Claims (6)
- Als ein Rinnenprofil ausgebildete und aus einem Blechteil bestehende Ablaufrinne (1) zum Verlegen in einem Fussboden mit seitlich von der Aussenseite der Ablaufrinnenwände abstehende Halte- und Fixiereinrichtungen (8) und einem durch die Ablaufrinnenwände (2) gebildeten Innenraum (5) mit einem Gefälle, wobei die freien Enden (6) der Ablaufrinne (1) schulterartig ausgebildet und derart voneinander beanstandet sind, dass sie eine Öffnung (3) bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich die Aussenwände (2) von der Öffnung (3) zunächst nach aussen und anschliessend unmittelbar nach innen zum Grund (12) der Ablaufrinne (1) erstrecken. - Ablaufrinne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den zueinander winklig angeordneten Aussenwandteilen (T0, T1, T2) Biegeradien (R) vorgesehen sind.
- Ablaufrinne nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halte- und Fixiereinrichtungen (8) unmittelbar an die freien Enden (6) der Ablaufrinne (1) anschliessen und so einen geschlossenen Hohlraum (9) bilden.
- Ablaufrinne nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halte- und Fixiereinrichtung (8) über die gesamte Länge der Ablaufrinne (1) angeordnet ist, so dass der Hohlraum (9) über die gesamte Länge der Ablaufrinne (1) geschlossen ist.
- Ablaufrinne nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest die Oberfläche des Innenraums (5) elektropoliert ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer aus einem Rinnenprofil ausgebildeten und aus einem Blechteil herstellbaren Ablaufrinne (1) zum Verlegen in einen Fussboden mit seitlich von der Aussenseite der Ablaufrinnenwände (2) abstehende Halte- und Fixiereinrichtungen (8) und eine durch die Ablaufrinnenwände (2) gebildeten Innenraum (5) mit einem Gefälle, wobei die freien Enden (6) der Ablaufrinne (1) schulterartig ausgebildet und derart voneinander beabstandet sind, dass sich eine Öffnung bildet, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:a) Biegen eines als Trapez mit Trapezseite (S1 und S2) ausgebildeten Blechteils (15) entlang einer Linie (A), wobei die Linie (A) parallel zu einer Trapezseite (S1) des Blechteils (15) verläuft;b) Biegen entlang einer Linie (B), wobei die Linie (B) parallel zur anderen Trapezseite (S2) verläuft;c) Biegen entlang einer Linie (C), wobei die Linie (C) parallel zur Linie (A) zwischen der Linie (A) und der Symmetrieachse (11) verläuft;d) Biegen entlang einer Linie (C), wobei die Linie (C) parallel zur Linie (A) zwischen der Linie (B) und der Symmetrieachse (11) verläuft;e) Biegen entlang einer Linie (E), wobei die Linie (E) senkrecht zur Stirnseite (S3) des Trapez verläuft und den Grund (12) der Ablaufrinne (1) bildet.
