Claims (36)
- Vorrichtung zum Montieren und/oder Demontieren von Schläuchen auf bzw. von Stutzen oder dergleichen Vorgänge miteinem eine lineare Antriebsbewegung erzeugenden Antrieb (2) mit einer Energieeinspeisung und einer Steuervorrichtung (3) zum Steuern der Antriebsbewegung,einem von dem Antrieb (2) linear antreibbaren Vorschubglied (39),schwenkbar gelagerten Zangeneinsatzhälften (24), an deren von einem Stutzen (52) abgewandten inneren Hebelenden (27) das Vorschubglied (39) angreift, um die Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) bei einer Vorwärtsbewegung des Vorschubgliedes (39) mit ihren Backen (29) gegen einen dazwischen angeordneten Schlauch (50) zu schwenken,einem die Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) schwenkbar lagernden in Richtung des Vorschubgliedes relativ zum Antrieb (2) verschiebbaren Lagerteil (23) mit einem Anschlag (13v, 13vi) undeinem mit dem Vorschubglied (39) verbundenen Gegenanschlag (15), der nach einem zum Einklemmen des Schlauches (50) zwischen den Backen (29) erforderlichen Abschnitt der Vorwärtsbewegung des Vorschubgliedes (39) auf den Anschlag (13v, 13vi) trifft und das Lagerteil (23) über den restlichen Abschnitt der Vorwärtsbewegung mitnimmt, um die Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) vorzuschieben und den darin eingeklemmten Schlauch (50) auf einen bzw. von einem Stutzen (52) zu schieben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 mit einem Gegenhalter (34) zum Abstützen an einem Stutzen (52) und/oder an einer den Stutzen (52) tragenden und/oder an einer bezüglich des Stutzens (52) lagefesten Konstruktion und Abfangen der durch Aufschieben und/oder Abschieben des Schlauches (50) auf den/von dem Stutzen (52) erzeugten Reaktionskräfte.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Antrieb (2) mindestens einen Antriebskolben (41, 55) aufweist, der über ein Druckmittel ventil mit einem Druckmittelanschluß verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der der Antrieb eine Federeinrichtung (42, 59) zum Rückbewegen der Antriebskolben (41, 55) bei Druckentlastung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei der zwischen den Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) eine weitere Federeinrichtung zum Auseinanderschwenken der Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Vorwärtsbewegung des Vorschubgliedes (39) vom Antrieb (2) weg gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der die Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) mit ihren Backen (29) zwischen dem Antrieb (2) und dem Gegenhalter (34') angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Vorwärtsbewegung des Vorschubgliedes (39) zum Antrieb (2) hin gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, bei der der Gegenhalter (34") zwischen dem Antrieb (2) und den Backen (29) der Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei der das Vorschubglied (39) Anschrägungen (39) aufweist, die mit den inneren Hebelenden (27) zusammenwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, bei der die inneren Hebelenden drehbar gelagerte Rollen (27) tragen, an deren Umfang das Vorschubglied (39) angreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, bei der die Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) jeweils im wesentlichen Z-förmig sind, wobei sie jeweils mit einem ersten Außenschenkel (25) schwenkbar in einer die Bewegungsachse des Vorschubgliedes (39) enthaltenden Ebene angeordnet sind und mit einem eine Backe bildenden zweiten Außenschenkel (29) in einer zweiten Ebene parallel zur ersten angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, bei der die Backen (29) der Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) jeweils eine teilzylindrische Aufnahme (30) für einen Abschnitt des Schlauches (50) haben.