Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for lifting and transporting boulders, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a device for lifting and transporting boulders with the features the preamble of claim 1 is known from US-A-2,825,598.
- the bearing elements are designed as eyelets, one through the respective eyelet Rope is guided and thus deflected there, and this rope on the adjacent ring eyelet attacks.
- the four ropes used in this device are in the same Direction oriented so that the first rope goes through the first eyelet and connected to the second eyelet, the second rope is passed through the second eyelet and is connected to the third eyelet, the third rope is passed through the third eyelet is and is connected to the fourth eyelet, and the fourth rope through the fourth eyelet is passed through and connected to the first eyelet.
- the object of the invention is an extremely simple structure, inexpensive to manufacture and uncomplicated and safe to use device for transporting and lifting to create boulders.
- the invention proposes a device for lifting and transporting boulders according to the features of claim 1.
- the invention thus frees itself from the basic idea of using an erratic block a rigid lifting and transport element, in particular a rigid excavator bucket to handle and instead use a flexible rope arrangement, whereby The principle of application of the ropes is that they only transmit tensile forces can.
- the flexible ropes can, depending on the different Adapt the outer shape of the boulders to their outer contours so that the boulders are uncomplicated and can be gripped safely. Because ropes can be used the loop formed by the device is opened as widely as possible and is therefore very simple be placed around the boulder, if possible with the bearing elements at the same horizontal level slightly below the maximum horizontal Expansion of the boulder.
- the device according to the invention is extremely simple, as it consists only of the ropes, their fastenings, suspensions and redirections exist. It can easily handle any form of boulder be adjusted. If the rope sections attacking the suspension are released, the device can be loosened from the boulder within a very short time be removed. On the other hand, with the opposite sequence of movements, a boulder can be quickly picked up by means of the device.
- the inventive design of the device allows very heavy erratic blocks lift or transport.
- the rope construction takes advantage of that, the heavier the boulder is, the higher the clamping forces that are on the ropes in the boulder can be initiated.
- the suspension is designed to be rotatable in itself. This can be easily achieved by doubling the suspension is effective.
- the rotating suspension allows the boulder hanging on the ropes Rotate around a vertical axis as required and thus orient the erratic block as required to position in the terrain.
- a design of the device according to the invention is particularly expedient if four ropes are connected to the suspension.
- the erratic block is thus made of four ropes held.
- the device according to the invention provides that pairs of ropes are formed from the ropes are, wherein a rope of the respective rope pair is deflected in a first bearing element and is attached in an adjacent second bearing element, as well as the other Rope of this pair of cables deflected in the second bearing element and the first bearing element is attached.
- Using four ropes results in two Cable pairs. If each rope pair is assigned to two different pairs of bearing elements is, it is necessary in this case that the pairs of cables or bearing element pairs by means of Connecting ropes, specifically two connecting ropes are connected. In this embodiment would be four ropes attacking the suspensions and two to the Connecting cables attacking bearing elements necessary. Position the connecting ropes taking into account the tensile forces introduced into it, the bearing elements in constant distance planes to each other, while those attacking the suspension Ropes, according to the contour of the boulder, the bearing elements more or less move towards each other.
- the respective bearing element points preferably a deflecting part for a rope and a bearing part for fastening one end of another rope and a bearing part for attaching one end of one Connecting cables. It is considered particularly advantageous if in this If three rotatable rollers are mounted in the respective bearing element. A role serves the deflection of one rope, while in the other two roles the closed ones Loop ends of the other rope and the connecting rope are held.
- the ropes are designed as wire ropes.
- the required closed Loops can be produced particularly easily using metallic press sleeves.
- the device is suitable for lifting a boulder 1 by means of a hydraulic excavator or a wheel loader. It can be attached to any arm of a hydraulic excavator or to a loading shovel of a wheel loader is attached.
- the device has a double acting suspension 2, the two suspension elements 3 and 4 by means of a Wire rope or rotatable bolt 5 are connected. This allows the suspension element 4 and the boulder 1 hanging in the device relative to the suspension element 3, thus relative to the point of application on the hydraulic excavator or wheel loader, in any Direction of rotation can be rotated. This enables an optimal alignment of the Boulders regarding the desired location.
- each rope 6 or 7 or 8 or 9 is in one Deflected bearing element and is attached to another bearing element. Concrete the cable 6 is deflected in the bearing element 10 and is fastened to the bearing element 11. The rope 7 is deflected in the bearing element 11 and is fastened to the bearing element 10. The rope 8 is deflected in the bearing element 12 and is fastened to the bearing element 13. The rope 9 is deflected in the bearing element 13 and is fastened in the bearing element 12.
- the bearing elements 10 and 11 thus form a pair of bearing elements 14 and the bearing elements 12 and 13 a pair of bearing elements 15.
- the two pairs of bearing elements 14 and 15 are positioned with two other connecting cables 16 and 17 to each other. These take hold directly on the bearing elements.
- the connecting cable 16 connects the bearing elements 10 and 12, the connecting cable 17, the bearing elements 11 and 13.
- the ropes 6 to 9 or connecting ropes 16, 17 are designed as wire ropes. Their Ends that firmly engage the bearing elements 10 to 13 or the suspension element 4 are closed loops using metal clips, so-called Press sleeves 18 formed.
- Each bearing element 10 or 11 or 12 or 13 is essentially separated by two mutually arranged T-shaped plates 19 and 20 and three connecting them Bolt 21 formed. These take up freely rotatable rollers 22, 23 and 24.
- the Roll 22 wraps around one end of the associated connecting cable 16 or 17, the roller 23 serves as a deflection roller for the rope 6 or 7 or 8 or 9, the roller 24 serves to accommodate the fixed end of another rope 6 or 7 on the bearing element side or 8 or 9.
- the device contracts when the suspension 2 is raised, until it tightly encloses the boulder 1 to be lifted.
- the device releases the rope tension in the area of the ropes 6 to 9 and Connecting ropes 16, 17 and the bearing elements 10 to 13 from the boulder and it can the device can be easily removed from the boulder 1. Also misshapen erratic blocks, that cannot be gripped with hydraulic pliers can be used with this device can be easily recorded.
