- the heating fluid is spread under the filtering surface 2 through the first opening 5a and dries the fluid film 3, so as to evaporate water contained in said film.
- This evaporating effect is integrated by the suction effected by the vacuum unit in each second duct 6, so as to complete drying and removing at the same time the steam.
