Abstract

La présente demande concerne un ensemble (1) pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un produit, notamment cosmétique, comprenant un récipient (2), comprenant un corps à parois déformables, notamment élastiquement, dont une extrémité délimite une ouverture (4) sur laquelle est monté un embout distributeur (10), l'embout distributeur (10) comprenant un orifice d'entrée (8) destiné à être mis en communication avec le récipient (2), et un orifice de sortie (13), configuré sous forme d'un siège (14) apte à recevoir de manière étanche un élément de fermeture (15), des moyens déformables élastiquement (16) étant prévus pour, en réponse à une contrainte exercée directement sur l'élément de fermeture (15), extérieurement à l'embout distributeur (10), se déformer élastiquement de manière à permettre à l'élément de fermeture (15) de s'écarter dudit siège (14) pour dégager ledit orifice de sortie (13), et permettre ainsi la sortie du produit, ledit élément de fermeture (15) revenant en appui étanche sur le siège (14) lorsque cesse la contrainte.
