Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Turbinengehäuse für eine axial durchströmte Gasturbine. Das Turbinengehäuse umschließt zumindest einen Heißgasraum (5) zwischen einer Verdichterstufe (7) und einer Turbinenstufe (6) und weist eine Außenschale (1) als äußere Begrenzung sowie ein getrennt von der Außenschale vorgesehenes Innenbauteil (2) auf, das den Heißgasraum über einen Zwischenraum (3) von der Außenschale abtrennt. Das Innenbauteil (2) ist über zwei axiale Schnittstellen (4) derart mit der Außenschale (1) verbunden, daß der Zwischenraum (3) gegen den Heißgasraum (5) abgedichtet ist.
Aufgrund dieser Bauweise hält das Turbinengehäuse höheren Verdichterenddrücken und Temperaturen stand und kann auf kostengünstige Weise hergestellt werden.

The present invention relates to a turbine housing for an axially flow-through gas turbine. The turbine housing encloses at least one hot gas space (5) between a compressor stage (7) and a turbine stage (6) and has an outer shell (1) as an outer boundary and an inner component (2) which is provided separately from the outer shell and which defines the hot gas space via an intermediate space (3) separates from the outer shell. The inner component (2) is connected to the outer shell (1) via two axial interfaces (4) such that the intermediate space (3) is sealed off from the hot gas space (5).
Due to this design, the turbine housing withstands higher compressor end pressures and temperatures and can be manufactured in a cost-effective manner.
