Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Befüllen von rohrförmigen Behältern (34) mit einem Stapel (27) von scheibenförmigen Produkten (11), insbesondere Kartoffelchips oder Biskuits, umfassend:einen Zufuhrförderer (9) zur Zufuhr der in der Forderrichtung (A) flachseitig aneinanderliegenden Produkte (11),eine Transporteinrichtung (13) mit mehreren auf einer geschlossenen Bahn beweglich angeordneten Zwischenbehältern ( 17 ) zur Aufnahme der Stapel (27 ) , wobei die Zwischenbehälter (17) in einer ersten Station (12) am stromabwärtigen Ende des Zufuhr förderers (9) füllbar sind, und die Vorrichtung einen Abfuhrförderer (33) für die gefüllten Behälter (34) umfasst,die Zwischenbehälter (17) auf einem Weg zu einer zweiten Station (30) um eine Achse (16) senkrecht zur Produktstapelachse drehbar sind, in der zweiten Station (30) die Produktstapel (27) in einen bereitstehenden Behälter (34) ausstossbar sind, die Zwischenbehälter (17) auf dem Rückweg zur ersten Station (12) um die gleiche Achse (16) in die Ausgangsstellung drehbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zwischenbehälter (17) auf einer Kreisbahn umlaufen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Transporteinrichtung (13) einen Drehteller (15) umfasst, der auf einer durch einen ersten Motor (47) angetriebenen Welle (14) befestigt ist, wobei die Drehachsen (16) der Zwischenbehälter (17) auf dem Drehteller (15) drehbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Drehachsen (16) der Zwischenbehälter (17) über mindestens ein Zahnrad (48) durch mindestens einen zweiten Motor (52) angetrieben sind, wobei das Zahnrad (48) auf der Welle (14) drehbar gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Drehachsen (16) der Zwischenbehälter (17) über einzeln ansteuerbare Kupplungs-Brems-Einheiten (54) wahlweise mit dem Zahnrad (48) und dem Drehteller (15) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei sie zwei über je einen zweiten Motor (52) angetriebene Zahnräder (48) aufweist, und wobei beide Zahnräder (48) mit den Drehachsen (16) über je eine einzeln schaltbare Kupplungs-Brems-Einheit (54) verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, wobei an der ersten Station (12) und an der zweiten Station (30) je ein Schieber (25, 32) angeordnet ist, der auf einer gestellfesten Führung (24, 31) verschiebbar ist, die annähernd parallel zur Längsachse der Zwischenbehälter (17) in diesen Stationen (12, 30) verläuft, und wobei an der ersten Station (12) zusätzlich ein quer zur Förderrichtung (A) bewegliches Separierschwert (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, wobei jeder Zwischenbehälter (17) aus parallel angeordneten, länglichen, prismatischen oder zylindrischen Trägern (21) besteht, vorzugsweise mit einander zugewandten, konkaven Flächen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, wobei jedem Zwischenbehälter (17) ein Fingerpaar (19, 20) zugeordnet ist, das aus einer ersten Stellung, in welchem die Finger (19, 20) in den Innenquerschnitt des Zwischenbehälters (17) hineinragen, in eine zweite Stellung bewegbar sind, in welcher sie ausserhalb dieses Querschnittes sind, und wobei vorzugsweise der Abstand der beiden Finger (19, 20) des Paares voneinander einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Fingerpaare (19, 20) an den Zwischenbehältern (17) schwenkbar gelagert sind.
