Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a connecting terminal for electrical conductors according to the preamble of claim 1.
A generic connector is known from
According to the object of the invention, the ladder should be easy in the tight space Luminaire clamp can be inserted without having already been inserted into the luminaire clamp Impede the introduction of additional conductors.
The invention solves this problem by the subject matter of claim 1.
By slitting the leaf clamp spring, it is completely unproblematic possible First define a first conductor in the terminal and then the second conductor to insert without the first conductor coming out of the Loosen the clamping point between the leaf clamping spring and the metal contact frame could. The protrusion on the metal contact frame also guides the two of a first Side conductors to be inserted parallel to one another or even slightly apart, that from the other side another conductor easily between the middle two conductors inserted from the first side can be pushed.
A reduction in the manufacturing effort and the manufacturing costs of the terminal is also possible in a simple manner that the housing as an injection molded part made of plastic is executed, which is a housing base part and with the housing base part has a hinged cover part connected to a film hinge, which can be locked on the housing base part. The film hinge ensures easy Way for captivity of the cover part with inexpensive manufacture.
Another particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is distinguished characterized in that the metal contact frame has two insertion slots for on the inside of the cover has projections which are shaped in such a way that they synchronize the clamping leg of the leaf clamping spring when actuating the lid press down and a counter bearing for the clamping legs of the leaf clamping spring form. With this simple actuation mechanism, the stand the rocker arm required to operate the clamp can be omitted.

weiteren elektrischen Leiter versehen ist.1 has a substantially
an der anderen Stirnseite 4 ausgebildet (Fig. 2d).Below the
frei (Fig. 2a).The top of the
These metal parts comprise a leaf clamp spring which is essentially bent into a U-shape

The clamping leg pointing towards the end face 4 with the two

erheblich. The
festklemmbaren Leiter 46, 48, 50 dienen. As can also be seen, the
Leiters 50 entspricht.Figure 3c further illustrates that the leaf clamp spring is in its abutment areas

52c erstreckt. The embodiment of FIG. 4 is largely similar to that of FIG. 3
but the
The
In the case of
