Claims (18)
- Verbundprofil für Fenster, Fassaden, Wandelemente, Lichtdächer und/oder Türen, insbesondere Brandschutz-Verbundprofil, mit:wenigstens einem, vorzugsweise zwei, Metallprofil(en) aus Metall, insbesondere aus Stahl,wobei das wenigstens eine Metallprofil wenigstens eine Aufnahmenut für einen mit Verankerungselementen versehenen Isoliersteg, insbesondere aus Kunststoff, aufweist, undwobei das wenigstens eine Metallprofil und der wenigstens eine Isoliersteg jeweils vorzugsweise durch Anpressen oder Anrollen wenigstens eines Nutsteges der Aufnahmenut an den wenigstens einen Isoliersteg formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind,der wenigstens eine Isoliersteg (4) in seinen mit Verankerungselementen versehenen und in die wenigstens eine Aufnahmenut (9) eingreifenden Bereichen derart mit wenigstens einem Vorsprung und/oder wenigstens einer Ausnehmung (20) versehen ist, daß sich beim Anpressen oder Anrollen des Nutsteges (11) an den wenigstens einen Isoliersteg (4) wenigstens eine quer zur Längserstreckungsrichtung des Verbundprofils erstreckende Verformung des Nutsteges (11) ausbildet, welche das wenigstens eine Metallprofil (2, 3) und den wenigstens einen Isoliersteg (4) mit den Verankerungselementen (16) gegen Relativverschiebungen in der Längserstreckungsrichtung des Verbundprofils sichert.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verformung wenigstens einen Kantbereich (22) ausbildet.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorsprünge durch die Verankerungselemente (16) gebildet werden.
- Verbundprofil nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (16) in Ausnehmungen (20) der Isolierstege (4) eingesetzt sind, wobei die Bauhöhe der Verankerungselemente (16) geringer oder höher ist als die Erstreckung der Ausnehmungen (20) in den Isolierstegen (4).
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (16) im Querschnitt eine C- oder U-Form und in einer hierzu senkrechten Ansicht im wesentlichen eine H-Form aufweisen.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Nutsteg (11) das jeweilige Verankerungselementende (16) in seinem durchgeformten Bereich (21) in den Nutgrund der Aufnahmenut (9) preßt, so daß das Verankerungselement (16) formschlüssig festgelegt ist.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (16) metallisch ausgebildet sind und einen Formschluß zu dem wenigstens einen Metallprofil (2, 3) ausbilden.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (16) als Stanzbiegeteile aus Stahlblech ausgebildet sind.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (16) im Anrollbereich zu den Metallprofilen Ausnehmungen und/oder Vorsprünge aufweisen.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (16) zumindest im Anrollbereich zu den Metallprofilen (2,3) teilweise gezackt oder gewellt ausgebildet sind.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, au gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (16) in ihren an die Isolierstege (4) angrenzenden Randbereichen zumindest teilweise angeschrägt ausgebildet sind.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verankerungselemente (16) auf die Isolierstege (4) aufgeklebt, aufgerastet oder aufgeklemmt sind.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallprofile (2,3) im Querschnitt im wesentlichen eine L-, C- oder U-Form mit einem Grundsteg und wenigstens einem winklig zum Grundsteg ausgebildeten Längssteg aufweisen, wobei die Grund- und Querstege eine zumindest abschnittsweise nach außen offene Hohlkammer (14) ausbilden.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Hohlkammern (14) der Metallprofile (2,3) Brandschutzleisten (7, 8) eingesetzt und durch wenigstens einen Vorsprung an den Längsstegen der Metallprofile (2,3) gegen Ausfallen aus den Metallprofilen (2,3) gesichert sind.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brandschutzleisten (7, 8) aus einem hydrophilen Adsorbens bestehen.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brandschutzleisten (7, 8) verklebungsfrei formschlüssig in die Hohlkammern (14) eingesetzt sind.
- Verbundprofil nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallprofile (2, 3) aus einem Stahlblech durch einen Rollprozeß gefertigt sind.
- Verbundprofil für Fenster, Fassaden, Wandelemente, Lichtdächer und/oder Türen, insbesondere Brandschutz-Verbundprofil, mit:wenigstens einem, vorzugsweise zwei, Metallprofil(en) aus Metall, insbesondere aus Stahl,wobei das wenigstens eine Metallprofil wenigstens eine Aufnahmenut für einen vorzugsweise mit Verankerungselementen versehenen Isoliersteg, insbesondere aus Kunststoff, aufweist, undwobei das wenigstens eine Metallprofil und der wenigstens eine Isoliersteg jeweils vorzugsweise durch Anpressen oder Anrollen wenigstens eines Nutsteges der Aufnahmenut an den wenigstens einen Isoliersteg formschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind,daß die Metallprofile (2,3) im Querschnitt im wesentlichen eine L-, C- oder U-Form mit einem Grundsteg (3a) und wenigstens einem winklig zum Grundsteg ausgebildeten Längssteg (3b, 3c) aufweisen, wobei die Quer- und Längsstege wenigstens eine zumindest teilweise nach außen offene Hohlkammer (14) ausbilden, in welche Brandschutzleisten (7, 8) eingesetzt sind, und die Brandschutzleisten (7, 8) durch wenigstens einen Vorsprung an den Quer- und/oder Längsstegen der Metallprofile (2,3) gegen Ausfallen aus den Metallprofilen (2,3) gesichert sind.
