicularly bent arm (5).
  3. Device according to Claim 2, characterized in that the finger pressure part (6a) is an arm formed by a continuation of the body of the lever (6), roughly perpendicular to the latter and pointing outwards.
