Abstract
Description
Kabelsteckverbinder, gemäß den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a cable connector, in particular a multi-pole
Cable connector, according to the features of the preamble of
From DE 295 12 585 U1 a conductor connection element (cable connector) is known. This conductor connection element consists of a union nut through which a multi-core cable is carried out. The cable cores of the cable that are not stripped need to be, with their ends in receiving openings in an insulating piece introduced, whereby the ends of the cable cores deflected from the longitudinal direction become. Then the insulating piece is connected to the by means of a housing flange Connected union nut, with this assembly insulation displacement clamps, which are firmly in the Housing flange are arranged, come into contact with the ends of the cable cores. The insulation displacement terminals penetrate the outer insulation of the cable wires and thus make an electrical contact.
It has been found that the insulating piece in particular is very difficult and is complex to manufacture. Since this insulating piece does not have to be electrically conductive, it is preferably made of plastic. Here comes in the making of the Isolierstückes z. Straight through the oblique openings for the ends of the A cable core is not without a shape after the production of the insulating piece further possible. That is, complex shapes for the production of the insulating piece must be made. Because with the shape of the insulating piece, it is necessary that the receiving openings have approximately the same cross section as the ends of the Cable cores, since these ends have to be fixed in the receiving openings, so that they cannot retract when inserting the insulation displacement clamps, as this would otherwise prevent electrical contacting.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a cable connector to improve that the manufacture of the cable connector is facilitated under Maintaining an easy and quick assembly.
This object is solved by the features of
According to the invention is between the wire receiving part and the contact carrier Connection part provided which the at least one cable core in the Ademaufteilem fixed in a contact position. By using the Connecting part, it is possible to the wire receiving part and the connecting part of its shape easier to design, which also makes the molds for production of the two parts can be kept easier. At the same time it is guaranteed that due to the simplified design and the interaction of the Wire receiving part with the connecting part ensures that the end of the at least one cable wire is securely fixed in the wire receiving part and not can recede if the insulation displacement connection between the produces at least one cable core and a contact element.
In a development of the invention, the wire receiving part has at least one Wire guide, which is designed as an open channel upwards. Through this Design of the wire routing, it is possible without problems to conduct a wire realize with which it is ensured that after the introduction of the cable wires in the Core receiving part these ends of the cable cores always positioned exactly in the area in which the electrical connection to the insulation displacement terminal is to be established. In addition, an upwardly open channel, as provided according to the invention, Much easier to shape and demould than an elongated, closed one Receiving opening.
In a development of the invention, the connecting part has one in the direction of Core receiving part pointing mandrel. This mandrel has the task of ending the ends of the Cable cores into the channel of the wire guide, which is open at the top press and fix. By using a mandrel and one with this shape the corresponding form of the wire guide is also a simplified design, a simplified shape and a defined fixation in the contact position given.
In a further development of the invention, the connecting part has at least one longitudinal slot to guide the at least one insulation displacement clamp. While the thorn of The connecting part has the task of closing the ends of the cable wires in the wire guide fix, the longitudinal slot has the task of the insulation piercing through the Connection part is moved to guide the electrical connection by means of Insulation displacement terminal can be done exactly at the point where the end of the cable wire located. In a particularly advantageous manner, the Longitudinal slot of the connecting part, the wire receiving part has a longitudinal slot on, so that the insulation piercing over a larger part of its longitudinal extent in the Wire receiving part and guided in the connecting part and is thus fixed. Thereby can effectively avoid that the electrical connection between the Insulation displacement terminal and the cable core especially when the cable connector Exposed to vibrations.
In a further development of the invention, the wire receiving part is connected via the connecting part connected to the contact carrier after installing the cable connector. The The connecting part thus has a central function, namely fixing the ends on the one hand of the cable cores in the core receiving part and guidance of the insulation displacement terminals of the Contact carrier. On the other hand, the connecting part ensures the connection between the wire receiving part and the contact carrier, which are thus by means of the connecting part be connected to each other. Here it is particularly advantageous if the mentioned Parts are clipped together, welded or glued, since this is an axial Assembly is possible, which is particularly easy to accomplish. A Screw connection is therefore not an option. The connection of the connecting part with the wire receiving part and the contact carrier, the jacket of the cable, in particular in the form of a strain relief, with include, for.

The
The
Der Zusammenbau des Kabelsteckverbinders 1 erfolgt wie folgt:Finally, there is a
The

Furthermore, it is still conceivable after the
FIGS. 2 and 3 show different three-dimensional views of the
