Claims (11)
- Verbindungselement zum Verbinden eines Werkzeugs mit einem mechanischen Drehantrieb, mit1.1 einem mit dem Drehantrieb verbundenen Antriebselement (1),1.2 einem mit einer Werkzeugaufnahme (9) verbundenen Abtriebselement (5),1.3 einem Kupplungselement (11), das1.3.1 im Bereich seines einen Endes in Dreheingriff mit dem Antriebselement (1), und1.3.2 im Bereich seines anderen Endes in Dreheingriff mit dem Antriebselement (5) steht und1.3.3 in seinem die beiden Eingriffsenden (12, 13) verbindenden Mittelbereich eine Federscheibenkupplung aufweist bzw. als Federscheibenkupplung ausgebildet ist.
- Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Antriebselement (1) und das Abtriebselement (5) derart gehaltert sind, dass sie immer koaxial sind.
- Verbindungselement nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Antriebselement (1) und das Abtriebselement (5) derart gehaltert sind, dass ein Winkelausgleich der Drehachsen möglich ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem mindestens ein Eingriffsende (12, 13) des Kupplungselements (11) eine mehrkantige Form aufweist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Kupplungselement (11) Axialspiel aufweist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Werkzeug ein Schrauberbit ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem das Werkzeug ein Bohr-/Schneidwerkzeug ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Kupplungselement (23, 33) einstückig mit dem Antriebselement (21, 34) und/oder dem Abtriebselement (24, 31) ausgebildet ist.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der axiale Zwischenraum zwischen je zwei benachbarten Scheiben der Federscheibenkupplung mit Kunststoff ausgespritzt ist, insbesondere mit einem Elastomermaterial.
- Verbindungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Kupplungselement an seiner Mantelfläche mit Kunststoff umspritzt ist.
- Verwendung einer Federscheibenkupplung als Teil eines Kupplungselements und/oder als Kupplungselement in einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
