Claims (5)
- Ansaugsystem für Brennkraftmaschinen, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse (10) mit einem Luftfilter (13), einem Rohlufteinlaß (11), einem Reinluftauslaß (17), wobei in dem Gehäuse (10) wenigstens ein Resonanzraum (18) vorgesehen ist, welcher über einen akustischen Hals (19) von dem weiteren Volumen des Gehäuses (10) getrennt ist, wobei das Gehäuse (10) ein zweiteiliges Gehäuse ist, wobei die beiden Teile (20,21) insbesondere durch Ultraschallschweißen oder Heizelementschweißen miteinander verbunden sind und dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der akustische Hals sowohl durch Begrenzungsflächen des ersten Teils, als auch durch Begrenzungsflächen in dem zweiten Teil gebildet wird.
- Ansaugsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem ersten Teil (20) und in dem zweiten Teil (21) des Gehäuses (10) deckungsgleich Begrenzungsflächen (22-25) vorgesehen sind, die nach dem Verbinden der beiden Gehäuseteile (20,21) den Resonanzraum (18) schaffen.
- Ansaugsystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Durchbrüche (27,28) zwischen Resonanzraum (18) und aktustischer Hals (19) oder akustischer Hals (19) und Gehäusevolumen vorhanden sind.
- Ansaugsystem nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der akustische Hals (19) im wesentlichen rohrförmig ist und einen rechteck-förmigen Querschnitt (26) aufweist.
- Ansaugsystem für eine Brennkraftmaschinen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei zwischen den Begrenzungsflächen (22-25) der beiden Teile Dichtelemente vorgesehen sind.
