Claims (13)
- Eine Sicherheitsverriegelung (10) für eine Schraube, wobei die Verriegelung aus einem Materialstreifen besteht, und folgende Teile enthält:ein Gehäuseteil (14) mit einer dadurch gebildeten ersten Öffnung (16) durch welche die Schraube eingeführt werden kann;ein Streifenteil (24), der an den Gehäuseteil an einem Ende davon mittels eines ersten Scharniers (28) angeschlossen wird, wobei der Streifenteil eine zweite Öffnung (26) aufweist und vom Gehäuseteil getrennt geformt wird; sowieein Schutzkappenteil (18), der mit dem Gehäuseteil über einen zweiten Scharnierteil (30, 32) verbunden wird, der Schutzkappenteil eine dritte Öffnung (22) hat und getrennt vom Gehäuseteil hergestellt wird und so konstruiert ist dass sich diese über dem Gehäuseteil zusammenfaltet sodass die dritte Öffnung in den Streifenteil einrastet;dadurch gekennzeichnet indem die Verriegelung bedienbar innerhalb einer Aussparung (40) zu liegen kommt, wobei die Form der Aussparung (40), der Form dem Gehäuseteil (14) entspricht; und zwar so, dass nach Einführen einer Schraube, die Scharniere (28, 30, 32) im Zusammenwirken mit der Aussparung (40) einen Faltvorgang des Streifens (24) und der Schutzkappenteile (18) bewirken, wobei die dritte Öffnung (22) zusammen mit dem Schutzkappenteil (18) eine Sicherungsverriegelung darstellt, die einen unzulässigen Eingriff offensichtlich macht.
- Eine Verriegelung entsprechend Anspruch 1, worin jedes Scharnierteil durch einen verringerten Stärkenabschnitt des Streifenmaterials definiert wird.
- Eine Verriegelung entsprechend Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin das zweite Scharnier zwischen dem Schutzkappenteil und dem Gehäuseteil aus zwei Scharnieren (30, 32) besteht.
- Eine Verriegelung entsprechend der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, worin der Gehäuseteil, der Streifenteil und der Schutzkappenteil aus einer Einheit bestehen.
- Eine Verriegelung entsprechend Anspruch 4, worin der Gehäuseteil, der Streifenteil und der Schutzkappenteil aus einem im wesentlichen flachen Materialstreifen besteht.
- Eine Verriegelung entsprechend Anspruch 4 oder 5, worin der Materialstreifen aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Eine Verriegelung entsprechend Anspruch 5, worin der Kunststoff aus Polypropylen besteht.
- Eine Verriegelung entsprechend der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, worin der Materialstreifen des Materials im wesentlichen verlängert ist.
- Eine Verriegelung entsprechend Anspruch 8, worin der Gehäuseteil im wesentlichen eine regelmäßige Struktur aufweist.
- Eine Verriegelung entsprechend der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, im weiteren Drahtmitteln (60) aufweisend, mit denen der Schutzkappenteil über dem Gehäuseteil gesichert werden kann, sowie Drahtmittel, die durch die zweite Öffnung über den Schutzkappenteil zum Streifenteil geführt werden, nachdem letzterer in der dritten Öffnung eingerastet ist.
- Ein Stromzähler, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse und einer Abdeckung, wobei die Abdeckung eine Aussparung enthält, in der eine Sicherungsverriegelung entsprechend der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche enthalten ist.
- Eine Methode zur Befestigung einer Abdeckung mit einer Sicherungsverriegelung (10) entsprechend der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, eine Abdeckung einschließlich der Aussparung (40) zum Einsetzen der Verriegelung, wobei die Methode aus folgenden Schritte besteht:Anbringen des Gehäuseteils (14) der Verriegelung über der Aussparung;mittels eines Schraubendrehers den Gehäuseteil in die Aussparung schrauben, wobei sich dadurch Streifenteil (24) und Schutzkappenteil (18) in Richtung zum Gehäuseteil über die Scharnierteile (28, 30, 32) aufgrund des Vorhandenseins der Aussparung zusammenfaltet;Falten des Schutzkappenteils (18) über dem Gehäuseteil, damit die dritte Öffnung (22) im Streifenteil einrastet; sowiedas Anbringen einer Versiegelung am Streifenteil, um eine Verriegelung zur Verfügung zu stellen mit der ein unzulässiger Eingriff offensichtlich wird.
- Eine Methode nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Streifenteil mit einer Öffnung (26) versehen ist, und als weiterer Schritt der Methode das Einführen eines Drahtes (60) hindurch vorgesehen ist und den Schutzkappenteil über Loch (26) und dem Gehäuseteil sichert.