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, bei der die Aufnahmen (30) der Backen (29) ein Untermaß bezüglich des Querschnittes des aufzunehmenden Schlauches (50) und/oder bezüglich einer Tülle (51) am Ende des Schlauches (50) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, bei der die Backen (29) Klemmflächen (30) zum Einklemmen des Schlauches (50) aufweisen, die in einem weiter vom Gegenhalter (34) entfernten Abschnitt (31) starr und in einem näher am Gegenhalter (34) angeordneten Abschnitt (32) zum Überschieben eines eingeklemmten Schlauches (50) auf eine Schlauchtülle (52) elastisch sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, bei der der starre Abschnitt (32) der Klemmflächen (30) integral mit Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) aus starrem Material ausgebildet ist und/oder der elastische Abschnitt (52) der Klemmflächen (30) von einem in die Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) eingesetzten elastischen Material gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, bei der der elastische Abschnitt (52) der Klemmflächen (30) von in die Backen (29) eingesetzten Hülsensegmenten gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, bei der die Backen an Klemmflächen (30) eine die Reibung vergrößernde Struktur und/oder Aufrauhung aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, bei der der Lagerteil (23) zwei parallel angeordnete Kulissensteine (13) aufweist, die in Kulissenführungen (10) geführt und durch Bolzen (14, 15) miteinander verbunden sind, auf denen die Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) zwischen den Kulissensteinen (13) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, bei der die Kulissensteine (13) plattenförmig sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 20, bei der der Anschlag (13v, 13iv) vom Ende mindestens eines in Richtung der Bewegungsachse des Vorschubgliedes (39) gerichteten Langloches (13v, 13iv) des Lagerteiles (23) gebildet ist und der Gegenanschlag von einem quer zur Bewegungsachse im Vorschubglied angeordneten und das Langloch durchquerenden Mitnehmerbolzen (15) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, bei der dem Lagerteil (23) eine Arretiereinrichtung (19 bis 22) zugeordnet ist, die nach Einklemmen des Schlauches (50) zwischen den Backen (29) durch weitere Vorwärtsbewegung des Vorschubgliedes (39) lösbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, bei der die Arretiereinrichtung (19 bis 22) mindestens einen in Arretierposition in teilweise eine Aufnahme (21) des Lagerteiles (23) und teilweise in eine Gegenaufnahme (20) eingreifenden und in Freigabeposition nur noch in die Gegenaufnahme (20) greifenden Arretierkörper (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, bei der der Arretierkörper (22) ein zylindrischer Arretierstift (22) ist, der bei Arretierung mit einem Teilquerschnitt in eine teilzylindrische Aufnahme (21) des Lagerteiles (23) und mit einem Teilquerschnitt in eine Nut (20) als Gegenaufnahme eingreift, die in der Lage ist, den vollständigen Querschnitt des Arretierstiftes (22) aufzunehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, bei der der Arretierkörper (22) von einer Feder (19) in die Arretierposition gedrückt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, bei der die Feder eine Biegefeder (19) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 26, bei der der Arretierkörper (22) von einem Auslöser (16) des Vorschubgliedes (39) aus seiner Aufnahme (21) im Lagerteil (23) bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, bei der der Auslöser (16) mindestens eine schräg zur Vorschubachse geneigte Fläche (17) zum Bewegen eines Arretierkörpers (22) aus seiner Aufnahme (21) im Lagerteil (23) in die Gegenaufnahme (20) hat.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 28, bei der Arretierkörper (22) auf beiden Seiten der Vorschubachse angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 23 bis 29, bei der beiden Kulissensteinen (13) Arretierkörper (22) zugeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 30, bei der der Gegenhalter (34) einen abgebogenen Gabelkopf, eine Platte mit einer seitlich geöffneten Aufnahme (38) oder dgl. zum Hintergreifen eines Absatzes (53) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 31, die ein den Antrieb (2) umfassendes Gehäuse (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 32, die einen die Zangeneinsatzhälften (24) tragenden Werkzeugkopf (1) an einem Gehäuse (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 33, bei der der Gegenhalter (34) am Werkzeugkopf (1) und/oder am Gehäuse (6) fixiert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 34, die einen die Steuervorrichtung (3) und/oder die Energieeinspeisung aufweisenden Steuerteil aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 35, ausgebildet als Handgerät.
