Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum gleichzeitigen Wickeln von mehreren Teilbahnen, die aus einer Materialbahn geschnitten werden, zu Teilbahnrollen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein vorbestimmter Parameter jeder einzelnen Teilbahnrolle fortlaufend ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Parameter der Teilbahnrollen fortlaufend miteinander verglichen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wickeln unterbrochen wird, wenn sich zwischen Parametern von Teilbahnrollen Unterschiede ergeben, die einen vorbestimmten Wert übersteigen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Parameter erst ab einem vorbestimmten Durchmesser der Teilbahnrollen erfaßt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Durchmesser der einzelnen Teilbahnrollen als Parameter verwendet.
- Vorrichtung zum gleichzeitigen Wickeln von mehreren Teilbahnen zu Teilbahnrollen mit mindestens einer Wickelpositionsgruppe, in der mehrere Teilbahnrollen angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Teilbahnrolle (5a-5d) mindestens ein Sensor (40a-40h) zugeordnet ist, der fortlaufend mindestens einen vorbestimmten Parameter dieser Teilbahnrolle (5a-5d) ermittelt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (40a-40h) als Durchmessersensor ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sensor (40a-40h) mit einer Belastungsrolle (7a-7h) gekoppelt ist, die als Tastrolle wirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Belastungsrolle (7a-7h) in Axialrichtung in Segmente unterteilt ist, wobei die Segmente durch eine Kuppeleinrichtung kuppelbar sind und einen gemeinsamen Rotationsantrieb aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6-9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoren (40a-40h) mit einem Vergleicher (43) verbunden sind, der einen Teil einer Antriebssteuereinrichtung bildet.
